Hva er den mystiske vagusnerven og hvordan fungerer egentlig nervesystemet vårt?I denne episoden positivt nerder vi på nervesystemet og vagusnerven, men også viktigheten av forståelsen av disse i møte med dagens overstimulerte “stressamfunn”. Du får møte de engasjerte fagnerdene nevrorefleksolog Annette Løno og overlege Thomas Alexander Skog. Annette deler fra egen helsereise der migrene ble toppen av symptomfjellet, som forvandlet en ambisiøs og karriereskapende arbeidsjern til en to års sengeliggende “case”, gitt opp av helsevesenet. Denne opplevelsen startet Annettes reise der nysgjerrigheten hennes, kombinert med et brennende ønske om å forstå, førte henne inn i nervesystemets univers. Thomas deler hvordan hans evige søken etter rikere forståelse førte ham dypere og dypere inn i materien som trigget ham under studiet.
