Chad is out this ep welcoming the birth of twins! Danny rides SOLO in his absence and hits you with something new - It's Bizzaro Land, and we are reviewing a match that is universally panned. But, Is It That Bad? Is this CLASSICLY bad? Danny gives an update on ol' Charles, drops some big news about the future of the podcast, gives his thoughts on Dynamite this past Wednesday, does some recent WWE recap, and dives into this MEAT LOVER'S PIZZA of a hoss battle. Plenty of shenanigans to go around when Chad isn't here to moderate and produce it. Perhaps this ep could be titled, Is It a Shitshow? For Dark Natter's 50th anniversary (thankfully in episodes, not years) we thought we'd attempt an unprecedented four-person discussion about a never-before-touched subject: professional wrestling, and specifically the incredible career and storytelling of legendary grappler The Undertaker!! Liam and Jon are joined by the Brothers Of Destruction, Haydn Kilyan and podcast debutant Jack Kilyan, for an episode as chaotic as you'd expect when Haydn's had a few cans before recording starts. Expect heated discussion, childish humour, enthusiastic nostalgia and Liam inexplicably challenging the Undertaker to a fight.
Anthony Di Marco takes us through one of the most intriguing rivalries during the late attitude era/early ruthless aggression era, taking a look at Undertaker and Kane vs HHH and Stone Cold Steve Austin, when Stone Cold was on his heel run.

The Worst of Wrestling series continues with two legendary teams. While the teams are legendary and feature wrestlers that will be remembered for years to come, the match was anything but memorable. Shawn Michaels came out of retirement here in Saudi Arabia to team with HHH, who unfortunately tears his pec five minutes into the match. Undertaker and Kane both are moving slowly and Kane loses his mask and takes Michael's boot to the head on a moonsault. Fun Fact: The people in this match combine to be more than 200 years old. After 30 years, The Undertaker says farewell! Join wrestling superfans Alex Doriot and Travis White on their journey through every Undertaker PPV match as they cover the month-long celebration of the 30th Anniversary of The Dead Man's debut. Mark Calaway was everywhere over the past 30 days, from WWE Network specials to national magazines and newspapers to guest appearances on podcasts and talk shows. Unfortunately, it all happened in the midst of a global pandemic, and it definitely affected our enjoyment of this special moment. The Undertaker and Kane's sibling rivalry goes straight to hell! Join wrestling superfans Alex Doriot and Travis White on their journey through every Undertaker PPV match as they cover the Brothers Of Destruction heading inside the satanic structure where they first met 13 years ago for their first time ever Hell In A Cell match. But more important than that, the Father Of Destruction himself Paul Bearer returns to stick his urn into the middle of this family feud! After a six year absence, we were so excited to see The Undertaker's manager and Kane's father play a pivotal role in this match. Unfortunately, while you might think a Hell In A Cell match between the two men at the center for the very first Hell In A Cell would be epic, we'll discuss why this match felt like such a letdown. Along the way we'll also cover more awesome theatrical promos from Kane, a random Chris Masters appearance, Undertaker's eye rolls, Smackdown moving to SyFy, more commentary blunders from Matt Striker and Michael Cole, Favorite Prince songs, Tenet, Needtobreathe, Green Day, Taker figure collection updates, and more! Wellllll it's the Big Show...AND JERICHO! Join wrestling superfans Alex Doriot and Travis White on their journey through every Undertaker PPV match as we cover a World Title Triple Threat Match between The Dead Man, The Big Show, and for the first time ever on PPV, Chris Jericho. Jericho and Taker are two of the biggest stars of this decade and had never had a PPV match, let alone a singles match of any kind up until this point. So why couldn't we have just gotten that at the PPV instead of yet another Big Show appearance? We vent our frustrations at this while also thinking about what might have been. Plus - get ready for all the celebrity guest appearances you can handle as our feud bleeds over into the guest host era of Raw and we are forced to sit through some of the worst television the WWE has ever produced. We'l discuss the agonizing appearances and the many mispronunciations from Kyle Busch, Joey Logano, Ozzy and Sharon Osbourne, Ricky Hatton, Rowdy Roddy Piper, Luis Guzman, Bobby Flay (not really) and The Iron Sheik (yes really). Along the way we'll also cover the "comedy" of DX and Hornswoggle, the confusing way the Big Show earns his title shot, Teddy Long and Vince McMahon's continued bizarre rivalry, a match between CM Punk and Scott Armstrong, new nicknames for The Undertaker, Matt Striker annoying everyone, Big Show pulling a Jimmy Wang Yang, epic entrances for the Brothers Of Destruction, trips to London and MSG, Santino Marella appreciation, and "I'm from Winnipeg, you idiot!" Plus Alex unboxes the latest additions to his Talking Taker figure collection and vents about losing an eBay auction live during the recording! Download, enjoy, and Taker Easy!
All Elite Wrestling capped off a monumental first year with their marquee event Double Or Nothing. Headlined by the absolute riot that was the Stadium Stampede Match, Mister Young and FRGN share their reactions to the PPV and the impact AEW has had on the wrestling landscape so far. Dynamite was also a noteworthy show with Mike Tyson crashing the show and bringing a posse of UFC fighters with him, including the recently retired Henry Cejudo, Rashad Evans and Vitor Belfort. WWE Raw finally added a crowd to the show and it immensely enhanced the viewing experience while NXT had a kickass Fight Pit cage match as the main event. Finally, The Undertaker's Last Ride documentary released episode 3, discussing the terrible Crown Jewel match between DX and the Brothers Of Destruction and the End Of An Era rivalry with HBK and Triple H over 4 WrestleManias. The #PodcastBoyz discuss the crossover potential of the documentary, its comparisons to Michael Jordan's Last Dance and whether it should be released on Netflix.
After an episode of "Undertaker: The Last Ride," Kane stops by for a miniature “Post Mortem” and talks about his 20-plus-year relationship with The Deadman. Plus, Matt Riddle teaches the difference between a “bro” and a “stallion,” Sonya Deville is laser-focused after another win against her former best friend Mandy Rose on SmackDown, and new United States Champion Apollo Crews celebrates his title win. The Undertaker and Edge continue their rivalry and we continue our podcast through a global pandemic! Join wrestling superfans Alex Doriot and Travis White as they continue their journey (while social distancing, of course) through every Undertaker PPV match and cover a World Heavyweight Title rematch at Backlash 2008 between Taker and Edge. Edge and Vickie Guerrero's romance continues to be a thorn in The Dead Man's side. But it's "that deadly submission" which is truly wreaking havoc across Smackdown. We'll review their match in depth, plus along the way we'll cover The Undertaker's act of respect towards Ric Flair, a rare babyface battle between the Brothers Of Destruction, the formation of La Familia, the debut of Bam Neely (who?), Edge and Vickie's spa day (and Teddy Long being forced to watch), more awesome matches against Batista, Smackdown's new color commentator, another ECW appearance, a poorly timed Kid Rock song, and The Undertaker vs. Festus! Plus we'll also give our thoughts on The Undertaker and The O.C.'s empty arena contract signing from Raw this week. Download, enjoy, wash your hands, and Taker Easy! We're also talking all the blood flowing from Undertaker's new submission maneuver, more hilarious Teddy Long and Edge interplay, Teddy's tag team obsession, a Brothers Of Destruction appearance, our new favorite Big 'N Beefy tag team, Finlay's new boots, Khali's marble mouth, Edge's horrendous fashion choices, and one listener's incredible story from attending the 08 Royal Rumble live. The Undertaker rocks the vote on this week's podcast! Join wrestling superfans Alex Doriot and Travis White on their journey through every Dead Man PPV match as they cover a Cyber Sunday affair against Batista with the fans voting on the special guest referee. Of course, it's a bit of a rigged election as the candidates are JBL, Mick Foley, and Stone Cold Steve Austin. Hmmm - wonder who's gonna win that one?! Although there's no suspense with that competition, there still plenty of fun stuff for us to discuss along the way including the ridiculous wedding of Teddy Long and Kristal Marshall, Vickie Guerrero becoming the new Smackdown GM, more Mark Henry squashing, a Brothers Of Destruction reunion against Matt Hardy and M.V.P., Taker stealing the #1 Contendership, Jamie Noble stealing the show week after week, and so much more. Plus Alex unboxes his birthday present from Travis live on the air. And we reveal an upcoming trip for our two hosts that could change the course of the show forever! We're taking things to the EXTREME on this week's Talking Taker! Join wrestling superfans Alex Doriot and Travis White on their journey through every Undertaker PPV match for a very special detour to cover The Dead Man's two appearances in Extreme Championship Wrestling. No, it was never on PPV. And yes, it was only the WWE version of ECW. But we still think The Phenom inside the Land Of Extreme warrants a closer look! We'll analyze Taker vs. Big Show from 2006 plus the Brothers Of Destruction vs. The Miz & John Morrison from 2008. We'll also share our earliest ECW memories and dream up our fantasy original ECW opponents for The Undertaker. Then, as a special Christmas present to all you Creatures, we're doing a Watch-Along for the main event of the 2006 ECW PPV December To Dismember! That's right - we're doing alternate commentary for the disastrous Extreme Elimination Chamber featuring ECW "Legends" like RVD, CM Punk, Test, Hardcore Holly, Big Show, and Bobby Lashley. And we're covering it because WE WERE THERE LIVE! We've got some crazy stories about the first, last, and only PPV to ever emanate from our hometown of Augusta, GA including disrupting the press conference before the show, sharing a beer (and more) with The Sandman, getting told off by The Big Show twice in one week, being rejected by Rene Dupree, and feeling the love from Balls Mahoney! It's the return of the Casket Match - and the return of Heidenreich! Join wrestling superfans Alex Doriot and Travis White on their journey through every Undertaker PPV match as they kick off 2005 with one of El Hombre Muerto's signature matches and a Royal Rumble clash with one of his worst opponents. Is it one of the most embarrassing in-ring performances we've ever covered on the show? Or is it actually surprisingly entertaining? Our hosts were split on this one and they'll both argue their cases as we cover the match and all the wild build-up. Along the way we'll talk Taker's first Tribute To The Troops, Feretrophobia, a historic quote from Theodore Long, Heidenreich's continual lack of clothes, the temporary burial of The Dead Man's greatest rival, Taker's side-hustle creating wax figures, more poetry smackdowns, even more absurd Cole and Tazz commentary quotes, the Brothers Of Destruction reunion, WrestleMania plans with "Snitskenreich" that never came to fruition, and some shoot interview insight from the Blond Haired Psychotic Poet himself! Worst. Match. EVER! Join wrestling superfans Alex Doriot and Travis White on their journey through every Undertaker PPV match as they cover the infamous trainwreck that was The Brothers Of Destruction vs. Kronik from Unforgiven 2001. It's a disjointed mess of a match that truly lives up to its hype as one of the worst moments of The Undertaker's career. We try to figure out where it all went wrong and how one match completely derailed the careers of Brian Adams and Bryan Clarke. But before we even get there we also talk about another disastrous moment: the end of the Stalker angle and an actual match between Sara and DDP! Yike-a-roni! We're also talking another battle with Edge and Christian, a shortlived feud with X-Factor, the return of Steven Richards, vengeance for the Right To Censor, the most protected move in the tag team division, Taker being MIA for the post 9/11 Smackdown, what Kronik should have been named, and The Undertaker's legit hip-hop cred. Who betta than Talking Taker?! Join wrestling superfans Alex Doriot and Travis White on their journey through every Undertaker PPV match as they cover the SummerSlam 2001 steel cage clash between The Brothers Of Destruction and the team of DDP and Kanyon for both the WWF and WCW Tag Titles. The bad news? It's the type of burial we don't normally talk about on this podcast and we'll try to get to the bottom of how the Stalker storyline went off the rails so quickly and spectacularly. The good news? We get to talk about the Alliance MVP Kanyon! Besides reminiscing about his short-lived but fun WWF tenure we'll also discuss DDP's cartoonish shrine, the debut of the Smackdown fist, a showdown with Palumbo & O'Haire, evil ref Nick Patrick, the abundance of gimmick matches and title belts during the Invasion, and why "Stone Cold Sara" was such an epic disaster. We'll break down "Bring Your Wife To Work" month in the WWF as Debra, Stephanie, and for the first time Sara get involved in the bitter rivalry between The Brothers Of Destruction and The Two Man Power Trip. Along the way talk about reevaluating our perspective on Austin's heel turn, the reemergence of Taker's nasty habit, a dip spit moment that brought about flashbacks for Travis, Kane's new chain, Austin and Triple H deceiving the police, the greatest promo Jerry Lynn ever cut, Vince McMahon's triumphant return to commentary, and more before we cover a surprisingly entertaining match. GET THE TABLES! Join wrestling superfans Alex Doriot and Travis White on their journey through every Undertaker PPV match as they cover a crazy Tag Team Tables from No Way Out 2001. Yes - you read that right - Undertaker and Kane team up to face Edge and Christian and The Dudley Boyz in a triple threat battle for the tag team titles. But that’s not the only story here as the Brothers Of Destruction also have a few intense battles with the "Island Boys" Rikishi and Haku. It sure looked like their feud was set to go longer - was there supposed to be something more to it? We’ll try to uncover it as we explore their wild tag team First Blood match. Plus we’ve got another edition of Talking Trousers as we look at both Taker and Kane’s odd choices of attire for the PPV and wonder if we should really just #BlameSara. September 28th, 1998: After a shocking turn of events at "Breakdown" last night, "Stone Cold" Steve Austin is no longer the WWF Champion! Vince McMahon schedules a ceremony to present the title to the new champion tonight, but "The Rattlesnake" has a surprise in store when he shows up on a very unique vehicle. Later on, Mr. McMahon forces The Undertaker & Kane to compete in a 3-on-2 Handicap Match against The Rock, Mankind, and Ken Shamrock. However, the chairman's pride ends up getting the better of him when he pushes The Brothers of Destruction too far, resulting in a brutal beating at their hands. The New Age Outlaws defend their WWF Tag Team Titles against Southern Justice, but a surprising scuffle may cause one member of DX to leave the group. X-Pac puts his newly-won European Title on the line against Val Venis, with the highlight being the post-match return of a bizarre superstar. And speaking of the European Title, for the first time on "Raw" we get a Six-Man Elimination Match between Edge, Gangrel, D'Lo Brown, Jeff Jarrett, Marc Mero, and Darren Drozdov, with the winner becoming the #1 contender for X-Pac's title next week. Owen Hart faces Dan "The Beast" Severn in a Submission Match, but it ends up being cut short when one of the participants appears to get seriously injured (spoiler: it's not actually a legitimate injury). Mark Henry goes one-on-one against Faarooq with Chyna acting as a completely-not-impartial guest referee. Al Snow takes on Vader in a match which only serves to further destroy the career of "The Mastodon." Oddities members Kurrgan & Golga team up to take on the freshly-heel-turned Headbangers as hometown Detroit natives The Insane Clown Posse make their presence felt during the match. Plus, a full recap of the surprisingly eventful "Breakdown" pay-per-view!
