A horse rescue in SC could really use your help! They are working to evacutate horses in dire conditions along South Carolina's coast.
The Governor of SC is warning people on and near the coast to be ready to evacuate. Water is starting to rise as flood waters in upstate and midlands heads to the coast. She says it could stay for up to 12 days.
