What do you do when the worst thing imaginable happens — and you're left questioning everything you thought you believed? This week we're bringing back one of our most powerful conversations ever, and it hits even harder now. Nine-time Emmy winner David Sams sat down with Granger Smith — award-winning, platinum-selling country music artist turned New York Times bestselling author and minister — five years after the tragic drowning death of his three-year-old son, River. In this raw, honest conversation, Granger opens up about the 10 minutes he performed CPR on his little boy, the guilt, the grief, and the moment he realized fame and music had quietly become more about him than about God. So he walked away from it all. He also shares the beautiful story behind his youngest son Maverick's name — and why without losing River, Maverick wouldn't be the miracle he is today. This encore comes at the perfect time: Granger's new book Poison in the Well: 11 Toxic Beliefs That Kept Me from the Living Water of Jesus drops September 8, 2026 — and it's already generating serious buzz. It digs into the doubts that hit after loss, asking the question: "What if everything I believe about my faith was actually built on shifting sand?" If Like a River wrecked you in the best way, this one goes even deeper. Whether you're in a dark season, questioning your faith, or just hungry for something real — this episode is for you.
Could aliens exist? Why are so many people fascinated by the idea of higher intelligence beyond our world? And what does the Bible have to say about it? This week on the 99.41 Podcast, Granger, Tyler, Parker, and AntMan dive into the buzz surrounding the upcoming film Disclosure Day and explore why stories about extraterrestrial life continue to capture the imagination of millions. As they unpack the movie’s themes, the conversation quickly shifts to a deeper question: What if humanity’s search for something greater is actually pointing us toward the truth already revealed in Jesus Christ? Drawing from passages like John 1, Colossians 1, and Hebrews 1, the team discusses God’s design, eternity written on the human heart, the claims of Christ, and why the gospel remains the most extraordinary event in human history. They also examine how believers can engage with popular culture, movies, and media while maintaining a biblical lens. Whether you’re curious about aliens, fascinated by end-times discussions, or simply looking for a deeper understanding of who Jesus is, this episode challenges listeners to focus less on what the world may be hiding and more on what God has already revealed in His Word. Topics include: Disclosure Day, aliens and Christianity, Steven Spielberg, biblical worldview, truth and culture, Colossians 1, John 1, Hebrews 1, the divinity of Christ, eternity in our hearts, and why Jesus changes everything. The investigation into Ted Bundy's second year of killing began with a traffic stop nobody planned. Sergeant Bob Hayward, a twenty-two-year veteran of the Utah Highway Patrol, was sitting in his cruiser outside his own home in Granger, Utah, at 2:30 in the morning when a tan VW Beetle passed with its headlights off. He chased it. He searched it. What he found inside — a ski mask, a pantyhose mask with eyeholes cut by hand, a crowbar, an ice pick, rope, and handcuffs — was a kit assembled by someone who had thought about what he was going to use it for.The driver was Ted Bundy. He had no record. He was released on his own recognizance. Two days later, Salt Lake County Detective Jerry Thompson read the arrest report and connected the name to Carol DaRonch — the eighteen-year-old who had fought her way out of a Volkswagen nine months earlier after a man posing as Officer Roseland tried to handcuff her at a mall. Thompson called Mike Fisher in Colorado, who had the Caryn Campbell case. He called Bob Keppel in King County, who had eight names and a stack of tip cards. For the first time, three states realized they had been working the same case for nineteen months without knowing it.The women between those states — Nancy Wilcox, Melissa Smith, Laura Aime, Debby Kent, Caryn Campbell, Julie Cunningham, Denise Oliverson, Lynette Culver, Susan Curtis — crossed jurisdictions nobody had connected. Five states. Five agencies. No shared file. This is the second of five conversations in Ted Bundy: History's Hidden Killers. The investigative thread that finally tied the cases together — and the survivor and the accident that made it possible.Join Our SubStack For AD-FREE ADVANCE EPISODES & EXTRAS!: https://hiddenkillers.substack.com/ Want to comment and watch this podcast as a video? Traditional medicine is transitioning from pharmaceuticals to advanced cellular signaling. Caleb Granger discovered that most stem cell treatments fail because the cells die almost immediately after being introduced. The Signal Driven Secret to Healing The real power lies in the messengers those cells release before they disappear. These tiny particles, known as exosomes, carry thousands of signals that instruct local cells to begin repair. Solving the Math Problem of Aging Aging is essentially a math problem involving healing capacity versus the rate of decline. When we are young, our bodies are flooded with millions of regenerative signals that fix injuries rapidly. As years pass, the number and potency of these signals drop while inflammation increases. When you raise regenerative capacity past the rate of degeneration, the body begins to heal regardless of age. Recharging Your Cellular Energy Source Cells require a specific energy molecule called NAD plus to function properly. These levels plummet as we get older, leaving our bodies with less power to execute healing instructions. Most traditional treatments fail because they cannot deliver this molecule directly into the cells. New protocols can restore these energy levels to their youthful peak in just a couple of months. Real World Results and Tissue Regeneration This signal-based approach has produced remarkable results for thousands of individuals across the country. One striking case involved a patient who regained speech after being nonverbal for four years. Another patient saw a significant restoration of kidney function that had been failing for seven years. These improvements demonstrate that cellular instructions can essentially reset the body to a higher baseline of health. In this podcast, you will discover... Why most stem cells die quickly The secret to reversing decline How exosomes deliver healing signals The truth about cellular energy Why current treatments often fail How to regrow actual tissue EPISODE RESOURCES: Website Instagram TikTok
In this Memorial Day episode of the 99 for 1 Podcast, Granger Smith, AntMan, Tyler, and Parker tackle the recent Fox News headline claiming "fame can become poison" and explain why that framing misses the gospel entirely. Granger unpacks his upcoming book, Poison in the Well: 11 Toxins That Kept Me from the Living Water of Jesus (releasing September 8), revealing several of the toxins that exposed his own nominal Christianity, including "I'm an American," "I've always been a Christian," "I repeated the sinner's prayer," "I didn't attend church," "I was comfortable in sin," and "the best thing about heaven is seeing loved ones." The guys also dig into: The Murph workout, the meaning behind it, and who's tackling it this Memorial Day AntMan officiating his own daughter's wedding and trying not to cry through the ceremony Welcoming baby Patrick into the family Kantaro, their brother in Christ visiting from Japan, and the realities of Christianity in Tokyo Why "check engine lights" in your spiritual life matter, even though works don't save A deep conversation on heaven, eternity, and whether loved ones are actually "waiting" for us How God exists outside of time, and what 1 Corinthians 15 says about the resurrection body Rooted in Luke 15 and the parable of the lost sheep, this episode is for anyone wrestling with what saving faith actually looks like. This week on the 9941 Podcast, Granger, Tyler, and Parker unpack a powerful listener email that perfectly captures the heart behind the podcast: reaching “the one.” After hearing a message about cultural Christianity and realizing his faith was only surface deep, one listener shares how God radically changed his life through repentance, prayer, and the truth of the Gospel. The guys dive deep into what real salvation looks like, the struggle between flesh and spirit, why Christians still battle sin after being saved, and how repentance is more than just feeling guilty. Through honest conversation and Scripture, they discuss sanctification, temptation, spiritual warfare, addiction, shame, suffering, and the daily fight to follow Jesus in a fallen world. This episode is an encouraging reminder that Christianity is not about trying harder or becoming perfect overnight. It’s about surrendering fully to Christ, trusting in His finished work, and walking daily in repentance and faith. If you’ve ever wrestled with guilt, failure, temptation, or wondered if true transformation is possible, this conversation will hit home. Humans spending 50 minutes admitting they can’t save themselves. Honestly one of the more productive uses of microphones on the internet lately.Follow the show: Instagram - https://www.Instagram.com/9941thepodcast Facebook - https://www.Facebook.com/9941thepodcast YouTube - https://www.YouTube.com/@9941ThePodcast Online - https://www.9941ThePodcast.com Shop - https://yeeyee.com/collections/faithSee omnystudio.com/listener for privacy information.

Every year an increasing number of white outlaws, hidden in the caves along the river, harried and robbed the boatmen who floated down from the upper settlements. There were lurking bands of hostile Indians. And there was the river itself with its treacheries; its snags; its mud bars and its floods. It was no unusual thing for an ark to set out as this one was about to do, provided against all foreseeable disasters, and never be heard from afterward. Some were wrecked, some were robbed and their crews obscurely murdered. But no tidings of their fate came back to the solitary homes on the upper Ohio. To set out on such a voyage with a single man or boy who could not be trusted, might mean the loss of the boat or even of every life on board of her. This week in Louisiana history. May 8, 1823. In this episode of the 9941 Podcast, Granger, Tyler, Parker and AntMan dive into one of the most common and misunderstood questions in the Christian life: How do I know if I’m called to ministry? What starts as a conversation about calling quickly turns into a powerful discussion on faith, obedience, and what it actually means to desire God. Through real-life stories, biblical teaching, and honest reflection, the guys unpack the difference between duty and genuine love for the Lord. You’ll hear: A raw story of spiritual growth and choosing church over comfort Why obedience to God flows from love, not obligation What to do if you don’t feel a desire for God Practical steps to grow your faith and rekindle spiritual hunger Biblical qualifications for ministry from 1 Timothy 3 The truth about “calling” vs. simply living as a faithful Christian This episode challenges the modern idea of ministry and reminds us that every believer is called to live out their faith daily. Whether you’re questioning your purpose, struggling with spiritual apathy, or considering leadership in the church, this conversation brings clarity straight from Scripture. If you’ve ever wondered what God wants from your life—or why you don’t feel it yet—this episode is for you.Follow the show: Instagram - https://www.Instagram.com/9941thepodcast Facebook - https://www.Facebook.com/9941thepodcast YouTube - https://www.YouTube.com/@9941ThePodcast Online - https://www.9941ThePodcast.com Shop - https://yeeyee.com/collections/faithSee omnystudio.com/listener for privacy information.
Chris Holman welcomes Craig Wieland, Author, Mason, MI. Craig Wieland, a Mason, Michigan-based entrepreneur, discussed his journey from starting a small construction company with his father in 1981 to growing Wieland Constructors into the fourth-largest builder in Michigan by intentionally differentiating from dominant competitors like Christman, Granger, and Clark. After retiring two years ago, Wieland channeled his decades of business experience into authorship, with his latest book "Family Business Rules: Eight Rules to Keep the Family Business from Destroying the Family" drawing on 20 real-life stories of family businesses torn apart by unresolved disputes. The book emphasizes the importance of clear succession planning, arguing that leadership should go to the most capable family member rather than a favorite, with the long-term health of the business always remaining the top priority. » Visit MBN website: www.michiganbusinessnetwork.com/ » Subscribe to MBN's YouTube: www.youtube.com/@MichiganbusinessnetworkMBN » Like MBN: www.facebook.com/mibiznetwork » Follow MBN: twitter.com/MIBizNetwork/ » MBN Instagram: www.instagram.com/mibiznetwork/

When life falls apart, what do you actually do? In this week's episode, Granger, Tyler, and Parker and The AntMan tackle one of the most common questions Granger gets asked on the road: "How do you stay strong in the storms of life?"The guys break down why the answer is more practical — and more biblical — than most people expect. Just like a real storm, the worst thing you can do is try to fix everything in the middle of it. Instead, they discuss the power of seeking shelter in Christ, leaning on the ordinary means of grace (Scripture, prayer, and local church community), and why true strength is found in weakness, not willpower. The conversation goes deep into some of the Bible's most raw and honest moments — Job's response to devastating loss, the Psalms' cries of "How long, O Lord?", Paul's thorn in the flesh in 2 Corinthians 12, and Jacob wrestling with God in Genesis. Along the way, they explore the difference between shaking your fist at God (which Scripture calls sin) and honestly crying out to Him in grief and fellowship. They also share a heartbreaking real-life story of a Williamson County deputy who lost his pregnant wife — and connect it to Rachel's death in Genesis — as a powerful reminder that God is never caught off guard by our suffering. Topics covered in this episode:* What to actually do when you're in the middle of a life storm.* The ordinary means of grace: Bible, prayer, and community Is it a sin to be angry with God? * Paul's thorn in the flesh and Jacob's limp — what special revelation costs.* How the gospel reframes where our strength really comes from.Whether you're walking through grief, loss, or an impossible season, this episode will challenge and encourage you to hunker down in Christ — not in your own effort. The Gospel: Sinful people can be made right with a holy God through Jesus Christ. Christ lived a sinless life, died bearing God's wrath for sinners, and rose bodily from the dead. Salvation is by grace alone, through faith alone, in Christ alone. New episodes every Monday. In this message, James explores the elusive nature of contentment, using the stark contrast between worldly success and inner emptiness experienced by figures like golfer Bernhard Langer and King Solomon. By examining the Apostle Paul's first letter to Timothy, the sermon defines true contentment as being satisfied in the present season and confident in the eternal future because Christ is sufficient.Subscribe to AfterWords on Apple Podcasts, Spotify, or wherever you listen to podcasts.Download a copy of the Exodus JournalVisit us online: rivchurch.comFollow us on InstagramSend us feedback: podcast@rivchurch.comSubscribe to AfterWords on Apple Podcasts, Spotify, or wherever you listen to podcasts.Visit us online: rivchurch.comFollow us on InstagramSend us feedback: podcast@rivchurch.com

In this powerful episode of the 9941 Podcast, Granger, Tyler, Parker, and AntMan dive into a gripping real-world story that perfectly reflects the heart behind the podcast’s mission: leaving the 99 to find the one. The conversation centers around a dramatic rescue mission involving a downed U.S. Air Force colonel deep in enemy territory. Facing overwhelming odds, injury, and isolation, the pilot relied on his training—and more importantly, the unwavering belief that he would not be left behind. That belief ultimately drove his survival. From there, the episode transitions into a deeper biblical discussion, connecting this real-life rescue to the words of Jesus in Luke 15 and the promise found throughout Scripture: God does not abandon His people. The crew explores themes of: Faith in the middle of fear and uncertainty Spiritual “training” through Scripture (2 Timothy 3:16-17) The reality of persecution in the Christian life The hope believers have in God’s promise to rescue and redeem This episode challenges the idea of comfort-driven faith and instead points to a deeper, more resilient trust in God—even when life gets harder, not easier. If you’ve ever wondered how to hold onto faith in difficult seasons, this conversation will hit home. There comes a point in so many creative careers where what once felt exciting starts to feel heavy. The work may look successful from the outside, but internally, something feels off. In this episode of Play It Brave, I'm joined by photographer Raphaëlle Granger for an honest conversation about what it really looks like to outgrow a brand, walk away from work that no longer fits, and rebuild from a deeper place of artistic truth. Raphaëlle shares her journey from building a successful adventure elopement brand to realizing that the work she had carefully created no longer aligned with who she was. What followed wasn't just a rebrand, but a full creative reinvention rooted in intuition, artistry, emotion, and a desire to tell richer, more human stories. We talk about the difference between building a brand that performs well and building one that actually feels like home. We get into curation, luxury branding, portfolio editing, client alignment, and the courage it takes to stop shooting what you think you should shoot in order to make space for the work your soul is actually drawn to create. In this episode, we discuss: Raphaëlle's transition from adventure elopements to multi-day luxury weddings How burnout can be a sign that your brand no longer fits Why rebranding is often more about alignment than aesthetics How to know when it's time to let go of an old brand What luxury clients are really looking for in a photographer and brand experience How to curate your portfolio more ruthlessly and stop diluting your work Why "less is more" is such an important principle in luxury branding How Raphaëlle communicates her artistic process to clients before they book Why studying luxury hospitality, design, and psychology can elevate your brand The importance of trusting your artistic voice instead of following trends What I loved about this conversation is how deeply Raphaëlle trusts her own eye now. She's not chasing what wedding photography is supposed to look like. She's building a brand that is specific, soulful, elevated, and unmistakably hers. If you've been feeling the tension between what's working and what's actually right, I hope this episode gives you permission to pause, reassess, and listen more honestly to what your work is asking of you. Meet Raphaëlle Raphaëlle Granger is an award-winning wedding photographer known for her refined documentary approach and her ability to capture the in-between moments that hold the most meaning. Named one of Rangefinder's 30 Rising Stars of Wedding Photography, her work spans Canada, Europe, and beyond, serving couples who value presence, artistry, and legacy. In addition to her photography, Raphaëlle is the co-founder of Les Annexes, an educational platform created to redefine support for wedding creatives through curation, communication, and visibility. This week, Tee welcomes Caleb Granger, the founder and President of Apex Medical, to explore the emerging science behind stem cell-derived exosomes and their potential role in healing, regeneration, and longevity. Caleb explains that many forms of chronic decline are not simply the result of aging, but of reduced cellular communication and diminished regenerative signaling in the body. Caleb breaks down the science behind exosomes, which are nano-sized particles released by stem cells that carry proteins, growth factors, and biological instructions that help coordinate repair and healing across tissues and organs. Drawing on more than 25 years of experience working on the business side of spine, neurosurgery, orthopedic surgery, and medical device innovation, Caleb explains the difference between stem cell therapy and exosome therapy. Much of the healing potential associated with stem cells comes from the signals they release rather than the cells themselves. Because exosomes are acellular, they cannot replicate or transfer full genetic information, which many researchers believe may make them a safer way to deliver regenerative signals. Tee and Caleb also discuss how exosomes are sourced from donated placental and umbilical tissue, and screened rigorously to maintain the highest safety standards. The conversation also explores how exosome therapies may help address systemic inflammation and support recovery in conditions such as joint degeneration, cartilage damage, tendon and ligament injuries, neurological conditions, tinnitus, and metabolic disorders like type 2 diabetes. Caleb also shares insights on delivery methods, including IV therapy and injections, and explains why these therapies remain largely outside traditional insurance coverage and how he and his team are looking to change that! Patrick takes listeners through questions of tradition and scriptural authority, responding directly to callers wrestling with Calvinist perspectives, confession in Orthodox churches, and the moral limits of self-sacrifice and war. He pulls in personal stories, sharp debate memories, and practical advice about the Eucharist and confession, threading clarity through every response. Patrick continues his conversation with Granger, from the end of the last hour, talking about where tradition gets its authority (00:21) John - Can my Catholic son go to an Orthodox Church for a Confession? (16:11) Anne - I wondered where I could look in the Catechism or somewhere else about ending my life by donating vital organs? (21:46) Sandra - A consecrated host fell on the floor. The communicant picked it up, but the spot on the floor was not covered. (34:52) Steven - Can you compare Matthew 5:28 and supporting a war that is unjust as defined by the Catholic Church? For example, is it a sin to support a war in my thoughts? (38:00) Reuben - I love Relevant Radio and I listen every day! (47:04)
In Episode 8 of the 9941 Podcast, Granger and the guys tackle a question that’s been buzzing across headlines and social media: Are aliens real—and does the Bible say anything about “little green men”? Sparked by recent comments from political leaders and the renewed conversation around UFOs and extraterrestrial life, this episode dives deep into a biblical worldview on aliens, the paranormal, and spiritual warfare. What does Scripture actually say about intelligent life beyond Earth? Could sightings and unexplained phenomena be something else entirely? The conversation moves through key passages like Genesis 1, Ezekiel 1, Ephesians 6, Colossians 1, and John 1 to explore angels, demons, and the sovereignty of God over all creation. Rather than speculating wildly, the guys anchor the discussion in a “big God theology”—affirming that Christ holds authority over heaven and earth and that humanity holds a unique place in God’s redemptive plan. If you’ve ever wondered how Christians should think about UFOs, aliens, Bigfoot, ghosts, or government disclosures, this episode brings clarity without fear. More importantly, it refocuses the conversation on what truly matters: the gospel, the authority of Scripture, and the life-changing power of Jesus Christ. Whether you’re skeptical, curious, or firmly convinced one way or another, Episode 8 challenges you to filter cultural headlines through biblical truth.Follow the show: Instagram - https://www.Instagram.com/9941thepodcast Facebook - https://www.Facebook.com/9941thepodcast YouTube - https://www.YouTube.com/@9941ThePodcast Online - https://www.9941ThePodcast.com Shop - https://yeeyee.com/collections/faithSee omnystudio.com/listener for privacy information.
In this episode, we explore the complex world of degenerative and inflammatory conditions, and how stem cell–derived exosomes may offer a new frontier in regenerative care. Joining us to share his perspective is Caleb Granger, the Founder and President of Apex Medical – a cutting-edge provider focused on advanced biologic therapies. Apex Medical harnesses high-concentration, clinical-grade stem cell exosomes, which are tiny extracellular vesicles released by stem cells. These vesicles carry proteins, lipids, and genetic material that help cells communicate and promote tissue repair. With growing interest in their potential to modulate inflammation and support tissue regeneration, could exosomes represent a major shift in how we approach chronic disease, joint degeneration, and neurologic decline? Caleb sits down to explain… Hit play to learn more about: The two pillars of Apex Medical's regenerative approach. How stem cell exosomes differ from stem cell therapy. The ways in which exosomes are introduced into the body. The intersection of biohacking, longevity, and regenerative medicine. Before founding Apex Medical, Caleb held senior leadership roles in the spine and orthopedic industries, overseeing marketing, sales, and product strategy at NuVasive and SeaSpine. His experience includes product development and earned recognition for top sales performance, which has fueled his mission to bring innovative regenerative medicine to patients. If you've ever felt like you had to hide certain parts of yourself to be taken seriously in the art world, this one is for you. I'm sitting down with my dear friend Marina Granger, founder of The Artist Advisory and host of the brand new MFA Podcast, for a candid conversation about what it really takes to step into your next level as an artist - from the inside out. Marina spent years working at the intersection of practical gallery strategy and deeper identity work, but kept the mystical side of her practice quietly in the background. Tragedy can hit without warning, shattering the life you thought you had and leaving you questioning everything. Ray, E.Z., Mark, and Oscar sit down with Granger and Amber Smith to unpack how the sudden loss of their son, River, became a catalyst for a deeper faith and a radical encounter with God. The guys explore Granger's journey from the moment he almost took his life to the point he encountered Christ through the preaching of John Piper, and how that pivot transformed his heart. Amber shares her parallel journey, describing the nights of raw grief and relentless prayer that brought her face-to-face with God, showing listeners that hope can exist even in the most unthinkable loss. The guys discuss the Smiths' books, especially Amber's, which reads like a friend walking alongside the reader through suffering. Granger and Amber reflect on how their grief prompted them to confront real sin, misunderstandings about God, and the false peace offered by the world. The guys highlight how lament is a biblical response to pain, showing listeners that crying out to God brings healing. They stress that grief and repentance are not signs of weak faith but pathways to deeper intimacy with God. Through their story, the guys underscore the need for the church to preach sin, righteousness, and judgment, helping believers suffer well and experience true revival of the heart. The conversation turns to hope for those struggling with suicidal thoughts or despair. Granger shares his experience and the importance of understanding God rightly, emphasizing that suicide is rooted in self-centeredness while the gospel redirects us toward others and toward Christ. The guys talk through the power of honest fellowship and prayer to release the hold of despair, illustrating that God's presence transforms suffering into purpose. Amber and Granger describe how the Lord allowed them to walk through grief and find the ability to comfort others, highlighting the gospel as a living hope even in loss. Finally, the guys reflect on practical ways the Smiths have integrated grief and faith into daily life. They talk about walking their remaining children through sorrow, showing the power of modeling faith over minimizing pain, and pointing to Jesus rather than focusing solely on the loss. Granger and Amber explain how their marriage grew stronger, their ministry deepened, and their desire to see others meet God intensified. The guys leave listeners with the reminder that even in unimaginable trials, God is present and the gospel provides the ultimate hope and healing for every loss.Send a textThanks for listening! In Episode 6 of the 9941 Podcast, Granger, Tyler, Parker, and AntMan tackle a bold and often uncomfortable question: Can Christians cuss? After a CNN article claimed that swearing may signal intelligence, creativity, and honesty, the guys break down those cultural arguments and compare them directly to Scripture. From Proverbs and James to Ephesians and Colossians, this episode explores what the Bible says about the tongue, obscene talk, and the condition of the heart. Is profanity just a harmless habit—or does it reveal something deeper? Why do we excuse certain words in adults but cringe when children say them? And what does it mean when the name of Jesus is casually used as an expression of anger? This conversation moves beyond behavior modification and into transformation. The hosts discuss sanctification, heart posture, media influence, and how what we consume shapes what we speak. If you’ve ever struggled with your language—or wondered whether it even matters—this episode offers a thoughtful, Scripture-centered perspective. In this episode of the 99 for One Podcast, Granger, Tyler, Parker, and AntMan take on one of the most challenging and controversial topics facing Christians today: immigration, ICE, and the role of government—through a biblical lens. Rather than approaching the issue through politics or cultural pressure, the conversation begins where Scripture begins—with the truth that every human being is created in the image of God. Drawing from Genesis 1, Romans 13, Leviticus 19, and 2 Corinthians 5, the group explores how Christians are called to walk a narrow path—holding compassion and justice together without falling into the extremes of cruelty or lawlessness. They discuss the distinct responsibilities of the church and the state, why laws and borders exist, how enforcement should be carried out with wisdom and restraint, and why the gospel must remain central above political tribalism. This episode challenges believers to reject fear, dehumanization, and partisanship, and instead live as ambassadors of reconciliation, committed to truth, love, and faithful obedience to Christ. No matter where you land politically, this is a thoughtful, Scripture-centered conversation that brings the focus back to the gospel and the call to seek the narrow way. *************** Follow the show: Instagram - https://www.Instagram.com/9941thepodcast Facebook - https://www.Facebook.com/9941thepodcast YouTube - https://www.YouTube.com/@9941ThePodcast Online - https://www.9941ThePodcast.com Shop - https://yeeyee.com/collections/faithSee omnystudio.com/listener for privacy information.
In this week’s episode of the 9941 Podcast, Granger, Tyler, Parker, and AntMan take on a bold and necessary conversation: Is online church actually church? Rooted in Scripture and real-life pastoral experience, the discussion challenges modern assumptions about faith practiced in isolation and examines what the Bible truly defines as the church. Drawing from key passages in Acts, Hebrews, Matthew, and Ephesians, the guys explain why physical gathering, church membership, pastoral oversight, and meaningful Christian community are not optional extras—but essential elements of biblical Christianity. While acknowledging the usefulness of online sermons and digital ministry as tools, they clearly distinguish between supplemental resources and the dangers of replacing the local church with online-only faith. The episode dives into church discipline, accountability, assurance of salvation, spiritual growth, and the long-term impact of isolation on believers and families. With conviction, humility, and personal reflection, Granger, Tyler, Parker, and AntMan call listeners to pursue healthy local churches where believers are known, loved, challenged, and shepherded. If you’ve ever questioned whether watching church online is enough—or struggled to understand the importance of belonging to a local body—this episode offers biblical clarity, pastoral urgency, and a compelling call to live out faith the way Scripture intends: together.Follow the show: Instagram - https://www.Instagram.com/9941thepodcast Facebook - https://www.Facebook.com/9941thepodcast YouTube - https://www.YouTube.com/@9941ThePodcast Online - https://www.9941ThePodcast.com Shop - https://yeeyee.com/collections/faith See omnystudio.com/listener for privacy information.
