Dear listeners, I am humbled by the Quran , the blessings and guidance we get in every sura is truly amazing. We are in sura 93 AlDuha translated as the morning brightness , but to be more specific it's the first light of the day. That first hour of peace and tranquility. The name Rabik ربك is translated as your Lord. Repeated 3 times , with three points for you to remember; -relationships ( orphan/ shelter ), -lost/ guidance , -need/ satisfies your needs. So what beautiful life lesson do we take from our reflection on these verses. Give to those that ask for help and say Alhamdulilah from your heart with gratitude and grace❤️
Dear listeners, we are in sura 94 AlSharh The Relief الشرح. God's name used in this sura is Rabak ربك translated as Your Lord. What a beautiful sura to use in your daily lives. Whenever any hardship comes your way read it and reflect on the words . And remember if your creator says with every hardship their is ease than say Alhamdulilah and look for the ease around you. The sura starts with God by your side and ends with turn to your lord for everything. Let God be the compass of your heart , the first you ask for help and then go do your work try and do not think that by sitting and only praying that everything will come. Do everything you can yet have Allah in your heart ❤️. Rabi relieve my heart from all worries, remove all the burdens on my back, bless me with ease in all my life and let my heart be filled with your love. Ameen ❤️

Alhamdulilah, Ramadan is just few days from now and I have been preparing myself to have the best Ramadan experience by getting into the spiritual mindset . Why should we prepare for Ramadan, is just fasting after all? Ramadan is more than our regular fasting, it's a month of change, mercy and hope for those who seek for it. It's a month of destiny changer, the month of love, peace and unity. The month we all strive to better ourselves , so it's not just fasting , there is more to Ramadan than fasting. As someone who has been fasting for the past 20 years , preparing for Ramadan before it starts has been the best way to start Ramadan, so that when Ramadan comes , I'm bettering myself in the month and not struggling. During the holy month I will be sharing, things that have helped me have a wonderful and a life changing Ramadan in the past . I hope you find this Ramadan series helpful and insightful . Dear listeners, we are in sura 3 Alumran ال عمران the family of Jesus and Mary. verses 26-27. God controls everything , has power over everything; from the night and day , from the living and dying, gives control to whoever He wills and removes control from whoever He wills and gives abundantly to whoever He wills. These verses remind us to go back to Allah when we are messed up, when feeling down. Words of comfort , remember that Allah is in control not people. So fix ur intention , give charity , be mindful of God through your day and it's ok. Cry it out , put ur hands up and ask Allah for what u need , or put your head down in sujud and ask your creator to Help you.
Dear listeners , we are in sura 3 AlEmran the family of Emran ( Mary and Jesus) verses 14-20. Do you devote yourself to Him alone? Is the love of Allah stronger in your heart than other things ( ex: gold ,silver ,women , men ,children , animals ,horses ,houses, land )? How to Be mindful of God? By being aware of Him when you eat / drink you say Bismillah, when you are grateful you say Alhamdulilah, when you are confused you say Ya Allah and make Duaa. Living in a state of consciousness ( not auto pilot) to be aware of your choices , actions, behaviors that please Allah. To have your heart's intentions to please Allah, to do good in this world and to be so grateful for everything that you have is from Him.
Dear listeners, we are in sura 6 Alanaam / Livestock/ blessings. verses 51-62. What a beautiful way to end the year 2023. God tells us to use the Quran in our daily lives. To remember that He is the Most Merciful the most forgiving. Say istagfir Allah استغفر الله I repent on all the bad things I did and my intention is to start a new beginning. Have a daily plan to meditate for 5-10 minutes morning and evening by using God's names. praise Him ; Alhamdulilah for the sky , the earth the Quran ( write down 3 new things daily you are grateful for). ask God with love and humbly to guide you in this blessed beautiful life for wisdom, tranquility, health , wealth and happiness for you, your parents and all your loved ones and for All our brothers and sisters on earth.
Dear listeners, we are in sura 8 Alanfal The Bounties الانفال.verses 26-29. What life lessons can you take from these verses? Be Grateful ( have a journal of Alhamdulilah الحمد لله and count 3 different blessings daily). Be mindful of Allah ( it means remembering that Allah is with you with love listening and seeing) = He will grant you to distinguish between right and wrong + forgive you . So Praise Him for He is the Lord of infinite bounty.
Dear listeners, we are in sura 13 Thunder Alraed الرعد verses 28 -29. Todays life lesson is how do you find peace in your heart? in life? It Is by remembering Allah. So Have faith in God, believe and trust in God , remember God often. You can repeat His 99 names , or say them in the form of a Duaa , you can do Tasbeeh , praising God , Subhan Allah, Alhamdulilah, Allah Akbar, la ilah ila Allah , you can be in Taqwa , knowing that God is always with you hears you sees you , so you are self conscious of your actions and try to stay with good deeds/ good work/ good surroundings.
Dear listeners we are in sura 14 Abraham ابراهيم verses 7-8. Todays life lesson is Gratitude. Thanking God for everything Alhamdulilah الحمد لله. God tells us that the more you are grateful the more you will get. Allah's names are the Self- sufficient- worthy of All Praise. He does not need us to thank Him. It is for us, to live in a healthy gratitude mindset in our everyday lives. Alhamdulilah for everything and everyone in our lives , Alhamdulilah for the sky , trees, water, food. Alhamdulilah for the big and small things in our lives, Alhamdulilah that Allah is always with us, our Guide our Protecter. الحمد لله رب العالمين thank you Allah for everything

All these things we take for granted. What about honey? God inspired the bees and ordered them to eat from certain fruit and honey is produced for us , which is also healing for people! Welcome dear listeners, to the verses of Hajj from sura 2 The Cow albakarah البقره verses 197- 203. Hajj felt like a spiritual retreat and the rules were: No indecent speech or bad behavior or quarreling. Be mindful of God , say asagfir Allah ( ask forgiveness) , say Allah Akbar ( God is Great). And after all is done ( Mina, Arafat, Muzdalifa ) remember God more than your fathers and make Duaa for here and there ( Our Lord give us good in this world and in the Hereafter, and protect us from the torment of the fire). be mindful of God in your daily life.

Dear listeners, sura 22 AlHajj The pilgrimage verses 37-38 . Gives us a life lesson to stay positive . Allah said those that do good He will defend them but not the unfaithful or the ungrateful. So as you go about your daily routine with the intention that everything you do is for God, be happy , He promised to defend you and make gratitude your daily habit.
Blessings dear listeners. We are at the end of sura 27 The Ants Alnamal verses 92-93. We are ordered to follow the prophet and read the Quran. The more you read it the more you become aware of what it has; stories , lessons, and blessings in your life. Alhamdulilah praise be to God is the ending of the sura as well as the life lesson we practice daily. Allah's signs are everywhere around you , contemplate on your being on earth, the sky, and be grateful for the best blessing you have is your belief in Him the One and Only God ; subhanuh.
Blessings to all. We are in sura 27 The Ants Alnamalالنمل verse 40. The theme Gratitude is repeated. If you thank God, it is a blessing that is turned to you. Remember God does not need our thanks or anything from us. He is the Self sufficient the Most Generous. It is for our own good. So how many things have you been blessed with and took for granted without giving thanks. Start today and look around you and thank God for specific things in your life.
Blessings to All. Today we are in sura 27 The Ants. Verse 19 is a Duaa of gratitude Alhamdulilah for everything granted to us as well as our parents , may Allah grant us high ranks by His grace. QahwaChats is back for Season 3, Alhamdulilah! In this episode Aasiyah and Safiyyah talk about a very controversial topic in both non-religious and Islamic conversations. Feminism has been a topic of debate and discussion for decades. In the first episode of this season, the co-hosts discuss modern day feminism and its impact on the lives of Muslim women and the society as a whole. Are feminism and femininity mutually exclusive? What does it mean to be a Muslim feminist? And where do we fall short as Muslim women in achieving success in this life and the next?
Dear listeners , today we are in a new sura 33 AlAhzaab/ The joint forces. Verses 1-3 are the main life lessons in any coaching sessions. 1- Be mindful - live your life without being on autopilot and remember Allah throughout your day. 2- intentions : follow Allah's words from the Quran and have them in your heart An intention as you work/ study/ take care of kids and parents ( as you do it say I do this all in the name of Allah/ ربي Allah accept everything I do in your name). 3- put your trust in Allah and in your heart fill it with the words ( Allah is enough for me)
Salam. Todays verses 6-9 are from sura 34 Saaba, Sheba. I am so grateful to Allah for blessings us with His words. They truly are motivational lessons for us filled with barakah/ blessings. A guide that make this life a good one! Alhamdulilah. So todays verses Allah confirms that these words sent down to prophet Mohammed are the Truth! And he tells us that these words lead to Him/ Allah. The verse ends with two of Allahs names : The All Mighty , The Worthy of All Praise ( Alaziz , Alhamed) العزيز الحميد.
Dear Quran readers, sura 34 Sheba سباء Sabaa verses 1-2. The sura starts with Alhamdulilah, praising Allah , He owns everything in the sky and earth and everything between them. Praising Him in both worlds here and there and praising His names Alhakeem , Alkhabeer. The All Wise and All knowing. Even though He knows everything, and everything belongs to Him. verse 3 ends with His names The Merciful The Forgiving! Subhan Allah , the structure of the words within the Quran give us hope, that it's ok, try again, do istigfaar ( istagfir Allah alatheem) God all mighty I ask for your forgiveness in all the things I did in the past , present and future. I believe you are the One and Only God, I believe your words but I sometimes forget and mess up.

Sura 35 verses 1-3. The Creator / Fater فاطر . This sura starts with - Alhamdulilah the creator of the sky and earth. We start our Duaa with praising Allah الحمد لله فاطر السماوات والارض . Allah gives us his creations as signs to remember Him. The sky and earth. He reminds us that He also creates things we can not see. ( angles and number of wings) This reminds us that He has power of everything. verse 2 gives us hope that what He has written for you will never be stopped by anyone. A verse you can repeat while trusting توكل Allah (as well as working/ studying of course ) ما يفتح الله للناس من رحمه فلا ممسك لها ) so don't worry that someone stronger than you or higher than you in rank will stop what is yours. So you can use verse 2 as a Duaa. اللهم افتح لنا من رحمتك يا عزيز يا حكيم verse 3 tells us to remember Allahs blessings on us يأايها الناس اذكروا نعمه الله عليكم a repetition to thank Allah to be grateful for what you have and appreciate it all. The verse ends with there is no God but Him لا اله الا هو.
Dear listeners this is surah 38 Saad ص verse 54. This section of the verse is about the believers in the gardens of Heaven with everything that they've been promised. The section ends with Allahs provision for you will never end. repeat this verse as a Duaa and ask Allah for everything from your heart. Since true Duaa is from the heart. Duaa starts with saying Alhamdulilah, glorifying Allah from His 99 names. ( depending on what you want) for example if you want to ask Allah for peace , use His name Alsalam repeat it , then ask specifically then end it with Alhamdulilah. Did you know that Allah wants us to ask Him! Yep! And did you know verse 186 in sura 2 says Allah is so near to us that when you ask Him Duaa HE answers. So listen to Him and believe in Him the One and only and you will be guided.
Dear listeners, todays verses are the ending of sura 39 Alzumarالزمر crowd gathering/ The Throngs. Verses 73-75. What a beautiful ending the believers are rewarded with paradise , they are welcomed at the doors ( peace be upon you) and in groups. When they come in they will say ( praise to God who has kept His promise). الحمد لله الذي صدقنا وعده Alhamdulilah. When all is done the angels will gather around the throne of Allah and glorify Him. And it will be said ( Praise be to God , The Lord of the Worlds) Alhamdulilah rab Alalameen- وتري الملائكه حافين من حول العرش يسبحون بحمد ربهم وقضي بينهم بالحق وقبل الحمد لله رب العالمين. May Allah bless us all to be from these people with no fear or sadness or worries.
Dear listeners, todays verses 61-65 are from sura 40 The Forgiver. The verse stars with the blessing of night so we can rest and the day for us to see. No matter how many words of thanks and gratitude for our sight or our sleep we can not be grateful enough.
Dear listers verse 55 from sura 40 The Forgiver orders us to be patient, to ask forgiveness for our sins ( you can repeat the words istagfir Allah/ استغفر الله) and praise Allah morning and evening ( you can repeat Subhan Allah , Alhamdulilah/ سبحان الله / الحمد لله). What better way to start the new year 2023. Subhan Allah , Alhamdulilah, Istagfir Allah.
