On today's episode... you'll hear the conclusion of this interview with Zoë Bell where we get into more of her crazy amazing career as a top Hollywood stuntwoman, stunt coordinator and actor as well as where her career is headed now - and of COURSE, we talk a bunch about FOOD. This episode's guest got her big break in New Zealand when she stepped in to be the new stunt double for Lucy Lawless in the series Xena: Warrior Princess. With notoriety from the show, she got on a plane to the US to score her first major film role in the iconic Quintin Tarantino film KILL BILL, parts 1 and 2 as the stunt double for “THE BRIDE” played by Uma Thurman. Her credits following that film include other Tarantino films such as the stuntwoman centric movie Deathproof - where she played her own namesake and was her own stunt double, followed by an avalanche of other major films and television shows including Alias, Inglorious Basterds, The Proposal, Final Destination, Thor: Ragnarok, and making her full stunt coordinating debut WHILE also acting in the Tarantino film Once Upon a Time in Hollywood where she (ironically) played the part of the stunt coordinator's wife opposite Kurt Russell. She has expanded her extremely successful career as one of Hollywoods top stuntwomen to include actress, producer and now director. She recently spearheaded and directed the viral quarantine video “Boss Bitch Fight Challenge” and has stunt coordinated AND acted in the upcoming film “Haymaker.” Not only is this person undoubtedly one of the most hard working, talented women I've ever met, she has a heart of gold, and stomach of steel. Her kindness and character know no bounds, and she continues to inspire and educate the next generation of women in this business with her candidness and desire to connect and collaborate. She puts ketchup on her pizza, and beans on her toast. I am more than thrilled to introduce to you, my personal inspiration, Zoe Bell. www.pittstonketchup.com Discount Code at checkout: HUNGRYSTUNTGIRL *Music Composed and performed by Colin Bell*

There is definitely research that can be done to find information on how to safely live on a ketogenic diet, but Dr. Miraglia explains why he thinks we should be cautious when starting any sort of diet or fad diet. One of the more sustainable diets he actually DOES recommend is the Mediterranean diet - which includes fish, other leaner proteins in moderate amounts, and tons of veggies and fats like extra virgin Olive Oil. You may recognize Hollywood actress Michelle Hurd from her roles on Star Trek: Picard, Jessica Jones, Daredevil or Law & Order: SVU, just to name a few. Or you may know her from her explosive role as Shepherd on Blindspot, where she and I met! Amidst her surprisingly busy schedule, Michelle took a few hours to chat with me for Episode 6. We covered everything from dyslexia, to her involvement in martial arts (that helped her get out of some trouble during her teen years), to her favorite delicious vegan dishes including her version of – wait for it – “Shepherd's” Pie (…get it?).
