Pero' l'argomento principale del nostro podcast ha riguardato il main event del PLE arabo; oltre a questo anche di tante altre cose si e' parlato nella puntata #179 di SideTalk Slam! La puntata si e' aperta con i risultati dei pronostici del Premium Live Event Crown Jewel, che ha incoronato piu' vincitori in questa giornata di pronostici. Dopo di che' siamo andati oltre e abbiamo parlato del fantastico main event che ci hanno regalato in Arabia Saudita il duo Logan Paul e Roman Reigns. Quest'ultimo e' rimasto campione ma il famoso youtuber ha impressionato tutto il mondo del wrestling e non solo per le sue abilita' quasi formidabili sul ring. Match sentito per il nostro responsabile editoriale Marco Enzo Venturini, che aveva troppo da perdere in questo match ma per fortuna tutto e' andato come doveva andare. Anche i piu' scettici sono rimasti sorpresi dalla prestazione di Logan Paul stesso. Poi noi tutti abbiamo dato un parere generale su questo Crown Jewel che da molti e' stato giudicato un Premium Live Event non eccezionale, di livello medio-basso. Le aspettative erano ben altre, soprattutto per i risultati di svariati match e di come sono stati svolti. Abbiamo parlato del finale strano del match tra Brock Lesnar e Bobby Lashley, cercando di capire se il finale fosse stato botchato oppure se la scelta fosse stata voluta sin dall'inizio. Dopo di che ci siamo soffermati sul nuovo discutibile cambio dei titoli di coppia femminili grazie alla vittoria del Damage CTRL ai danni di Alexa Bliss e Asuka e a che cosa portera' tutto cio'. Andando avanti abbiamo affrontato un argomento spinoso, ovvero la vittoria del titolo 24/7 buttandolo (per dire visto che ha sbagliato) nel cestino, sancendo cosi la fine della sua esistenza. Inoltre abbiamo assistito al ritorno di Mia Yim, alleandosi poi con The OC per andare contro al Judgment Day. La WWE ha annunciato la WWE World Cup e abbiamo fatto dei nomi interessanti per la vittoria finale di questo torneo, sapendo poco sulla durata stessa. Ci siamo soffermati su cosa aspettarci dal prossimo Premium Live Event, ovvero Survivor Series – War Games.
