Prior to becoming a superintendent, he was an assistant superintendent, a middle school principal, a middle school associate principal, and a middle school social studies teacher. He currently serves as the superintendent of schools in the North Shore School District 112 in Highland Park, and Highwood, IL north of Chicago. The district contains 10 elementary schools with 4000 students. Lubelfeld earned his Doctor of Education in curriculum and instruction from Loyola University of Chicago, where his published dissertation was on Effective Instruction in Middle School Social Studies. He is also on the adjunct faculty at Loyola University and National Louis University in the Department of Educational Leadership.Mike was awarded the 2021 Administration and Supervision Distinguished Alumni Award from Loyola University of Chicago School of Education. Lubelfeld has presented on leadership topics around the state, nation, and world, and he is active in leadership development with state and national associations. He has led aspiring superintendent workshops in Illinois and across the nation. The model has been effective at increasing both ED and inpatient capacity. This has reduced unnecessary patient transport – positively impacting the ambulance service and patient experience and avoiding non-value adding handover. A 12 month analysis of post implementation data shows that from commencement of the EDLS on the 18 October 2021 to 17 October 2022, the initiative has: Diverted 2737 patients to all three providers an average of 53 patients per week Admitted 1658 of those patients (61 per cent) to receive inpatient care

We don't like to admit it, but any one of us could fall for the lies of a good scammer, especially when they are telling us something we are desperate to hear.
