Welcome to the Personal Development Trailblazers Podcast! In today's episode, we're talking about how to become the hero of your own journey and create a beautiful, fulfilling, and happy life. Carl Frost is the founder of The Living Life Beautifully Project. He helps leaders and growth-minded people lead themselves first so they can show up with more clarity, steadiness, courage, and intention for the people and life in front of them. After more than 30 years of leading teams, building cultures, and developing people, Carl learned that the strongest leadership does not begin with a title. It begins with the person in the mirror. The hero in your story is not someone coming to rescue you. It is the steadier, more honest, more intentional version of you that has been there all along. As a Transformation Coach, Carl Frost helps people become the hero in their own story by guiding them toward greater alignment in their family life, work, and inner world. He empowers individuals to lead with intention, live with heart, and become the steadier, more honest, and more intentional version of themselves. Welcome to the Financial Freedom & Wealth Trailblazers Podcast! In today's episode, we're talking about how to rebuild your financial life, regain control of your money, and open the door to new opportunities that lead to lasting financial freedom. Ronald Monaco is a Financial & Credit Repair Professional at ReQualify 360, where his focus is helping clients move from credit setbacks toward stronger credit health and greater financial freedom. His work is centered on a simple but powerful outcome: helping pave the pathway for clients to rebuild, recover, and qualify for better financial opportunities. At ReQualify 360, Ronald operates in a space where credit health can shape almost every major money decision, from borrowing power to long-term financial stability. His role is about more than fixing scores; it is about guiding people through the process of requalifying financially so they can move forward with more confidence and more options.ReQualify 360 is a financial and credit repair company that positions itself around helping people requalify for a stronger financial future. In practical terms, that means working with clients who want to improve their credit profile and access a clearer path toward financial freedom. Ronald's work sits at the intersection of education, repair, and forward momentum, with the goal of turning financial frustration into a more workable plan. The credit repair and consumer finance landscape has become increasingly important as more people look for help navigating credit reporting, debt, and financial recovery. The Consumer Financial Protection Bureau's 2020 Consumer Response Annual Report noted more than 540,000 consumer complaints in 2020, and credit and consumer reporting complaints made up a major share of that volume. That context matters because it underscores why professionals like Ronald are needed: people want practical help, clearer answers, and a path to regain control of their financial lives. In that environment, Ronald's work with ReQualify 360 speaks to a broader shift in consumer finance: people are no longer just looking for information, they are looking for a process that helps them qualify again. His niche is built around helping clients restore credit health and pursue financial freedom with a more structured, outcome-driven approach.Connect with Ron Here: https://www.facebook.com/requalify360https://www.Requalify360.comGrab the freebie here: www.requalify360.com===================================If you enjoyed this episode, remember to hit the like button and subscribe. Send us Fan MailDisruption doesn't “settle down” anymore. It stacks, spreads, and speeds up until leaders start feeling like the only stable thing is the chaos itself. That's why I sat down with leadership, team, and organizational coach Dorothy Seminovich to unpack a powerful concept gaining traction: meta-ruption, the relentless convergence of disruptions across technology, geopolitics, climate, economics, social systems, and even personal identity. From there, we get practical about what leaders and coaches can actually do. Dorothy makes a clear case for adaptive presence, not just showing up with confidence, but expanding your range so you can meet the moment as it changes. We talk about how trust forms in an instant, why presence is relational, and how a leader can name uncertainty, reduce shame, and keep connection without pretending to have answers they don't have. If you care about executive presence, adaptive leadership, high performance teams, or coaching in chaos, this conversation offers language and tools you can use right away.We also dig into stabilizing the inner system through Gestalt coaching and embodied awareness. Instead of looking outside for certainty, Dorothy shares how “checking in with your interior” reveals real data: what you feel, what matters, what's missing, and what you're avoiding. Those small, unscripted moments often become the turning points that create psychological safety, spark courage, and move a team forward even when the future is unclear.Subscribe for more conversations like this, share the episode with a coach or leader navigating constant change, and leave a review so more people can find the show. What does “adaptive presence” look like in your hardest moments?Watch the full interview by clicking here. Find the full article here. Welcome to the Personal Development Trailblazers Podcast! In today's episode, we're talking about how to become a bulletproof coach by mastering the skills, mindset, and coaching excellence that create lasting client transformation, build unwavering trust, and grow a thriving coaching business. David Saville spent 17 years working for the same company before beginning his journey of transformation and training to become a coach. As he invested in his own growth through coaching, training, and real-world experience, new possibilities came alive, and he realized coaching could become his future. In 2014, David made the life-changing decision to leave his job so he could care for his grandmother. While supporting his family, he built his coaching business from the ground up. The early months were challenging, but he stayed focused on making a difference in his clients' lives. Seven months later, he earned the equivalent of nearly three months' salary, proving his business could succeed. As his coaching practice grew, other coaches began seeking his guidance. While many believed their marketing or niche was holding them back, David discovered the real issue—they had spent too much time on content and not enough time becoming exceptional coaches. He began teaching coaches how to create real transformation in every session, believing that when coaching excellence becomes the priority, it makes you bulletproof. When COVID disrupted the coaching industry, David's business continued to grow because clients trusted his expertise and referred others. Today, with more than twelve years of coaching experience, he continues to teach one simple principle: be an excellent coach, and everything else takes care of itself.Connect with David Here: https://www.facebook.com/share/1c1cdtSJkQ/?mibextid=wwXIfrhttps://thebulletproofcoach.comGrab the freebie here: thebulletproofcoach.com===================================If you enjoyed this episode, remember to hit the like button and subscribe. Welcome to the Personal Development Trailblazers Podcast! In today's episode, we're talking about how to build self-trust so you can confidently make life decisions and create a life you truly love. Julie York is a Self-Trust Coach who helps women rebuild the one thing that changes everything: trust in themselves. Her work sits at the intersection of nervous system regulation, thought work, and values-based decision making. And it starts from a diagnosis most coaches miss. What looks like indecisiveness, overthinking, or lack of confidence is often something deeper: a woman who was conditioned out of trusting herself. By relationships. By a lifetime of being taught to look outward for permission rather than inward. Until overriding what she feels doesn't just feel normal, it feels responsible.Julie knows this territory from the inside. After leaving a domestically violent relationship, she spent years rebuilding her own self-trust from the inside out; and discovered that it isn't something you either have or you don't. It's something that gets deliberately dismantled. And it can be deliberately rebuilt. She now works with women who are functioning on the outside and lost on the inside, helping them come back to themselves, back to their own knowing, and start building a life that actually feels like theirs.Connect with Julie Here: https://www.facebook.com/julie.york.selftrustcoach/https://www.facebook.com/JYSelfTrustCoach/https://www.instagram.com/julie.york.selftrustresethttps://www.tiktok.com/@julie.york.selftrusthttp://Lifeafterdv.comGrab the freebie here: The Self-Trust Journal: http://self-trust-journal-podcast.subscribepage.io===================================If you enjoyed this episode, remember to hit the like button and subscribe. Welcome to the Personal Development Trailblazers Podcast! In today's episode, we're talking about how to shift from living in emotional debt to living a life of emotional abundance. Dr. Jodi-Maree Cronin is an author, speaker, educator, coach, and founder of Dogz 4 Life. A former medical doctor and educator, her life took an unexpected turn when trauma and PTSD forced her to step away from the career she had worked so hard to build. What followed was a journey of healing, reinvention, and discovering what it truly means to live in alignment with your values.Today, Jodi helps individuals and organisations move beyond survival mode and create lives built on authenticity, connection, resilience, and purpose. Through coaching, workshops, speaking engagements, and educational programs, she empowers people to reconnect with who they are beneath the roles, expectations, and stories that have shaped them.Drawing on her professional background, lived experience, and insights gained through relationships, nature, and the human-animal bond, Jodi teaches practical strategies for navigating adversity, overcoming emotional debt, and cultivating emotional wealth. Her work is grounded in relational awareness—the belief that the quality of our relationships with ourselves, others, and the world around us determines the quality of our lives.Jodi is also the author of Benni: The Best Medicine Has Paws, a memoir exploring trauma, grief, healing, and the transformative power of connection. Her mission is simple: to help people find their way back to themselves, live with courage and integrity, and create a life that feels meaningful, not just successful.Connect with Jodi-Maree Here: https://www.facebook.com/share/1UeA61ngUR/?mibextid=wwXIfrhttps://www.instagram.com/benni_the_gsp?igsh=MWoyemgxMmRjcWJkNA%3D%3D&utm_source=qrhttps://jodimareecronin.comGrab the freebie here: https://valuestool.jodimareecronin.com/===================================If you enjoyed this episode, remember to hit the like button and subscribe. Uncover the truth about revolutionaries who hijacked the 70s — and why they're still shaping our world today. Have you ever wondered what fuels radicals to become what we call terrorists? Jason's new book, The Revolutionists, digs into the mindsets, characters, and global movements that blurred those lines in the 60s and 70s. In this episode we discuss the way revolutionary ideas—whether left-wing, right-wing, or religious—are often more fragmented than we realise. No monoliths here, just a wild mosaic of factions, motivations, and stories. These figures shaped today's conflicts in ways many of us overlook—like Bin Laden's rise from the chaos of that era.Chalke History Festival is on from the 22nd through to the 28th of June grab tickets from https://www.chalkefestival.comGrab a copy of The Revolutionists https://uk.bookshop.org/a/14692/9781529934540 Keep up to date with Jason viaHis Twitter: https://x.com/burke_jason The Guardian: https://www.theguardian.com/profile/jasonburkeIf you want to get in touch with History with Jackson email: jackson@historywithjackson.co.ukTo support History with Jackson to carry on creating content subscribe to History with Jackson+ on Apple Podcasts or support us on our Patreon - https://patreon.com/HistorywithJackson?utm_medium=unknown&utm_source=join_link&utm_campaign=creatorshare_creator&utm_content=copyLinkTo catch up on everything to do with History with Jackson head to www.HistorywithJackson.co.ukFollow us on Facebook at @HistorywithJacksonFollow us on Instagram at @HistorywithJacksonFollow us on X/Twitter at @HistorywJacksonFollow us on TikTok at @HistorywithJackson Hosted on Acast. Why are women such a central obsession in Greek myths, often portrayed as obstacles or prizes? In Homer's world—myth and history blend, creating a paradox. Women are both silenced and mythologized, seen as prizes or obstacles, and yet, they're essential to the story's very fabric. For example, Helen's obsession drives the Trojan War, while women like Penelope symbolize loyalty and silence. But beneath these stories lies a complex reflection of ancient gender roles—where women are both disempowered and core to a hero's glory. It's a disturbing but fascinating mirror of real ancient life, showing us how myth preserves and distorts societal norms through time. These stories reveal that women were often seen as objects of desire, but also as symbols of power, victimization, or even rebellion—depending on the lens.Chalke History Festival is on from the 22nd through to the 28th of June grab tickets from https://www.chalkefestival.comGrab a copy of Mythica https://uk.bookshop.org/a/14692/9781804992791Keep up to date with Emily via: Her Website https://www.emilyhauser.com/ Her Instagram https://www.instagram.com/emilyhauserauthor If you want to get in touch with History with Jackson email: jackson@historywithjackson.co.ukTo support History with Jackson to carry on creating content subscribe to History with Jackson+ on Apple Podcasts or support us on our Patreon - https://patreon.com/HistorywithJackson?utm_medium=unknown&utm_source=join_link&utm_campaign=creatorshare_creator&utm_content=copyLinkTo catch up on everything to do with History with Jackson head to www.HistorywithJackson.co.ukFollow us on Facebook at @HistorywithJacksonFollow us on Instagram at @HistorywithJacksonFollow us on X/Twitter at @HistorywJacksonFollow us on TikTok at @HistorywithJackson Hosted on Acast. In this episode with Katja Hoyer I learned how Weimar's choice as the new republic's capital wasn't random; it was strategic. Small, cultural, and safe from political upheaval, it symbolized a fresh start. But beneath that veneer, extremism was already brewing — Nazis testing their power, violence simmering just beneath the surface. The town's evolution shows how politics and culture collide, and how ordinary people's lives are impacted during times of chaos — from factory workers to hotel owners. When history feels distant, these stories remind us how much is at stake in every decision. Most history books only scratch the surface of Roman slavery, portraying it as just manual labor. But Emma Southon new book 'Servus: How Slavery Made the Roman Empire' reveals a hidden world—slavery that reached into every corner of society, even high finance and bureaucracy. Imagine slaves running entire provinces, managing banks, or even owning property, yet still legally ‘property' of their masters. The sheer scale means enslaved people could have their own lives, relationships, even tips and businesses—they had agency, in a system designed to control and exploit at every turn. That's a far cry from the simplistic image many have. Why does this matter? Because understanding the full scope of Roman slavery challenges our assumptions and illuminates just how deeply systemic oppression was woven into their society.Chalke History Festival is on from the 22nd through to the 28th of June grab tickets from https://www.chalkefestival.comGrab a copy of Servus https://uk.bookshop.org/a/14692/9781399741255Keep up to date with Emma viaHer website https://www.emmasouthon.com/Her instagram https://www.instagram.com/emmasouthon/?hl=enIf you want to get in touch with History with Jackson email: jackson@historywithjackson.co.ukTo support History with Jackson to carry on creating content subscribe to History with Jackson+ on Apple Podcasts or support us on our Patreon - https://patreon.com/HistorywithJackson?utm_medium=unknown&utm_source=join_link&utm_campaign=creatorshare_creator&utm_content=copyLinkTo catch up on everything to do with History with Jackson head to www.HistorywithJackson.co.ukFollow us on Facebook at @HistorywithJacksonFollow us on Instagram at @HistorywithJacksonFollow us on X/Twitter at @HistorywJacksonFollow us on TikTok at @HistorywithJackson Hosted on Acast.
