You can listen for FREE on Acast, Apple Podcasts, and Spotify - dig in!WHAT DO WE DISCUSS?Well, it certainly took some patience and hard work for Aston Villa to finally break down Nottingham Forest (thanks to the visitors own lapses in judgement for the most part), but what did the lads make of yet another win? With Leon Bailey potentially on the sidelines for a little while after picking up an injury on Saturday, is it now time for Bertrand Traore to be given a run of starts heading into the last 8 matches of the season? How impressed have the lads been with Traore since returning from his loan spell in Turkey and is it fair to say that he should have a future at the football club?On the other hand, what can be made of Bailey's future at Villa? Can Unai Emery get enough out of this squad to have them finish in the top 8?The lads answer listener questions, talking points, and general thoughts - thanks for the interaction folks!Newcastle United coming up - how are we all feeling about a very tough fixture? All of this and so much more! A change in formation and personnel, but the same old result. Following a reasonable showing in the first half, a moment of madness from Jonjo Shelvey gifted a goal to Bertrand Traore. The Reds (yellows) were up against it from that moment on; substitutions were unsuccessful, and the misery was compounded when Forest went down to ten men after using all their subs. Ollie Watkins sealed the result in stoppage time. Steven and Tom discuss the match after getting home from Villa Park, and having a night to sleep on it. Naturally, they discuss the pressure on the manager, and the performance of some of the team, and the effects of injuries as we lose Kouyate and Niakhate again. We also get a view from the opposition, as we are joined by Neil from For The Love Of Paul McGrath.
