Na Kidsday was het zondag Legends Day in de Galgenwaard. En op deze dag werd het legendarische seizoen dat we draaien nog mooier. Utrecht won zelf met 3-1 van Groningen in een wedstrijd waarin Sebastien Haller zijn eerste goal in de Galgenwaard maakte. Later die middag verspeelden AZ en Twente weer punten en dus lonkt de vierde plek meer en meer. Maar ook voor de derde plek dingen we nog volop mee, zo vinden Henk-Jan en Maurits. Dit weekend was het prachtig weer, maar toch waren er donkere wolken zichtbaar in Twente. Thijs waarschuwt ons er al een paar weken voor. Er is een probleem bij FC Twente. Tim is in een prima stemming, want Feyenoord schoof AZ aan de kant. PSV wint ook weer en lijkt aan de beterende hand. Ajax had het de eerste 30 minuten lastig tegen NAC, maar wist daarna de wedstrijd naar zich toe te trekken. Gek genoeg ging het ook over SOA's en de files in Sterksel, want zo gaat dat bij Randje Buitenspel. De op één na grootste zorgverzekeraar van ons land komt onder verscherpt toezicht te staan. Volgens de Nederlandse Zorgautoriteit doet CZ te weinig om de wachttijden in de zorg tegen te gaan. Terwijl ze daar vorig jaar al een opdracht voor gekregen hadden. Het is voor het eerst dat een zorgverzekeraar onder verscherpt toezicht staat. Ander nieuws uit The Daily Move: ASML, ASMi en Besi trekken de AEX omlaag door onheilspellende berichten uit Amerika. De regering van Trump heeft volgens Bloomberg overlegd met Nederland en Japan om de exportrestricties naar China verder aan te scherpen. Zo wil Amerika ervoor zorgen dat China op een technologische achterstand wordt gezet. Het Verenigd Koninkrijk verhoogt de defensie-uitgaven flink. Het VK geeft nu nog 2,3 procent van het bbp uit aan defensie, maar dat moet tegen 2027 omhoog naar 2,5 procent van het bbp worden en daarna doorgroeien naar 3 procent in 2029. Dat zei de Britse premier Keir Starmer vandaag. De gemeente Hof van Twente krijgt ook in hoger beroep geen schadevergoeding van hun ICT-leverancier Switch. Hof van Twente werd in 2020 gehackt en leed daarbij meer dan 4 miljoen euro schade. De gemeente stelde Switch daarvoor verantwoordelijk, maar kreeg dus vandaag ook van het gerechtshof geen gelijk. Häromveckan var Gustaf Lagerbielke med om att sänka Malmö FF i Europa League och mittbacken hjälpte sedan Twente vidare till 16-delsfinal. A win in fact would have guaranteed the Black Eagles a spot in the next round of the Europa League and a draw might've been enough (although in hindsight it wouldn't have been). But the night away in Twente started off with the mood set immediately, the hosts took the game by the scruff of the neck and dominated throughout. Twente should've found themselves ahead in the first half but Van Wolfswinkel's header somehow went over and Mert had some good intervention. The Black Eagles on the other end were unable to put much of a fight up, other than a shot from Masuaku and a late freekick from, again, Masuaku the Black Eagles had very little offense of note. Twente scored late in the second half and that goal secured themselves a deserved qualification and victory over Beşiktaş. The Black Eagles are now out of Europe, with only the Turkish Cup left as a realistic goal this season. Foo tries a practice called mental subtraction, where she imagines her life without New York. Later, gratitude researcher Ernst Bohlmeijer  shares how gratitude practices can reshape our emotions and possibly our whole outlook, and how the Mental Subtraction of Positive Events practice can be antidote to taking things for granted.Practice: Take a moment to think about a positive event in your life. It could be a career or educational achievement or a special trip you took. Imagine yourself back in the time of this event. Think about the circumstances that made it possible.  Ponder on the ways in which this event may never have happened. For example, if you hadn't learned about a certain job opening at the right moment.  Write down all of the possible events and decisions - large and small - that could have gone differently and prevented this positive event from occurring.  Imagine what your life would be like now if you had not experienced this positive event and all the fruits that came from it.  Remind yourself that this positive event did happen and reflect upon the benefits it has brought you.
