Freeman's nickname is The X-Man because his body characterizes the "X-frame" of classical bodybuilding: broad shoulders, narrow waist, and flaring thighs. He has been featured on the cover and pages of Flex, Muscular Development, and Musclemag. Freeman did not become a competitive bodybuilder until his late 30s because, for many years, it was a hobby and the sport was dominated by his idols Lee Haney and Dorian Yates. It took Freeman many years to fill out his large frame and he was mentored by Dave Palumbo to become a professional. Freeman's first (National Physique Committee (NPC)) competition was in 1993, where he won the heavyweight class of the NPC Junior Nationals. His first IFBB event was the Night of Champions competition, where he placed 11th. His first Arnold Classic was in 2005, where he placed 10th. His first Ironman Pro Invitational was in 2006, where he placed 7th. His first Mr. Olympia appearance was in 2006, where he placed 7th. In 2007, he won the Ironman Pro and Sacramento Pro and placed 3rd at the Arnold Classic. He made the top 5 at the 2008 Mr. Olympia.[2]

Vikings come in all shapes and sizes, evidently. Born with a healthy appetite for competition, Noora Kuusivuori served on both the national women's swimming and baseball teams in her native Finland before spinning heads stateside in figure competitions across the country and now in the fitness modeling industry. You can find her in magazines like Muscle & Fitness Hers, Oxygen, Oxygen Magazines Glutes Special, Planet Muscle, BFW, Fitness X and the list continues to grow.  Noora has a natural edge over her competitors, and it's not just her 5'10" frame or charming smile, although they don't hurt. It's her genuine passion for her sport and every little detail comprising it. Just ask her about nutrition and you'd think she invented the subject herself. And judging by her abs, she may as well have. They don't make TVs with that kind of definition. But make no mistake, it's all the product of hard work. And when you truly love what you do, it's hard to fail. Since joining the women's figure circuit in 2010, Noora has hit goals such as becoming a finalist at the Arnold Amateur IFBB International Figure Championships, making the top 10 at the biggest National Physique Committee (NPC) show in history, the USA Figure Championships, placing 4th at a European IFBB show and winning several other shows. Her relentless dedication is evident in every muscle fiber in her body.  When she's not readying her abs for world domination, Noora, who has an MBA and speaks multiple languages, spends her time working on her company NK Medical Group and raising her son, Thor. The left over time she spends modeling on the set of fitness photo shoots. Lately, we have seen Noora in many fitness magazines nationwide and internationally every month as well as modeling for companies like Nike and Under Armour.
