Talking Trash is a show to discuss movies that some people deem to be garbage, mediocre or just one that people never knew existed, we talk through the plot in spoiler fashion while asking "is this a bad movie?" And if not "what is the worst movie ever made?"It's January and we continue the accidental theme of people trapped in bad locations with even worse situations. This week we watch one of the most sloppily slapped together films of all time, with "Night Train To Terror." This Train Wreck is an anthology film made up entirely of unfinished films. Why are we watching it? Well, as the song goes "everybody's got something to do, everybody but you" so why don't you all "Dance with me, dance with me!" Music by Karl Casey @whitebataudio on Instagram and YouTube. You can find us on Instagram @justanothermovienight and @thecraftymisfitNew episode every Tuesday. Thanks for listening! We appreciate you.
Dance with us, maniacs! We continue Anthology Month with the scraps that make up 1985's Night Train To Terror. Tune in as we discuss the film and other topics such as the multiple cameos by Bull from Night Court, Gerard Way's acting debut, and guys getting caught in nets. Drop that Caramello and check out our Patreon! This month we play a rousing game of Two Truth & A Lie. For as little as $2 a month you can get in on the action as well with bonus episodes, Discord privileges, livestreams, exclusive merchandise and more! Want more bizarre stories from 1985? Check out our previous episodes on Re-Animator (episode 19), Phenomena (episode 61), Return Of The Living Dead (episode 81), Demons (episode 135), and Ghoulies (episode 243).
Three episodes in and I'm already talking too much. Well, this is Night Train to Terror, which is three movies in one and then some. Learn about Phillip Yordan, about Satan and God playing cards, hear a song a whole bunch of times and thrill to me talking way too much about a movie no one cares about. Everybody's got something to do, everybody but you. Theme song: Strip Search by Neal Gardner. Visit the site at www.bandsaboutmovies.com and send thoughts to bandsaboutmovies@gmail.com

What if God and the Devil met on a train to decide the fate of some human souls? What if you took three different movies and edited them down into one anthology movie? These are the questions we tackle in this week's episode about Night Train to Terror. https://linktr.ee/Jumpscarepodcast
An anthology movie about God and Satan going over three stories and determining who goes to Heaven and who goes to hell.

Colin belts out "everybody's got something to do, everybody but you!" after boarding the Night Train to Terror (1985), a horror anthology made up of parts cannibalized from three other feature films, framed by a train ride taken by God and the Devil as they argue over souls. Listen as our brains explode from slo-mo breakdancing, Claymation devil monsters, Tazmanian Winged Beetles, Nazi nightmares and more on this week's exciting episode! So, with Writer/Artist Bob Fingerman's visit we got to watch the amazing 70s classic "The Taking of Pelham 1-2-3". And then...we watched this...movie. This anomalous 80's horror entry has a stunningly dubious story. Pieced together from...well, just listen in as we explain. It's truly an experience you will never forget.
Choo Choo, Rotters! This week I'm joined by Sean Miller from The Horror Show podcast to talk about the mental 1985 anthology-horror; Night Train to Terror. What's different about this particular anthology, however, is that the segments are made up of full length feature films that have been edited down to just 20 minutes each. And the results are varying. Think how a song would sound if you cut halfway through the first verse and jumped to the end of the chorus..... that's Night Train to Terror. Heated discussions between God and Satan, Nazi demons and a neon 80s dance troupe, to boot..... this film has it all. Toodles! It's the second frightful half of Midwestern Horror Month so Spookyzooky got back beloved comedian and skilled DM Hobert Thompson to talk about the campy cult classic Night Train to Terror. You might find this episode so funny that you'll laugh yourself TO DEATH! (If you do start laughing really hard and you're scared you might die from it, we do recommend pausing the podcast and taking a break).
It's time for some Bizarre 80's films! So bad it's good? or just plain weird? We are the judge. We picked up a couple movies from Vinegar Syndrome to indulge in the weird. We talk about BLOODBEAT (1983) a strange film about country wizards who dream up a killer samurai (on the loose) who kills everyone. Then we take on the crazy anthology NIGHT TRAIN TO TERROR (1985) where God & The Devil talk about 3 individual souls in this bloody gore filled oddity. It's going to get weird. So buckle up. *For our sanity, we're reviving the show during the pandemic to give us an excuse to talk together and have a much needed laugh. Matt is joined by Joe Kincher and Jason Farrell to discuss NIGHT TRAIN TO TERROR, an infamous anthology film from 1985 that hacks 3 unrelated feature films into a delirious mess. God and Satan ride a train together and determine the fate of the characters from some weird-ass movie made even more weird-ass by hatchet-job editing. Check it out!
God and Satan are on a train discussing the fate of three individuals. The stories of the people in question are told in a trio of very strange vignettes. One involves an insane asylums with some very interesting treatment plans. Another involves a 'death club'. The final story shows us the adventures of a server of Satan. This is a strange movie.

Patrick and I review the most insane movie we've done on this show: NIGHT TRAIN TO TERROR (1985). We've talked about shocking films, silly films, sexy films, gross films, but this one has it all. It's an anthology horror film set on a train (during a perpetual new wave musical) which is about to crash. only two of the passengers know this and they are GOD and SATAN. They are there to judge the fates of three doomed soul also among the prospective trainwreck and we review the lives they have lead so far - which is the set-up for the three stories. That's a mouthful, right! Enjoy, I know we did.
In this episode, the Retro Movie Geek crew are joined by Nathan Tolle (find him on Twitter here), and they’re geeking out over Night Train To Terror (1985) and the music video not understanding the “plot” divvying up...
Episode 20 sees Andy and Mitch joined by (quite frankly) legendary horror artist, Graham Humphreys. His chosen film? Night Train To Terror! Directed by Jay Schlossberg-Cohen (among others), Night Train To Terror is a bizarre, three part portmanteau which is variously described as a shambles or as nothing short of amazing, depending on who you talk to. How will Andy & Mitch come down on it? Featuring Tony Giorgio, Ferdy Mayne and the always great Cameron Mitchell, this is a film that will test the limits of your sanity. All aboard! The synopsis is as follows: Aboard a fast moving train bound for Hell, God and Satan decide the fates of three unfortunate mortals. In HARRY, a fiendish killer keeps the horribly mutilated body parts of his countless victims in a diabolical torture chamber. In GRETTA, a young woman, obsessed with death, takes part in an unspeakable ritual of Russian roulette. Finally in CLAIRE, a young woman and a Holocaust survivor are terrorized by the son of Satan! Lee of They Must Be Destroyed On Sight pulls the Movie Stack Jenga pick this week with Night Train To Terror. This pick makes Cort vainly attempt to explain what the hell is actually going on in the film as there seems to be no way to ascertain plot, story, or logic of any kind. As the will to understand rapidly dissolves, the guys abandoned the hope of making the review work and just babble on to pad out the episode with the abuse of clips and the “Dance with me” chorus of “Everybody But You” theme song.
