The Cultivate Connection - Christ Centred Meditation podcast is an amazing resource for those seeking to deepen their connection with God through meditation and prayer. The host, Amy, has a gift for guiding listeners through meaningful meditations that help them connect with God and their emotions. This podcast has been particularly impactful for individuals who have experienced brain injuries, as it has helped them slow down and listen to what is present in their hearts. Additionally, many listeners have found that these meditations assist with sleep issues. The timing of Amy's return to the podcast after a hiatus was seen by some as a divine coincidence.

One of the best aspects of this podcast is the way it combines scripture, prayer, breathwork, and guided meditation. The scriptural content and focus are enough to meditate on without becoming overwhelming or turning into lengthy sermons. There is also plenty of space provided for personal prayer and reflection. The production values are top-notch, and Amy's voice is kind, confident, and calming. Her passion for the Lord and His Word shines through in each episode.

While there are many positive aspects of this podcast, one potential downside mentioned by a listener is the choice of translations used during scripture readings. They argue that translations like the Passion and Voice versions can sometimes be inaccurate or distort the original meaning of the text. They suggest using more accurate translations like the ESV instead.

In conclusion, The Cultivate Connection - Christ Centred Meditation podcast is an invaluable tool for those seeking to connect with God on a deeper level through meditation and prayer. The combination of scripture, prayer, breathwork, and guidance provided by Amy creates a powerful experience that helps listeners slow down, recognize God's presence, and hear His voice. Despite differing opinions on translation choices, overall feedback for this podcast has been overwhelmingly positive. It is clear that Amy's gift in sharing these guided meditations serves as a blessing to many listeners on their spiritual journeys.

And when you look at Jesus, do you see Father God?“O righteous Father, the world doesn't know you, but I do; and these disciples know you sent me. I have revealed you to them, and I will continue to do so. Welcome to our newest series, titled When You Pray. We are going to spend the next several weeks meditating verse by verse from the prayer Jesus taught His disciples. We hope this series blesses your relationship with God, creating richness and depth in the way you pray to your Heavenly Father.“When you pray, you are not to be like the hypocrites; for they love to stand and pray in the synagogues and on the street corners so that they may be seen by men. Truly I say to you, they have their reward in full. But you, when you pray, go into your inner room, close your door and pray to your Father who is in secret, and your Father who sees what is done in secret will reward you.“And when you are praying, do not use meaningless repetition as the Gentiles do, for they suppose that they will be heard for their many words. So do not be like them; for your Father knows what you need before you ask Him.- Matthew 6:5-8 NASB 1995“Pray, then, in this way:‘Our Father who is in heaven,Hallowed be Your name.‘Your kingdom come.Your will be done,On earth as it is in heaven.‘Give us this day our daily bread.‘And forgive us our debts, as we also have forgiven our debtors.‘And do not lead us into temptation, but deliver us from evil. [For Yours is the kingdom and the power and the glory forever. Amen.']- Matthew 6:9-13 NASB 1995We read these same verses from the following translations: New Living Translation (NLT), The Passion Translation (TPT), Amplified Bible, Classic Edition (AMPC), and The Voice (VOICE).May these be more than just words you recite, we pray they come alive for you.
