Bill talks about a concept called sympathy override and gives examples of how to get jurors to open up about the concept of sympathy and whether they can maintain discipline when it comes to sympathy. You have to address the challenge that jurors will experience when their heart and head are in conflict. Next, Bill explains Pre-Commitment Theory and how to leverage public commitment from jurors to increase the likelihood of them sticking to their commitment, plus how Pre-Commitment Theory can also be used to hold each other accountable in deliberations. Verbal commitment in front of the other jurors is critical for this to work. Bill concludes by emphasizing that the key to the entire concept of this sophisticated approach to voir dire is pre-programming the juror brain and the stepwise process required to do so. In this episode, we interviewed the PXC Heavyweight Champion Kelvin Fitial. Kelvin has been in the fight game for nearly two decades. In fact, he received his blue belt in BJJ this months after 18 years of dabbling in the art. But don't be mistaken, he is a certified killer - battle tested in multiple organizations around the world. He is the heavyweight champion of PXC and has a fight with former UFC heavyweight champion Ricco Rodriguez. What we can say about Kelvin is that his style of training is not conventional. He doesn't train in the biggest gym or have the fanciest equipment. What he has is his island of Saipan - he uses all elements of the island's resources to make sure he gets the training he needs.

Entrevista a Pablo Barranco, candidato de VOX por Hospitalet MINUTO 15:15 Pablo Barranco, actual candidato de VOX por la localidad catalana de Hospitalet, ha visitado esta mañana «Alt News» esta mañana y protagonizando una de las entrevistas más polémicas emitidas hasta el momento por el programa de Cadena Ibérica que conduce y dirige el periodista vizcaino Santiago Fontenla. Se trataba de entrevistar a Pablo Barranco sobre la polémica suscitada en aquella localidad tras las afirmaciones del anterior delegado de VOX en Cadena Ibérica. Daniel Clemente afirmaba ayer en el programa que «quien llega el último a un partido debe ponerse a la cola para acceder a cargos de representación y organización», en clara alusión a la reciente llegada de Pablo Barranco a VOX Barranco, que ha sustituido a Clemente en las listas de la localidad, ha argumentado en AlTNews que él milita en VOX desde 2014, bastante tiempo antes que el propio Clemente. El asunto ha derivado inmediatamente hacia preguntas sobre este tema, tras las que Barranco se ha reafirmado en que desde su afiliación a VOX en 2014 no ha militado en ningún otro partido. La bomba ha estallado cuando Santiago Fontenla le ha recordado que le entrevistó en el programa «El Picotazo» de mayo de 2017, hace ahora dos años, como secretario general de Plataforma por Cataluña. Durante toda su intervención, el candidato de Vox a la Alcaldía de Hospitalet se ha mostrado visiblemente nervioso y poco convincente, pese a la condescendencia recibida por parte del director de AD y colaborador del mismo espacio radial, Armando Robles, que hoy parecía ejercer el papel de «poli bueno». DOBLE MILITANCIA Tal como se recoge en «El Picotazo», Barranco asiste a la entrevista con Santiago Fontenla en calidad de secretario general de PxC. Se abren ahora una serie de dudas importantes en referencia a una posible doble militancia de Barranco, en VOX y PxC, cuestión ésta no permitida en los estatutos de VOX y que puede acarrear la expulsión del partido de Santi Abascal También surgen dudas sobre un candidato que no ha dudado en mentir en directo a miles de personas . ¿Debería dimitir Barranco? El bloguero catalán Xavier Rius Sant cree que Plataforma per Catalunya no está en disposición de imponer condiciones a Vox, que pasarían por la inclusión en sus listas para los municipales de los seis concejales que mantiene en ayuntamientos catalanes. Así lo ha expresado Xavier Rius hoy en el programa Alt Nees, de Cadena Ibérica, conducido y presentado por Santiago Fontenla, y que cuenta con la colaboración del director de AD. Durante la entrevista quedó patente que en la decisión de PxC por pactar con Vox prevalecerían los intereses económicos de los representantes municipales del partido que lideró Josep Anglada. “Con las siglas PxC es imposible que logren salir elegidos y estos caraduras, en su mayoría personas sin oficio ni beneficio fuera de la política, se juegan mucho dinero cada año. No es extraño que se quieran subir a la ola de Vox, cuyos dirigentes deberían recelar de tan indeseables compañías”, manifestó recientemente Josep Anglada, ex líder de PxC, al referirse a la posible disolución de este partido para su integración en el partido de Abascal. Precisamente, sobre Vox, Xavier Rius lo inscribió en la “extrema derecha” al proclamar su cercanía ideológica con Marine Le Pen y desgranó algunas contradicciones de los de Abascal en asuntos como aborto, autonomías e ideología de género. También se refirió a la presencia en la minicúpula de PxC de personajes procedentes del nazismo catalán. Preguntado sobre el conflicto catalán, Rius cree que se prolongará durante todo el proceso judicial a los líderes encarcelados del ‘procés’ y ve muy remotas las posibilidades de Manuel Valls de convertirse en el próximo alcalde de Barcelona.
