In this episode, Vadim takes a deep dive into the auto finance market—from the recent headlines surrounding Tricolor's bankruptcy to the broader trends shaping credit performance and origination behavior. The conversation begins with Tricolor as a case study in data integrity and verification failures, not credit weakness, before widening to examine insights from the CFPB and Experian's State of the Auto Market Report.Vadim explores how auto originations are skewing toward older, higher-credit borrowers, why subprime lending volumes are declining even as delinquencies rise, and what performance data tells us about the difference between ABS-backed loans and balance sheet portfolios. Founder Vadim Rogovskiy explains that EVE helps small businesses organize their inboxes to find leads and follow-ups. EVE saves time by drafting personalized emails and flagging upsell or churn signals. He mentions the special pricing: $250 per month for an individual plan and $500 per month for a team plan. EVE offers a seven-day trial, a refund for the first month, and a risk-free first month. Vadim also provides information on how to find more information about EVE online and on LinkedIn. EVE for Independent Consultants The conversation highlights how EVE can be useful for independent consultants who manage their own sales and work. Vadim explains that EVE requires minimal onboarding; users just need to connect their corporate email. EVE integrates with Google and Microsoft for privacy and security, and EVE builds a knowledge graph about the business by analyzing years of email data and internet-based research. Functionality and Features Vadim describes how EVE classifies contacts and extracts customer profiles from email data and public databases. EVE analyses communication to adopt tone and style, and provides an executive summary of the business to filter and prioritize leads. EVE flags leads that fit the ideal customer profile and provides necessary context for follow-ups and analyzes and prioritizes urgency. EVE can draft emails in the user's style and automate bespoke responses based on previous email history. Automated Re-Engagement of Cold Leads When asked about re-engaging cold leads that have not responded in months or years, Vadim explains that EVE can suggest templates for re-engaging cold leads. EVE's vision includes automating communications to handle a majority of leads without human intervention. EVE can schedule calls, draft contracts, and answer questions based on the company's knowledge base. EVE's Capabilities in Action. Vadim shares his screen and logs into EVE using his corporate email. EVE displays new opportunities and follow-up leads, providing context and recommended actions. EVE shows a full history of communication with leads and allows filtering by various criteria. What happens when two 30-something millennials decide to shake up a traditional industry dominated by older, established companies? Tim and Vadim from IRBIS HVAC prove that age is just a number when you combine technical expertise with smart marketing and genuine care for your team. These Ironman finishers started as hands-on technicians and built their Silicon Valley HVAC company from scratch, reaching toward $19 million in revenue this year. Their approach to company culture, employee retention, and customer service offers valuable lessons for any blue-collar business looking to attract top talent in today's competitive market.Their secret sauce combines direct weekly communication with all departments, involvement in daily operations, and creating an environment where employees genuinely enjoy coming to work. From clean, organized vans to offshore support staff handling paperwork, they've removed friction points that make technicians' lives easier. In a market where gas furnaces are being phased out by 2029 and most customers are engineers who love technology, IRBIS HVAC has found their niche. They focus on heat pump installations and custom solutions rather than simple equipment swaps, commanding premium prices while building lasting customer relationships. Are you struggling to attract and retain quality technicians in your blue-collar business? Take these steps from Tim and Vadim's playbook:Evaluate your compensation structure and add performance bonuses for all positions. Create memorable experiences for top performers - they don't have to be expensive to be meaningful. Focus on referral programs since your best employees know other quality workers. Remove unnecessary friction from your team's daily workflow through better systems and support. Stay involved in operations while communicating company direction clearly to everyone.Whether you're in HVAC, construction, manufacturing, or any other trade, the principles remain the same: treat people well, pay them fairly, and create an environment they're excited to be part of. Highlights:"One time is a mistake, second time is a choice".Pay plus performance bonuses for every position attracts top talent.Vegas trips and Costa Rica getaways for top performers build loyalty.Credibility trumps age when you're the best at your craft.Referrals work best - one good employee brings two or three more.Silicon Valley engineers demand heat pumps and smart home integration.Subscribe to Blue Collar BS for more unfiltered conversations with successful business owners who are redefining what it means to lead in today's competitive market.

What if fear is the one running the show — not your ex, not your old job, not even the system? In this powerful conversation with trauma-informed therapist and neuroscience expert Dr. Vadim, we peel back the mask on fear and expose how it hides in plain sight. Whether it's overachievement, avoidance, or straight-up anger, fear knows how to disguise itself — and most of us don't even see it coming. From scary movies to silent breakdowns, this episode flips the script on what men are really afraid of. We unpack how fear can be a self-fulfilling prophecy, just like in the book of Job: “What I feared has come upon me.” So what's manifesting in your life — and is fear behind it? If you've ever said, “I'm not scared, I just don't care anymore,” this episode is for you. Dr. Vadim breaks down how that numbness is often trauma's favorite coping strategy. We ask hard questions: Are you ghosting your healing? Has fear been driving your hustle? What legacy are you building — and is it based on faith or fear? This one's raw, real, and might just change the way you move. No cap — fear might be the reason you're stuck. So we're spilling the tea on all of it. Listen. Reflect. Face your villainTrustBuilder Package

On Saturday 5 July we went ahead with our annual prayer for Ukraine - to bring an end to the war - in the October Palace situated in the Government District of Kyiv. The prestigious venue was filled to the rafters, not a spare seat anywhere. But only 30 minutes into the prayer our organiser Vadim was told the air alarm had sounded, two hypersonic missiles were on their way, and he must close the event. If not, if anything happened, Vadim would be criminally accountable. Only by the grace of God, both missiles were intercepted and the prayer continued without a break.
