soccer podcast, best.
Listeners of Soccer Heads Podcast that love the show mention:What a week it all comes down to this in the champs league both legs up for grabs who will make it to the finals?? PSG up 1-0 Barca and Inter tied 3-3, the 2nd legs will be INTENSE. Then in other news TAA is going to Real Madrid on a free transfer and breaks the hearts of all Scousers, but don't worry you still have Andy Robertson. SO much more to discuss, I hope you enjoy soccer heads thanks for listening!
Congrats to Blair and his Liverpool Squad winning the English Premier League. Arne Slotts first season in charge helped with So Sarah balling out was a recipe for success for Liverpool (but kinda boring end of the season is you ask me). A wild Copa Del Rey with Barca coming out on top, we discuss all the drama there. Arsenal PSG on Tuesday and Barca Inter on Wednesday for the Champs League Semifinal, I can't wait!! Thanks for listening soccer heads I hope you enjoy!
When did Messi join Arsenal?!? JK that was Declan Rice and boy was it a free kick master class. Twice in one game wow!! We also discuss M'bappe's horror tackle that only got him a one game suspension. Big emphasis on the Champs league Quarter finals with the 2nd legs happening tomorrow and Wednesday. Along with that we cover so much more from around the 5 top leagues and MLS. Hope you enjoy and thanks for listening soccer heads.
This was a Monday recording and had some issues uploading sorry for the delay Soccerheads. Lots to discuss in this weeks episode with a bunch of relegations coming from the Premier League. Then of course we have to discuss the Quarterfinals Matchups for Champs League this week, some awesome games coming our way! (Declan Rice OMG... but thats for next weeks recap) Thanks for listening soccerheads I hope you enjoy!
International break is now over and we move into the home stretch of club football! Serie A and La Liga with 3 point title races followed by Bundesliga by 6 points and EPL with a close top 4 race. It was an eventful International break but as USMNT fans we are glad its over. Big week of domestic cups with all the leagues competing the two that are catching our eye is Barca Atelti and the Milan Derby. But dont miss out on the merseyside derby with the last meeting being a massive draw win for Everton. Thanks for listening soccer heads I hope you enjoy!
We missed last week! Thank you Soccerheads for tuning back in! We missed Newcastle beating liverpool in the Carabao Cup final, making it a really tough week for the Scousers. But the Kick-Off topic is truly the USA still sucks because we lost to Panama in the Nations League Semifinal and not that it matters much but lost the consolation match against Canada. This team needs to accumulate some winning aura under Poch with limited meaningful games on the horizon. An eventful international break overall and we are getting back to club soccer this weekend. Thanks for listening soccerheads.
So much exciting soccer going on as the season rounds into the home stretch. Still a lot more soccer to play but we can see the different competitions like Bundesliga, EPL and Ligue One have clear favorites. And on the other hand Serie A, La Liga and Champions League are all up for grabs. Oh and Lamine Yamal is amazing and Vini Jr had a golazo and USMNT National Team squad just dropped. Thanks for listening soccerheads hope you enjoy!
Shocker, a jam packed episode with lots to talk about!! FA Cup, and Copa Del Rey we're some of the big talking points this week with the UCL Round of 16 kick off with MASSIVE matchups. Madrid Derby, PSG vs Liverpool and Bayern vs Leverkusen, crazy! Hope you enjoy soccerheads and thanks for listening!
As always so much to talk about this episode. I went with the funny but sad title because the EPL Crown is almost in Mo Salah's hands and INEOS making silly cuts. Big month coming up for Spain with Copa Del Rey Champions League and La Liga Match ups. Serie A is getting weird and they also have an intense title race.
We had our first Champions League Round of 16 Playoff come to an end and it was a good one! Well for some teams and countries (not Italy) just Inter remain from Italy. But the biggest storyline is M'bappe slicing and Dicing Man Citys defense and scoring a hattrick. That very well could be the moment that kicks off his legendary real madrid career. Move over La Liga and their title race... welcome the Premier League. 2 draws in 3 games for Liverpool has opened the door for Arsenal. We discuss this and so much more, thanks for listening soccerheads!
SO much going on across the top 5 leagues. Spain is historically close with La Liga and the big dawgs still in the Copa Del Rey. We had some FA Cup Magic with Liverpool being upset by the worst team in the 2nd division. Dembele might be reaching his peak potential with his hot start and injury free beginning to 2025. OH and the Champions League Round of 16 Playoff begins this week. I hope you guys enjoy!
In this episode we do a deep dive into the January transfer window now that it is closed and we think the big winners are Aston villa. Lots of other teams like Arsenal and Real Madrid did nothing and could be in some trouble for it. Top 5 list is best players to never won a ballon d'or and we had some interesting lists. Thanks for listening soccer heads.
Once again lots to discuss this week! The transfer market is still open and Arsenal have yet to make a move for a STRIKER. Lots of craziness in the EPL with Bournemouth catching fire and Tottenham and Chelsea being ice cold. We have a wild Champions League Wednesday with all the games kicking off at 3pm EST. Cant wait to watch that unfold. Then this weekend is the milan derby, lyon marseille and Man City vs Arsenal. Lots of big matchups! I hope you enjoyed soccer heads and thanks for listening
Lots to discuss this episode with some US National Team topics, epl, champion's league and so much more. Not a ton of movement in the transfer market, Arsenal have yet to make a move for a ST :/ Barca had an insane champs league match against Benefica and with only 1 game left there are a few teams on the outside looking in.... mostly City right now. Thanks for listening and hope you enjoy!
What a week of soccer storylines soccer heads! Real may have lost a game to Barcelona... but we dont need to get into that. The Jan transfer window is open and we have seen one big move which is Kravadonna moving to PSG which is a bit of a bummer a Prem move woulda been better in our opinion. Some coaching moves Potter hired as West Hams manager and David Moyes takes over for Dyche at Everton. So much more to talk about I hope you guys enjoyed! Arsenal BUY A STRIKER!!!
In this episode we kick it off with AC Milan winning the Italian Super Coppa thanks for Christian Pulisic's two goals. Next up is the Spanish Super Coppa where hopefully we get an El Clasico in the finals. Arsenal with another draw thanks to an insane pk decision. Looking ahead to the weekend there is a big FA Cup Matchup Arsenal vs Man United with a ton of other not so great matchups. Hope you enjoyed and thanks for listening soccerheads

Lazio goes back to back wins against Napoli which was very surprising. Michail Antonio was in a very bad car accident we wish him a speedy recovery and Neuer has broken ribs. Arsenal with a disappointing draw and so much more. Thanks for listening soccer heads and hope you guys enjoy
A Wednesday recording this week with a lot to talk about. Blair zeros in on players in and out of form, and focus on Man City's collapse with a surprising rebound win today. We get into so many other storylines like Odegaard's offensive resurgence, Kluivert's penalty hattrick and Neuers first red card of his career. Thanks for listening soccer heads hope you guys enjoy!

In this episode we discuss everything happening in the top 5 leagues and so much more. Liverpool fans finally vindicated now that a leaked video came out with an EPL Ref saying he hates Liverpool. Absolute craziness. Pep has now lost 4 matches in a row for the first time EVER, maybe after 6 titles in 7 years it's someone else's time to win. Then we have USMNT Nations League vs Jamaica where we need Pochettino to get a decisive result and smoke those guys. Thanks for listening soccer heads hope you enjoy!!

We remember to bring up the Ballon D'or Ceremony biggest snub which was Leverkusen not getting best team. So much more to disucss like our top 5 strikers list and M'bappe sucking right now. Hope you guys enjoy, thanks for listening!
What a Jam packed episode, congrats to Rodri winning the Ballon D'or and shame on Real Madrid for acting like babies because Vini Jr didn't win. Hope for Man United fans now that Ten Hag has been sacked. We get into so much more so I hope the Soccerheads enjoy!
