"Don't be afraid to give up the good to go for the great." - John D. Rockefeller Check Out These Highlights: I often think about this quote. Humans are interesting because we get comfortable, and when things are good, we tend to sit back and coast. It's when things go wrong that we say, "ok, I need to make a change because it's not going well." The truth is, we need to evolve and grow every day, or we risk getting stuck in what's okay. I work with organizations in the financial services sector. A few years ago, one of my clients, after working with me for a year, said that the effort to build relationships with their clients and have their managers coach their employees every month was just too time-consuming and challenging, and that they were doing ok with their current profitability. What??? Needless to say, I no longer work with them. It's always about the client and about staying relevant and focused on the client's experience. Otherwise, we will lose business over time that will be lost forever. About Lori Turner-Wilson: Lori is the founder of RedRover, is a trailblazer in business marketing. Freedom Through Passive Profits | Start an Etsy Business, Sell Digital Products, Make Passive Income
If I could boil my Etsy success down to just a handful of things... the core principles that made all the difference from the very beginning... it would be these five non-negotiables. These are the things I leaned on as a brand-new seller, the habits and decisions that carried me from burnt-out gym teacher to Top 0.1% Etsy seller, and eventually allowed me to retire before 40. And spoiler alert - they're not complicated. In fact, they're things you can start doing today. So if you've ever wished someone would just hand you the blueprint and say, “Here's what actually matters… focus on this, forget the rest,” then this episode is for you. Because I'm walking you through the five non-negotiables that built my Etsy business - and how you can use them to build yours too. xo, Jacqueline | LEARN FROM ME | Etsy Profits PRO - Course + Coaching Program www.jacqueline-butler.com/etsyprofitspro Canva Crash Course www.jacqueline-butler.com/canva Midjourney Beginner's Guide & 130+ Prompts www.jacqueline-butler.com/midjourney | OTHER STEPS | Join My Email List & Get a FREEBIE! www.jacqueline-butler.com/freeguide FREE 5-Step Starter Guide: www.jacqueline-butler.com/starterguide FREE Facebook Community: www.jacqueline-butler.com/freegroup Website: www.jacqueline-butler.com Get In Touch: jb@jacqueline-butler.com Instagram: www.instagram.com/jacquelinebutler.co | MY FAVE RESEARCH TOOLS | eRank https://erank.com?fpr=jackie31 Insight Factory https://insightfactory.app/ Alura https://www.alura.io/?via=jacqueline

Abirami Iyer shares her profound journey from childhood trauma to becoming a breast cancer survivor and advocate. She discusses the challenges she faced, including her mother's struggles with domestic violence, her own diagnosis of invasive lobular carcinoma, and the emotional and physical toll of treatment. Abirami emphasizes the importance of mental health, community support, and self-advocacy in her healing process. She also highlights her upcoming participation in the Mrs. Universe pageant as a platform to raise awareness about breast cancer and domestic violence. When faced with a life-altering diagnosis like cancer, it'seasy to feel like the world is falling apart, and that all of a sudden, your dreams are out of your reach. But Abirami Iyer chose to rise above it.Just around her 40th birthday, Abirami was diagnosed withbreast cancer. Her treatment journey lasted more than two years, filled with both physical and emotional pain. But instead of letting the experience break her, she found a way to grow through it. She used that chapter of her life not only to heal herself, but to guide and support others walking the same difficult road.Abirami is a full-time employee at Microsoft, a wife, andthe mother of two kids. Despite such a full life, she still makes time to uplift and empower others. Through Facebook support groups like Breast Cancer Survivors and Warriors and Washington Breast Cancer Survivors, she helps survivors feel seen, heard, and supported. She also advocates for organizations like DiepCFoundation.org, helping patients navigate one of the toughest battles of their lives. And by collaborating with the Flute ‘n Feather Dance Company, she raises funds to support early breast cancer diagnosis in rural India. But there's still more: Beyond all this, Abirami finds timeto organize confidence-building photoshoots to help survivors rediscover their strength and beauty. She leads “Breast Cancer Awareness Talks and Campaigns” at Microsoft, and has also raised funds for the National Breast Cancer Association by placing Group 2nd on FabOver40. Abirami has been honored with many awards and titles thatcelebrate her confidence and compassion. These aren't just pageant wins — they're platforms she uses to raise awareness, encourage self-love, and inspirehope in other survivors. When sharing the news that she had been awarded the title Mrs. Elite Universe America, she said that her butterfly-themed dress honored the pink ribbons in which she had written the names of the survivors she has met.“It was a walk of honor and I proudly carried theirmessage with me to spread positivity… in humanity,” she says.Get In Touch with Abi:

So you finally started your Etsy shop — you've got the products, the listings, maybe even a logo you're proud of — but the sales? They're just not coming in the way you hoped. And listen, it's not because you're not talented or your products aren't good enough. It's usually because of a few super common mistakes that almost every new Etsy seller makes in the beginning — mistakes that can keep you stuck way longer than necessary. The good news? Once you see them, you can fix them. And when you fix them, that's when things start to click. So in today's episode, I'm breaking down the five mistakes I see new Etsy sellers make all the time — and what to do instead — so you can skip the frustration and get to the good part faster. xo, Jacqueline | LEARN FROM ME | Etsy Profits PRO - Course + Coaching Program www.jacqueline-butler.com/etsyprofitspro Canva Crash Course www.jacqueline-butler.com/canva Midjourney Beginner's Guide & 130+ Prompts www.jacqueline-butler.com/midjourney | OTHER STEPS | Join My Email List & Get a FREEBIE! www.jacqueline-butler.com/freeguide FREE 5-Step Starter Guide: www.jacqueline-butler.com/starterguide FREE Facebook Community: www.jacqueline-butler.com/freegroup Website: www.jacqueline-butler.com Get In Touch: jb@jacqueline-butler.com Instagram: www.instagram.com/jacquelinebutler.co | MY FAVE RESEARCH TOOLS | eRank https://erank.com?fpr=jackie31 Insight Factory https://insightfactory.app/ Alura https://www.alura.io/?via=jacqueline

"A great coach not only inspires but supports and encourages others to get results." - Richard Schuy Check Out These Highlights: I chose this quote because being a great coach does exactly what this quote illustrates. Inspires, supports, and encourages results. At the end of the day, it's about getting our teams to be as productive and efficient as possible so that together we can generate the results needed for ourselves and the organization we work for. Your employees have blind spots; in other words, they don't know what they don't know until you can help them see the next relevant step forward for their development. As their coach, you can help them identify the next skill needed for their growth and develop goals and action steps that show them how to achieve the new skill step-by-step. Recently, I have been teaching numerous coaching classes. Recently, we were discussing how different life stages are and how we need to modify our approach, not just based on skill level. So many factors come into play. About Connie Whitman: Known for her energetic, passionate, heart-centered, and enthusiastic approach to sales, teaching, and coaching, Connie Whitman has served as the CEO of Changing the Sales Game for over 25 years, helping business owners, leaders, and sales teams build powerful organizations. Connie is a four-time #1 International Best-Selling author, including her book ESP (Easy Sales Process): 7 Steps to Sales Success, as well as a speaker and podcast host. Her inspiring teaching, transformational tools, and informative content help business owners and salespeople increase their revenue streams by enhancing their communication skills. She is thrilled to share inspiring content on her international podcasts “Changing the Sales Game” and “Enlightenment of Change.” How to Get In Touch with Connie Whitman: Website: https://changingthesalesgame.com Email: connie@changingthesalesgame.com Communication Style Assessment (CSA)™: https://changingthesalesgame.com/communication-style-assessment/ Stalk me online! Freedom Through Passive Profits | Start an Etsy Business, Sell Digital Products, Make Passive Income
What if I told you there are products you can create once… and they'll keep selling every single month — no matter the season? Because here's the thing: seasonal products are fun, but they come with peaks and valleys. One month you're riding the high of Halloween sales, and the next you're wondering if your shop broke because crickets. But evergreen products? They're your steady paycheck. They're the listings that quietly bring in sales in January, July, and yes — even during that random week in March when no one's thinking about Christmas party games. In today's episode, I'm sharing the exact types of digital products that sell year-round, why they're the foundation of consistent passive income, and how you can start creating them — even if you've only got a few minutes a day to work on your shop. And here's the best part: once they're live, these products keep working for you… while you're sleeping, at the beach, or bingeing Bravo. xo, Jacqueline | LEARN FROM ME | Etsy Profits PRO - Course + Coaching Program www.jacqueline-butler.com/etsyprofitspro Canva Crash Course www.jacqueline-butler.com/canva Midjourney Beginner's Guide & 130+ Prompts www.jacqueline-butler.com/midjourney | OTHER STEPS | Join My Email List & Get a FREEBIE! www.jacqueline-butler.com/freeguide FREE 5-Step Starter Guide: www.jacqueline-butler.com/starterguide FREE Facebook Community: www.jacqueline-butler.com/freegroup Website: www.jacqueline-butler.com Get In Touch: jb@jacqueline-butler.com Instagram: www.instagram.com/jacquelinebutler.co | MY FAVE RESEARCH TOOLS | eRank https://erank.com?fpr=jackie31 Insight Factory https://insightfactory.app/ Alura https://www.alura.io/?via=jacqueline

In this episode of the Flex Diet Podcast, I'm diving headfirst into the science of sleep with two heavy hitters—Dr. J Wiles and Dr. Jeff Dermer from Absolute Rest.We cover it all: why sleep is such a big deal from an evolutionary standpoint, how your modern lifestyle is probably trashing it, and what you can actually do to fix it. We dig into behavioral changes, the role of wearables versus legit lab sleep studies, and practical, no-BS strategies to get better shut-eye.Jay Wiles and Jeremy Durmer break down Absolute Rest's comprehensive approach, examining the psychological, physiological, and environmental factors that influence sleep. Translation: it's not just “buy a new pillow and call it good.”We also get into the fun stuff like caffeine, nicotine, and alcohol—how they mess with your recovery and performance—and why making small behavioral shifts and value-based choices can keep your sleep dialed in for the long haul.If you've ever wondered how to stop treating sleep like an optional side quest and instead make it one of your biggest performance enhancers, this one's for you.Sponsors:LMNT electrolyte drink mix: https://drinklmnt.com/Get my free magnesium guide: https://miket.me/magAvailable now:Grab a copy of the Triphasic Training II book I co-wrote with Cal Deitz here.Episode Chapters:06:13 The Importance of Sleep: Evolutionary and Scientific Perspectives11:40 Sleep Deprivation Studies and Their Implications16:54 Unihemispheric Sleep: Can Humans Do It?25:00 Personalized Sleep Needs and Efficiency36:44 Personalized Sleep Assessment37:28 Subjective Experience in Sleep Quality38:20 Comprehensive Sleep Testing38:58 Autonomic Sleep Testing Explained39:32 Behavioral and Psychological Factors41:29 Polysomnography and Its Evolution47:23 Home Sleep Testing Innovations48:14 Cardiopulmonary Coupling and Sleep Quality56:35 Heart Rate Variability and Sleep01:06:44 Behavior Change and Value Systems01:13:50 Struggles with Sleep and Coaching Solutions01:14:27 Blocking Data to Improve Sleep Coaching01:14:58 Empowering Clients to Interpret Sleep Data01:15:41 The Importance of Sleep Regularity01:17:24 Caffeine and Nicotine's Impact on Sleep01:19:07 Genetics and Supplements in Sleep Health01:21:39 Behavioral Changes for Better Sleep01:27:35 Comprehensive Sleep Program Overview01:41:02 Addressing Sleep Issues in Children01:45:00 Podcast Conclusion and Resources Flex Diet Podcasts You May Enjoy: Episode 310: Unpacking the Science of Sleep with Dr. Allison Brager: https://miketnelson.com/episode-310-unpacking-the-science-of-sleep-with-dr-allison-brager/YouTube: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=fhS0qsF1OHs Episode 283: Unlocking Better Sleep and Stress Reduction with Dr. Dan Cohen of Soltec Health: https://miketnelson.com/episode-283-unlocking-better-sleep-and-stress-reduction-with-dr-dan-cohen-of-soltec-health/YouTube: https://youtu.be/VInoz9ItGfwConnect with Jay and Jeremy:Absolute Rest: https://www.absoluterest.com/Get In Touch with Dr Mike:Instagram: DrmiketnelsonYouTube: @flexdietcertEmail: Miketnelson.com/contact-us

Freedom Through Passive Profits | Start an Etsy Business, Sell Digital Products, Make Passive Income
If you've been holding back from starting your Etsy shop because you still don't know what your perfect niche is… this one's for you. I hear it all the time: ‘I just need to figure out my niche first. I don't want to get it wrong. What if it's too saturated? What if no one buys?' And listen, I get it — I used to believe the same thing. I thought I needed the perfect, crystal-clear niche before I could even start. But here's the truth… waiting for the perfect niche is exactly what's keeping you stuck. Clarity doesn't come from thinking — it comes from doing. From testing products, from seeing what sells, from getting real data inside your shop. So in today's episode, we're busting the ‘perfect niche' myth wide open. I'll show you why you don't need to have it all figured out before you start, how messy action actually creates clarity, and what to focus on instead so you can finally move forward and start building that passive income shop you've been dreaming about. Okay, Mama, this one is tender, faith-filled, and downright empowering. Rachel (mom of two under two in Michigan) brings us into her living room for an unmedicated home birth that was calm, supported, and so her. From a late-pregnancy breech scare to a Spinning Babies breakthrough, from Olive Garden eggplant parm to a labor playlist featuring Maverick City's “Use To This,” this story sparkles with surrender, community, and a baby girl who absolutely heard her mama's voice in the womb.Well Cover: 05:40 — Breech at 37 Weeks: Plus a quick framework for handling a late-pregnancy curveball (educate, pray/meditate, assemble team, talk to baby).15:30 — How She Turned Baby Head-Down: A Spinning Babies session, chiropractic care, belly banding, and talking to her baby. 24:45 — Home Birth Setup That Saved Chaos: Pre-staged tub/hoses, dim lights, hot/warm towels and a husband who went on an ice run. 34:55 — Coping Like Intervals (Active Labor) Treat contractions as 60-second sprints, why low moo-ing works, and when to get in/out of tub.47:20 — When the Water Would Not Break, To A Healthy Baby In Three Pushes: What a bulging bag of waters feels like, getting consent, why AROM sped things up, then three-push delivery and golden hour at home. Before you go, I want to remind you that Rachel didn't just “luck out” with a calm, empowering home birth. She trained for it. She learned how to advocate when her first birth wasn't aligned, she knew how to talk with her midwives about breech, and she had practical tools ready for every stage of labor. That kind of confidence doesn't just happen… It's built. That's why I'm always shouting from the rooftops: a birth course changes everything.Birth is one of the most physically intense, emotionally charged, and spiritually transformative events of your life. If you'd prep for a marathon, why wouldn't you prep for birth? When you join the My Essential Birth Course, you're literally stacking your tool belt so that when the curveballs come (breech, stalled labor, induction talk, strong emotions, partner nerves), you've already practiced your lines, your moves, your mindset. That's what makes space for the magic: singing your labor song in the tub, laughing between contractions, eating yogurt in your own bed with a brand-new baby on your chest.
