Puss Hej!

Do you want to get sucked inside your phone and end up starring in your favourite Korean drama? Of course you do! And so does Claire, the American lead of the charming, silly and funny 2016 show DRAMAWORLD. Join Evie as she discusses how fun it is to watch a (sort of) Korean drama that has clearly been specifically made with the non-Korean Kdrama fan in mind, and how awesome it was when Claire pretends to fall over only to have Woo Do Hwan swoop out of nowhere to save her! Yay! Visit Evie's Patreon to support the show and for extra episodes: www.patreon.com/EvieKoreanDramaPodcast

Kimchi slap! Judy and Teresa are pretty sure they would be the best facilitators after watching “Dramaworld", a Viki webseries starring Liv Hewson, Sean Dulake and Justin Chon. It's also currently available on Netflix! As annoying and inept as Claire (Liv Hewson) was as a facilitator, Judy appreciated the actress being 100% committed to this bonkers series. There were truly some excellent jokes about Korean dramas, but we needed more! We wanted "Austin Powers" level of parody, dammit! If Dramaworld gods truly exist, please hire us to be facilitators! Digressions: 0:30 - Listener E-mail! 6:12 - Twilight (both book and movie series) 1:11:40 - Karaoke and Rock Band Some Korean terms: 제사: [jeh-sa] death ritual. Audio credits: Super Junior (feat.
We are joined by actor/producer Sean Dulake in this one. Sean talks about his journey of being an actor in Korea. We also talk about the United Airlines incident. We talk about the hardships of acting. We talk about the differences of the business in Korea vs. the US. And much more. Go check out Dramaworld on Netflix now! Then go check out Ktown Cowboys the Movie!
This week on SMaC Attack we review Dramaworld! Its a 9 minute show about a girl who gets sucked into a Korean Drama (soap opera). Like Listen and subscribe on iTunes!
