This episode kicks off with Tamara returning from her adventures in Europe. Traveling with family in the U.K. started off with a day trip to the Edinburgh Castle including a train ride and so many sheep. Highlights included tea at Kensington Palace and seeing Hades Town. Tamara did manage to give Rheannon some anxiety from the other side of the world when Tamara said she was trying to say hi to a famous person. Although there were no photos for proof, Tamara did make a friend in the process. Having fun travel seeing friends and going to an amusement park, and Tamara was sure to make time for snacks. Although the best meal of the whole trip was a homemade Sunday Roast while in Ireland. Rheannon has a very exciting weekend planned to celebrate her anniversary. She does have to take down part of her new fence, but it is a very exciting house project. Hopefully, it goes smoothly and not down hill fast.
In this episode, Phil, Kevin, and Charles are joined by legendary investor Rick Rule of Rule Investment Media. We then sit down with Sapan Ghai, COO of Sovereign Metals, for a deep dive into Kasiya in Malawi—set to be the world's largest natural rutile deposit and a key source of low-cost graphite. Sapan covers ESG operations on the ground, the Nacala export corridor, Japanese partnerships, and the project's strong economics. Finally, we round off with the movers and shakers of the week, covering Genflow, Alba, Alert Defence, Cloudbreak, African Pioneer, and more. 00:00 -00:04:26 Weekly News Roundup 00:04:26 Rick Rule Interview 01:09:28 #SVML Interview 01:33:08 #GENF 01:35:25 #ALBA 01:36:23 #GROC 01:37:10 #BZT 01:38:48 #ALRT 01:39:08 #CDL 01:40:16 #XTR 01:40:30 #GLR 01:40:49 #JLP 01:41:18 #INC Disclaimer & Declaration of Interest This podcast may contain paid promotions, including but not limited to sponsorships, endorsements, or affiliate partnerships. Yes, food TV host Tilly Ramsay is the daughter of famed chef and TV host Gordan Ramsay, but she is working hard to pave her own way! Tilly recently graduated from culinary school, which she paid for herself, thank you very much, and she tells me about her fateful first day of school, where she was faced with eating her three least favorite foods. Host Rachel Belle asks Tilly the elephant-in-the-room question: Does her dad shout at his family like he shouts at TV contestants? And Tilly explains why a classic Sunday roast is so special to the people of England. If you want to be a chef, do you need to go to culinary school? I chat with two chefs, a sister and brother – one who went to culinary school and one who didn’t – about the pros and cons. And they share a bit about their creative takes on Navajo cooking.
