In the final episode of our Liverpool Squad Talk series, we shift our focus to the attack - evaluating Liverpool's current forwards and analysing potential new signings ahead of the 2025/26 season under Arne Slot. With Mohamed Salah staying at the club, Liverpool still have one of the game's biggest match-winners. But question marks remain elsewhere.Darwin Núñez's long-term role is uncertain, Luis Díaz continues to be linked with a move away, Diogo Jota's injury record raises concerns, and while Cody Gakpo has been one of the most consistent performers, the squad may still need greater firepower and depth. Federico Chiesa, who joined last summer, has barely featured – will he finally make an impact or be moved on?But more importantly, who should Liverpool be targeting to elevate the attack? In this episode, we'll break down realistic transfer options that could fit the system, complement current players, and bring a new dynamic to the frontline.
