So what does that mean really? Perception is your idea, your awareness or understanding of your environment - YOU ARE THE WRITER OF YOUR STORY! I'll be talking tonight about what we see, hear and perceive to be the truth, and how to change that truth by simply changing your focus. I'm sure you have the term - Negativity breeds negativity; I also want to talk about that positivity creates positivity and more so, for this show EXCITEMENT CREATES EXCITEMENT! Emotions are communicable through our words and actions. As humans we absorb some of the emotions of those around us, some emotions of the people we see and watch. So, whatever emotion you are experiencing remember that it is written all over your face, your voice tone and your body. So project onto others what you would have projected onto you! Be positive, be pumped, be EXCITED! Spread the excitement!

First of all, this book is awesome, it is more than just a good one-time read. This book is a powerful outline or workbook for a positive transition from being a peer to a leadership role. In my opinion, it is a must read for ANYONE in a leadership role, especially if you are being promoted from within. It's all about what to do after the high-fives and handshakes and the customary congratulations of your promotion. I am pumped to speak with Guy for this SPECIAL EDITION of RE-ignition!
This week I'll spend some time defining fear. FEAR... What is it, how do we become fearful and most of all what are some ways (tools) to overcome fear in our lives. Know this, the moment you fear is coming, you will either hit the moment prepared, or the moment will hit you!

This week I'll talk about how fear can hold us back and some simple exercises thing you can do to eliminate the fear in your life. This talk comes to me from inspiration after watching my 5-year-old niece scale a 60 foot wall while rock climbing. She didn't try once and stop; she continued UNTIL... she made it to the top, and then she did it three more times! Most of us won't sing in our car out of fear that someone will see us and pass judgment. Once the fear of heights was conquered, it was easy to repeat the same process to achieve amazing results.
