We cover a lot of territory on this episode starting with Golfers Brandon McLean and Cam Pero.  After that, we talked to Canadian Motorsports Hall of Fame John Bondar and finished up with a great conversation with Madoka Suzuki who played for Japan at the recent World Hockey Championships.

Local soccer development coach Rob Terry joins Randy and Mike to discuss all things soccer - the Loyalist Women's team, the Belleville Comets and the development of the entire Canadian soccer program.

Andrew Raycroft returns to the show to take questions for a group of Quinte Red Devils goalies. 

Former St. Louis Blues defenceman joins us to talk about his road to the NHL and takes questions from a group of Quinte Red Devils defensemen.     

Mike Schad who attended Moira Secondary in the 80s and went on to play for LA Rams and Philadelphia Eagles in the NFL chats with the guys about making the jumps from Moira to Queen's to the NFL.  Also, special guest Mason Duvall who will be attending Guelph University to play football joined in to ask Mike for some advice as he heads to training camp next year. 

The COSSA Champions and OFSSAA Finalists Centennial Chargers football team were led by Coach Joe Dicresce and Running Back Mason Duval. They joined us for a fun conversation about the season, the Chargers football program and what the future holds.

Griffin McCarty joins the guys from California to discuss his path from the Picton Pirates and Wellington Dukes to Coach of the UCLA Bruins. 

The President of Quinte Skyhawks Football, Peter Gabriel, returns to update us on the season so far and get us psyched about their upcoming game vs the GTA for a playoff spot. 

Tyler Longo, Assistant Coach of the Wellington Dukes and President of the Quinte Red Devils returns to discuss the upcoming season and the exciting partnership between the two organizations. 

The U19 and U16 Napanee Express Softball teams won gold at the Eastern Canadian Championships. U19 Coaches Brent Barker and Cory Brooks along with players Connor Brooks, Robbie Barker and Ty Branchaud joined us to tell us all about the amazing performance. 

Maddie Myers is a local figure skater and Katie McNair is a local hockey player. Both are St. Theresa's High School alumni and both have committed to athletic programs at Adrian College in Michigan. We had a fun conversation about their journeys.

Local weightlifter Sarah Condon recently qualified for the World Masters Championships in Orlando Florida. Randy and Mike have a great conversation about her journey and weightlifting in the Quinte region.

He talks to the guys about golfing as a youth in Belleville, starting as Assistant Pro at the Bay of Quinte and tells some great stories from his experiences as Pro at different clubs.  

Eric Crawford, Director of Pro Scouting for the Montreal Canadiens joins Randy and Mike to discuss hockey development from minor hockey through junior. 

Brandon Oates Head Coach of the Belleville Beast Swim Team and Ashley Allaire, Beast swimmer who received a scholarship to Canisius College in Buffalo join Randy and Mike on this week's episode to discuss competitive swimming in the Quinte area.

Derek Brown coaches the CFB Trenton Women's Hockey team and joins Randy and Mike to discuss hockey in the military and the success of the women's program he has developed for the local base.  Jackie Jarrell, former NCAA hockey player, Business Owner and Strength and Conditioning coach for many elite athletes discusses her history in hockey, the state of the game now and what she thinks in in store in the years to come. 

Caden Holmes of Napanee recently committed to Texas Southern University in Houston on a golf scholarship and he joins Randy and Mike to talk some golf. 

Women's hockey pioneer and leadership coach Judi Gilbert joins us to talk about the amazing teams from Belleville in the 70s and how her sports experiences have helped her find success after hockey.
