Welcome back to The Bundesliga Show! In this episode, the lads take you through the major talking points from Matchday 3 in the Bundesliga 2025/26! On Friday night, Leverkusen produced a much-improved display under new head coach Kaspar Hjulmand as they defeated Frankfurt 3-1 thanks to a double from Grimaldo. Despite finishing with 9- men, the hosts were able to hold on quite comfortably against the off-colour visitors. On Saturday, FC Koeln scored a 104th-minute leveller at Wolfsburg in a 3-3 draw. Kaminski's strike was the third goal scored after the 90-minute mark. SC Freiburg provided their home fans with a turnaround 3-1 win against VfB Stuttgart. Trailing 1-0 going into the last 10 minutes, the hosts struck through new signings Matanovic and Scherhant to send their fans home happy. There were also wins for Bayern Munich, TSG Hoffenheim, Borussia Dortmund and RB Leipzig. On Sunday, FC St. Pauli continued their highly impressive start to the season with a second win in a row. FC Augsburg were beaten thanks to strikes from Sinani and Hountondji. The weekend was capped courtesy of a thrilling 4-0 win for SV Werder Bremen at Gladbach, piling the pressure on Seoane.
