Nochmal nach Karneval das Fitnessprogramm aufleben lassen. Nach dem ganzen Frohsinn und vor allem Berliner, Krapfen und Bier … nochmal die guten Vorsätze aufleben lassen vom Beginn des Jahres. So geht moderne Fastenzeit, oder?  Fasten auf Stress, Fasten auf Zeitverschwendung und Doomscrolling und Fasten auf schlechte und schwere Gedanken. So geht auch modernes Fasten, oder? Aber da fastet doch keiner mehr richtig!  Na und? Fastenzeit bedeutet für mich: Ich mach mein Kopf frei. Wie Festplatte formatieren. Ich werde leerer, egal ob im Magen oder im Kopf, damit wieder Platz ist für das Wesentlichen. Für das, was mir wichtig ist. Wirklich wichtig.  Ich glaub, wenn der Magen leerer wird, der Konsum weniger, der Kopf befreiter, dann ist nicht nur mehr Platz, sondern mein Herz auch etwas leichter.  Der DOMRADIO-Morgenimpuls: Montag bis Freitag erzählt die Olper Franziskanerin Schwester Katharina von ihren Gedanken zu Gott und der Welt. Ein einfaches Essen reicht, wenn man es mit dem richtigen Menschen isst. Davon ist auch Autor Jan Michel Zschörnig überzeugt und erzählt hier warum.

Im Mittwoch-Podcast von "Blick in die Bibel" erzählt Georg Hinz von seiner großen Leidenschaft für Musik. Schon früh hat er gemerkt, wie stark Musik Menschen verbinden kann – als DJ in der Jugendarbeit, im Karneval oder heute als Musikredakteur. Musik, sagt er, tut der Seele gut, weil sie Gemeinschaft schafft, Hoffnung ausdrückt und von innen heraus berührt.Diese Brücke führt direkt zum Text aus dem Markusevangelium. Jesus erklärt dort, dass nicht äußere Dinge den Menschen "unrein" machen, sondern das, was aus seinem Inneren kommt. Georg Hinz deutet das als starkes, freiheitliches Menschenbild: Der Mensch ist frei, sich für Gutes oder Böses zu entscheiden, aber immer mit der Möglichkeit zur Umkehr. Eine Folge, die zeigt, wie nah Musik, Bibel und Alltag beieinanderliegen – und lange nachklingt.Aus dem MarkusevangeliumIn jener Zeit rief Jesus die Leute zu sich und sagte: Hört mir alle zu und begreift, was ich sage! Nichts, was von außen in den Menschen hineinkommt, kann ihn unrein machen, sondern was aus dem Menschen herauskommt, das macht ihn unrein. Er verließ die Menge und ging in ein Haus.Da fragten ihn seine Jünger nach dem Sinn dieses rätselhaften Wortes. Er antwortete ihnen: Begreift auch ihr nicht? Versteht ihr nicht, dass das, was von außen in den Menschen hineinkommt, ihn nicht unrein machen kann? Denn es gelangt ja nicht in sein Herz, sondern in den Magen und wird wieder ausgeschieden. Damit erklärte Jesus alle Speisen für rein.Weiter sagte er: Was aus dem Menschen herauskommt, das macht ihn unrein. Denn von innen, aus dem Herzen der Menschen, kommen die bösen Gedanken, Unzucht, Diebstahl, Mord, Ehebruch, Habgier, Bosheit, Hinterlist, Ausschweifung, Neid, Lästerung, Hochmut und Unvernunft. Die Statistik ist alarmierend: Fast jeder zweite Deutsche wird im Laufe seines Lebens an Krebs erkranken. Allein in Hamburg erhalten jedes Jahr rund 11.000 Menschen diese Diagnose. 11.000 individuelle Schicksale, die 11.000 individuelle Therapien benötigen. Das sagt der renommierte Krebsexperte Professor Dr. Udo Vanhoefer: „Die Zeit der ‚Chemo für alle‘ ist vorbei. Heute steht die personalisierte Behandlung im Vordergrund.“ Was das genau bedeutet, erklärt der Experte für Magen- und Darmkrebs, der rund 20 Jahre lang am Marienkrankenhaus tätig war und seit Anfang Januar 2026 als sogenannter Senior Director Oncology an der Asklepios Klinik Barmbek wirkt, im Podcast.

Bettina wog in der Spitze 156 kg und bekam nach wenigen Metern keine Luft mehr, als ein dramatischer Moment im CT ihr Leben für immer veränderte. Obwohl Ärzte ihr prophezeiten, sie würde nie wieder schmerzfrei sein, und eine Magen-OP im Raum stand, entschied sie sich für einen anderen, natürlichen Weg. Trotz Hashimoto und Wechseljahren hat sich die 53-Jährige heute buchstäblich halbiert – und das ganz ohne den typischen Diät-Verzicht, sondern mit täglicher Schokolade und echtem Genuss. Heute genießt sie ihre neu gewonnene Freiheit in vollen Zügen, saust mit ihrem Sohn die Bobbahn hinunter und wird von Nachbarn auf der Straße kaum wiedererkannt. In diesem offenen Interview spricht sie über den Weg aus dem bloßen "Überleben" zurück ins Leben und verrät, warum sie sich innerlich manchmal immer noch dick fühlt, obwohl ihr Sohn vergessen hat, wie sie früher aussah. Kennst du diese Momente, in denen im Alltag alles hektisch läuft – und plötzlich passiert etwas, das dir ein unangenehmes Gefühl in den Magen setzt? Ein verlorenes Firmenhandy. Ein Baustellenfoto, auf dem plötzlich Personen zu sehen sind. Oder eine WhatsApp-Gruppe, in der deutlich mehr landet, als gut wäre. Genau solche Situationen erlebe ich im Handwerk immer wieder – echte Datenschutzpannen, die schnell peinlich, teuer oder zumindest unangenehm werden können. In dieser Folge nehme ich dich mit in anonymisierte Fälle aus dem Handwerkeralltag, die tatsächlich passiert sind. Ich erzähle dir, was genau schiefgelaufen ist, warum es passiert ist und wie du solche Fehler in deinem eigenen Betrieb vermeiden kannst. Du bekommst klare, verständliche Lösungen, praktische Sofortmaßnahmen und Tipps, die du direkt umsetzen kannst – ohne große Theorie, sondern mit dem Fokus auf deinen Arbeitsalltag. Wenn du wissen willst, welche Fallen im Handwerk besonders häufig auftreten und wie du dich davor schützt, dann hör unbedingt in diese Folge hinein.

Bereits am Anfang von der Schöpfungsgeschichte setzt Gott einen Zusammenhang zwischen Essen und was es mit uns macht. Nicht direkt mit unserem Körper, sondern unserem geistlichen Zustand.

Ein Wissenschaftler betritt das Studio und plötzlich fühlt sich die Zukunft an wie Champagner auf nüchternen Magen: prickelnd, gefährlich, unvermeidlich. Prof. Thomas Druyen spricht über Reichtum, als wäre er eine Charakterfrage. Über KI, als hätte sie längst einen besseren Lebenslauf als wir alle. Über Zukunft, als sei sie kein fernes Versprechen, sondern ein fordernder Mitbewohner mit Schlüsselgewalt. In diesem Gespräch wird Geld ent-romantisiert und zugleich entlarvt. Intelligenz wird neu vermessen, nicht in IQ-Punkten, sondern in Haltung. Und die Maschine bekommt endlich das, was sie am meisten fürchtet: einen menschlichen Spiegel. Druyen denkt laut, präzise und unbestechlich, während wir uns zwischen Luxus und Leere, Fortschritt und Verantwortung, Hoffnung und Hybris bewegen. Das ist kein Wohlfühl-Talk für Tech-Optimisten und auch kein Abgesang für Kulturpessimisten. Es ist ein Rendezvous mit der Frage, wie viel Zukunft wir uns leisten können und was sie mit uns macht, wenn wir sie wirklich ernst nehmen.
