Congrats to Blair and his Liverpool Squad winning the English Premier League. Arne Slotts first season in charge helped with So Sarah balling out was a recipe for success for Liverpool (but kinda boring end of the season is you ask me). A wild Copa Del Rey with Barca coming out on top, we discuss all the drama there. Arsenal PSG on Tuesday and Barca Inter on Wednesday for the Champs League Semifinal, I can't wait!! International break is now over and we move into the home stretch of club football! Serie A and La Liga with 3 point title races followed by Bundesliga by 6 points and EPL with a close top 4 race. It was an eventful International break but as USMNT fans we are glad its over. Big week of domestic cups with all the leagues competing the two that are catching our eye is Barca Atelti and the Milan Derby. We missed last week! Thank you Soccerheads for tuning back in! We missed Newcastle beating liverpool in the Carabao Cup final, making it a really tough week for the Scousers. But the Kick-Off topic is truly the USA still sucks because we lost to Panama in the Nations League Semifinal and not that it matters much but lost the consolation match against Canada. This team needs to accumulate some winning aura under Poch with limited meaningful games on the horizon. An eventful international break overall and we are getting back to club soccer this weekend. So much exciting soccer going on as the season rounds into the home stretch. Still a lot more soccer to play but we can see the different competitions like Bundesliga, EPL and Ligue One have clear favorites. And on the other hand Serie A, La Liga and Champions League are all up for grabs. Oh and Lamine Yamal is amazing and Vini Jr had a golazo and USMNT National Team squad just dropped. But the biggest storyline is M'bappe slicing and Dicing Man Citys defense and scoring a hattrick. That very well could be the moment that kicks off his legendary real madrid career. Move over La Liga and their title race... welcome the Premier League. 2 draws in 3 games for Liverpool has opened the door for Arsenal. SO much going on across the top 5 leagues. Spain is historically close with La Liga and the big dawgs still in the Copa Del Rey. We had some FA Cup Magic with Liverpool being upset by the worst team in the 2nd division. Dembele might be reaching his peak potential with his hot start and injury free beginning to 2025.
