Send us a textJames Walsh Explains what Beneficial Ownership Information (BOI) is and how important it is to file before the 12/31/24 deadline. If you own a business in the United States do not delay and file today with link below.James has created a website to help you with filing your BOIhttps://boifilings.com/Filing your Beneficial Ownership Information (BOI) before December 31, 2024, is essential due to compliance requirements set by the Corporate Transparency Act (CTA), which is enforced by the Financial Crimes Enforcement Network (FinCEN). Here's why you need to file before this deadline:1. New Reporting Requirements under the Corporate Transparency Act (CTA)The CTA was enacted to increase transparency in corporate ownership and prevent illicit activities like money laundering, tax evasion, and fraud. The act requires most U.S. corporations, LLCs, and similar entities to report their beneficial owners to FinCEN. A beneficial owner is any individual who directly or indirectly exercises substantial control over the company or owns at least 25% of its ownership interests.2. Deadlines for FilingExisting Entities (Formed before January 1, 2024): Must file their BOI report by December 31, 2024.New Entities (Formed on or after January 1, 2024): Must file within 30 days of formation or registration. This means if your business was established before 2024, you need to submit your BOI report by the end of 2024. For newer entities, the filing must occur within a month of their establishment.3. Avoiding PenaltiesFailure to file your BOI on time can result in severe penalties, including:Fines: Up to $500 per day for non-compliance.Criminal Penalties: In some cases, failure to report can lead to criminal charges, with fines up to $10,000 and even imprisonment.Support the showListener Feedback Is Always Welcome and Appreciated. Is there a particular topic I have not covered on the show that you want to hear? You can become a supporter of the show by clicking this link below, become a supporter and get a shout out on the next podcast episode.https://www.buzzsprout.com/1838062/supportPlease feel free to email me what type of topics you are interested in as well as any other tips to improve your listening experience. john@homeinspectionauthority.comCheck out My Shopify Store: Coffee Mugs, Tote bags, T-Shirtshttps://homeinspectionauthority.myshopify.com/products/black-glossy-podcast-mug?variant=44158131175643

Welcome to the Stupid Hearts Club! The Club for everyone with a Stupid Heart-------------------Enjoy this free snippet of Nico's new Patreon exclusive podcast, The Busking Chronicles, which he recorded with James Walsh of Starsailor fame. I have made a really cool episode of The Busking Chronicles here for you guys. James and I met when we both played a fancy pants Soho clubs acoustic night after the last winter lockdown, with James headlining and blowing everyone away with his voice, while I held his beer and then caught Covid. It was a cool night though and we stayed in touch.I was hoping recently that he would be up for doing the Busky Chrons when he actually messaged me saying we should get together and chat and try and think of a project, which we did. Over a slightly wrongly administered lunch order in Londons 'Troubador' club, which is full of Bob Dylan vibes and stories from when he played there many times. This chat took place in a pals house in West London and features me marvelling at some of the shoulders James has rubbed with (?), his positive attitude to the selfie and sound advice on how to deal with knob'eads. The one thing we will never run out of.-------------------If you like what I do and you want to support me financially, as well as get access to some cool extras, please take a look at my Patreon! And if you can't, or indeed just don't want to, then I'm still super happy you're here (but I will now ignore you if I see you in the street)And if you want to hear more from me I'm always putting things up on my Instagram, come and say hello-------------------Editing by Oliver ConnollyProduction support from Drew ToynbeeCopyright 2024 Nico Tatarowicz

The fighting in the Middle East promises to intensify, with Israel preparing for a siege of Gaza to root out the Hamas terrorists that massacred Israeli civilians over the weekend. Bret Baier, FOX's Chief Political Anchor, host of Special Report and the Bret Baier podcast, joins the Rundown to discuss concerns about who is funding terror organizations like Hamas and Hezbollah, why comparing atrocities committed by the Hamas terrorists to the actions of the Israeli government is a dangerous moral equivalency, and he talks about his new book, “To Rescue the Constitution: George Washington and the Fragile American Experiment.” Reports broke on Wednesday that Iran's President Raisi and Saudi Arabia's crown prince Mohammed bin Salman spoke on the phone, discussing the “need to end war crimes against Palestine.” This news brings fresh scrutiny to Iran's role in the terror attacks on Israel, as Iran has been a long-standing sponsor of Hamas. Now, intelligence agencies are reevaluating Iran's nuclear capabilities as well. Senior research associate at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology's Security Studies Program, Dr. James Walsh, explains what we know about Iran's involvement in the attack on Israel, how close Iran is to a nuclear weapon, and the threat of Islamic nations in the region joining the fight against Israel. Plus, commentary by Heritage Foundation Tech Policy research associate Jake Denton. Learn more about your ad choices. Visit megaphone.fm/adchoices
