Mat is a powerlifting coach , based at Ironhouse Fitness in Brisbane, and Laura is a physiotherapist, based at Fox Physiotherapy & Strength Rehab in Melbourne. These two individuals share a passion for taking athletes to peak performance. Combining experience with a continual pursuit of education and growth, these two co-hosts discuss the art and science of coaching and rehab.
