Tyler borrowed the money from a friend to get his insurance license back in the fall of 2013. He partnered with a new boutique agency that was creating a system to target life insurance to a very narrow niche. The company wrote 13,000 policies that year with 100 agents across the country. They gave Tyler a small territory 3.5hrs from home and told him to go run the 4min mile to show people what was possible. He did. He personally wrote 2,800 life insurance policies that first year and went on to write over 8,000 policies during his first 3.5yrs in the industry. Those were individual policies sold one-on-one, face to face, requiring 16+hr days and over 200 nights per year on the road. Tyler quickly moved from new agent to state, regional, and national sales director, ultimately becoming part owner of the company. That's when Tyler's focus transitioned to recruiting and training agents across the country as the Chief Development Officer for the next 3yrs. He developed his own coaching system that challenges ALL areas of life, giving people a new perspective on balance and the clarity to go all-in. Over the next 3yrs, his clients increased their production by 36.7% per year (an extra $100-125k commission for those agents) and created countless stories of health and fitness transformations, victories over addiction and restored marriages. Tyler's company grew from 100 agents writing 13,000 policies to 50 lethal agents writing 56,000 policies per year. Going from dead broke to successful business owner scaling an 8 figure business in 4yrs, Tyler felt led to start documenting his life in 2017 as a way to pay it forward. Having been given another shot at life, he wanted to be able to reach those just like him- people that had greatness inside of them, waiting to be unleashed. Tyler built his personal brand to a weekly reach as high as 49 million through his 4 podcasts, daily and weekly vlogs, book and over 30,000 pieces of content online. He takes pride in the fact that for the first 5yrs Tyler never asked for or received a single penny from anyone on social media. Leveraging his authenticity and non-monetized value proposition, Tyler turned his influence into 1,600 applications per month to come work with him.   Tyler began to hear about Quility Insurance in March of 2020. He recognized a unique combo of tech and equity play, pre-triggering event and an opportunity to scale a much larger business in a virtual world. Tyler made the decision in August 2020 to partner with Equity Partner and Advisory Board Member, Ashley Tarr, as the Chief Growth Officer. Together they lead a team of 500+ agents nationwide. After honoring his commitment and not monetizing his social media for 5yrs, Tyler finally opened up his coaching to the public this month. He's currently conducting interviews to close out his 2022 coaching roster. He also launched 6minapps.com this year, leveraging new technology to offer the most competitive rates for term life coverage. From start to policy in your inbox in 6-10mins.   Tyler lives in Nashville, TN where he has the most important job of all- being a full time dad to beautiful 5yr old girl.

Jared Moore is the owner and operator of Aqua Aces LLC. A commercial parking lot and building exterior maintenance company; Aqua Aces has continued growing even through a pandemic along with the myriad of other challenges that today's business environment throws an entrepreneur's way. Originally from Oakwood Texas, a small town of less than 500; growing up in a small town taught Jared the value of hard work, sacrifice, discipline, and to be “tougher than boiled shoe leather.” Jared grew up working on ranches, construction, as well as hunting, fishing, playing sports, and being heavily involved in academic pursuits. Jared was the first in his family and only member of his class to graduate from a major university. Graduating from Texas A&M with a bachelor of Economics in 2007 during a global recession led Jared to work in a small bank in College Station. This gave Jared great insight into and great experience with small business lending. In 2009 to further his skill set Jared took a job with Sewell Automotive a luxury car dealer where he not only benefited from elite sales training, he also met Paul Clarke. Jared began working for PPC Loan in the Allstate Lending Department. After working on loans for Allstate, dentists, veterinarians, and trying to bolster deposits for partner banks; Jared was presented with an opportunity to purchase two books of business and merge them together. Working with the two agencies Jared found that he loved turning around businesses by improving their processes, re-investing, and building rock star staff. Jared and Paul would eventually team up to identify folks who would be great agency owners and help them open scratch agencies. He would go on to participate in other endeavors including a training hub for LSP's, and even an IV infusion therapy clinic. In 2019 Jared sold his main Allstate location and having to much energy to be idle for long, began working on the company that would become Aqua Aces. He went on to purchase certain assets from a parking lot company in the Woodlands TX to add on to Aqua Aces suite of services. Jared currently lives in Montgomery Tx with his wife Maegan, son Jett, and daughter Lilly. Jared still enjoys hunting, fishing, sports, but loves family time including family movie night the most.

Ray is a second-generation direct-sales entrepreneur. He followed his parents' example of combining strong family values with the fervent belief that anyone can achieve their dreams through hard work and determination. With a degree in International Business, Ray co-founded ALCORA GROUP and now guides MONAT's success as CEO. As Co-Founder and CEO of MONAT Global, Ray has led MONAT from humble beginnings in a small Miami, FL warehouse to a multi-million-dollar global beauty brand in just a few short years. A native of Venezuela, Ray immigrated to the United States with his wife Carolina in 2000 with only $800 in his pocket. Following stints at Sears and as a door-to-door salesman, Ray founded Alcora Corporation, which would later become the parent company of his most successful venture to date: MONAT. A second-generation direct sales entrepreneur, Ray found his love for the industry at a young age after seeing the impact it had on his family. He found inspiration for MONAT when he recognized a lack of awareness that your hair ages and that scalp care is just as important as skincare. As he dug into the multi-billion-dollar haircare industry, he made two key discoveries. There were no direct selling companies focused on haircare as their signature product line; and there were no haircare products focused on healthy aging. Ray saw an opportunity to disrupt both the beauty and the direct selling industries in a major way, and in 2014, he officially launched MONAT as a direct selling, healthy-aging haircare company – the first of its kind. Under his leadership, MONAT has grown at a lightening pace, expanding into multiple international markets and, in 2019, launching a second product category: MONAT Skincare. With Ray at the helm, MONAT has grown into a global beauty brand with hundreds of millions in annual revenue, more than 400 corporate employees, and an independent sales force, known as Market Partners, of over 200,000. The company has also revolutionized the direct selling model, introducing the social selling model that brings the direct sales model of yesteryear into the 21st century. During his tenure, MONAT has accomplished a number of key strategic initiatives, including the launch of MONAT Gratitude, the company's philanthropic initiative focused on impacting families, children and education, and encouraging Market Partners to do the same in their communities. Ray has received a number of awards and recognitions including a Gold Stevie Award for Entrepreneur of the Year in 2019 and a spot on South Florida Business Journal's List of Power Leaders for 2020. He earned a degree in International Business from Florida International University.
