In this weeks episode, the boys jump right into the biggest news story to hit Toronto and the country with the firing of the Toronto Maples Leafs head coach Mike Babcock, as well as some other hockey news. Making his 2nd appearance on the podcast, newly appointed NFL Analyst Tomi Gostic breaks down the upcoming week 12 in the NFL. Closing out the podcast, the guys discuss the surprising surge of the injury riddled Toronto Raptors and how the NBA is shaping up after the first few weeks of the season. 

In this weeks podcast, hosts Jay and Big Al switch things up a bit as they find themselves on a night with a lot of action in the sports world. The guys channel surf through the Raptors vs Pistons, Toronto FC vs Atlanta United in the MLS Semi Finals and last but not least, Game 7 of the World Series between the Nationals and Astro's. During all this, the guys also try to squeeze in some Raptors Championship Rings and Banner debates, some brief NHL talk and a bit of NFL to wrap up the show.

The guys also discuss some MLB playoffs before getting into the opening week of the NHL Season. Ending off the podcast with some NBA talk with the season just around the corner.

A full out NHL Season preview follows suit as the guys go through every division to give their analysis and season predictions. In the second half, the guys get preview the MLB Wild Card and Playoff series and also talk some NBA, Hockey Pools and the fiasco around Bobsleigh Canada. 

In this weeks episode, Jay & Al jump right into the Mitch Marner sweepstakes coming to and end and the domino affect it's caused around the league. The guys also touch on some Blue Jay's and MLB talk, as well as a quick look into the NBA offseason and the FIBA World Cup. Wrapping up the Podcast, a review of week 2 in the NFL and a run through of the long list of players, more specifically Quarterbacks, to go down with serious injuries in the early parts of the season.

In this weeks episode, the boys return back together after a 2 month hiatus to discuss all things Raptors. The roller coaster playoff ride, the NBA Finals, the parade, Kawhi Leonard Sweepstake's and much much more. The guys also quickly touch on some NHL Playoffs, Women's World Cup and Baseball. 

In this weeks episode, the boys are back together after a 1 week break due to some bachelor weekend recovery and a flu bug. With the guys proclaiming this week the greatest week in Sports, possibly ever, going into discussions about the NCAA Championship game, Opening week in the MLB which had a lot of people wondering about the possible Championship hangover for the Red Sox. The NBA season wraps up and the playoffs getting started this weekend. Formula 1 Race in China, The Champions League Quarter finals kicking off this week as well. The guys also give their picks to win the Masters and lastly, an in depth series by series analysis for the opening round of the Stanley Cup playoffs. 

In this weeks episode, the guys lead off with an update in the March Madness tournament as well as their own bracket. Some discussions on random topics like the MLB Japan games, Pujols vs Ichiro, proper names to call a sports building and Big Al gets on a rant about the incapability's of the new ESPN Fantasy format on their website. In the second half of the podcast, the boys quickly hit on some NBA and NHL talk but the main focus is the Red Leaf Sports MLB 2019 season preview as they go through the league and pick their division winners and wild card teams.  

In this weeks episode the boys are back from a week off enjoying their March break. A full recap of some major sports stories that took place over the last starting off with a recap of the Champions League round of 16 and some huge outcomes in Torino and Barcelona. A quick discussion on the PGA Players Championship and the final days of MLB Spring Training wrapping up. In the second half of the podcast, the guys dive into the NHL, the crazy opening to the NFL Free Agency period and the guys close off the show by doing a Red Leaf Sports edition March Madness bracket.

The second half of the Podcast leads off with the 2nd last week of NFL Weekly Picks Against The Spread segment, coming down to 3 games left in the NFL season. The guys close off the show with some MLB off season talk as well as the NBA and the resilience of the Toronto Raptors, along with the Bradley Beal trade rumours.

The Starting 5 kicks off with some MLB talk and saying goodbye to Tulowitzki in Toronto. Also, a look through the Round of 16 matchup draw in Champions League that just took place. The guys also get into a debate about the NHL 3 day Holiday hiatus over Christmas and the turmoil taking place in Philadelphia. Rounding off the Starting 5, there's some discussion about the potential NFL playoff picture as pieces start to fall into place and some praise for Nick Nurse sticking up for the Raptors Superstar and the injury bug has swept through the Raptors locker room. In this week’s episode, co-hosts Jay & Al dive right in with the Starting 5 as there was tons to talk about this week. Kicking things off with a Soccer recap and more specifically, the Milan Derby. From there the boys discuss the Leafs scoring drought, the “Free Willy” movement and the great Bob Cole. World Series preview and Al’s World Series Champion prediction are briefly discussed. Moving on from there, the guys go over the Raptor’s red hot start and wrap things up in the starting 5 with an NFL Week 7 rundown which sees more kickers taking the spotlight and more overtime games. In the second half of the show, the guys recap and give their “NFL Picks against the spread” and finish off the podcast with their interview with former Pittsburgh Penguin and Maple Leaf, Luca Caputi.
