I shared a post on social media this week that seemed to resonate and connect with so many. I didn't expect my life to look as it does, for when I turn 40 this week. We have expectations on how life will (and 'should') look, due to society and our own ingrained beliefs. I learned to lean into trust as gratitude for how my life looked as I focused on my goals to reach where I am today.
