Listeners of This Isn't Normal that love the show mention: haven t been able,The This Isn't Normal podcast is an absolute gem that I stumbled upon while searching for something new to listen to. From the first episode to the last, I was completely hooked and couldn't get enough of their hilarious antics. As someone who has never left a podcast review before, I felt compelled to share my thoughts because this show truly deserves all the praise it can get.
One of the best aspects of this podcast is its ability to seamlessly transition from hilarious moments to heartfelt ones. The humor in this show is top-notch and had me laughing out loud on multiple occasions. The chemistry between the cast members is evident and they have a knack for delivering comedic timing that never fails to hit the mark. Additionally, the storylines are interesting and compelling, keeping me engaged throughout each episode. Whether it's a one-off tangent or part of the central plot, every moment feels thoughtfully crafted and entertaining.
Another noteworthy aspect of this podcast is its likable characters. From the moment they were introduced, I found myself rooting for each character and invested in their individual journeys. The diverse range of personalities adds depth and nuance to the storytelling. Furthermore, the premise of the show itself is unique and intriguing, setting it apart from others in its genre.
Now, onto some potential areas for improvement. While there isn't much negative to say about This Isn't Normal, there were occasionally moments where certain jokes or references may have fallen flat for some listeners. Humor can be subjective, so what resonates with one person might not with another. However, these instances were few and far between and did not detract from my overall enjoyment of the podcast.
In conclusion, if you're looking for a podcast that will make you laugh uncontrollably while also tugging at your heartstrings, This Isn't Normal is an absolute must-listen! With hilarious moments ranging from shenanigans to heartfelt exchanges between characters, there's something for everyone. The talented cast, creative storytelling, and delightful premise make it a standout among other podcasts in the tabletop adventure genre. Don't hesitate to give it a listen – you won't regret it!

Team Bouquet has reached the final challenge. They only skipped like, 90% of them. There's a question gnawing at them at the other end, if they can get to it. Are they actually getting out of this one alive? Is there any hope? And can you take something back after you learn it?
Schmeggly has a disturbing but familiar dream. The end feels really nigh now, can anyone help Team Bouquet out?? Hopefully not an overly sassy and downright petty f(r)iend.
The team faces off against Nemo's second challenge: an obstacle course? Team Bouquet surely is going to face it with care and calm, and not rush literally head first into danger, right? ... Right?
Bad news bears everyone, Team Bouquet + Schmeggly + Ozma - Chrysthanemum face their biggest threat yet: incompetence. While no strangers to it themselves, the team is witness to mistakes aplenty, some even deadly. Now is the time to start taking stock, weighing the odds, and determining who is worth trusting in this game gone awry.
Cosmo, Iris, and Schmeggly are confronted with an ominous turn of events. Answers lead to more questions, and Reflection Game players finally meet. How, why, and what any of that has to do with Cheese all addressed! In this episode!
Cosmo, Iris, and uh... "Schmeggly" set out for Frumplesburg, Wyoming. The team is hot on the trail of Team Battery Acid, and God willing and the creek don't rise they can find them quickly and put this wretched nightmare behind them.
The end is nigh, can you feel it? With so much information missing and so much happening all at once, tragedy is inevitable. Unfortunately for Chrys, Atticus, and Cornelius, simplicity has never been much of an option. The balance is shifting, and this end could very well be a beginning. Good lord, when did time travel get so complicated in this show?
The team wakes up somewhere dark and unknown. I'd love to say more, but to be honest with you, this is probably better just to watch or listen to. It's not you, it's me. And some weird cave drawings.
The team settles in after a tough fight to lick their wounds. Perhaps now things will finally calm down. Will our heroes work out their differences and handle things like adults? Or are the relationships too far gone? Come sit down for gender-neutral dinner folks, maybe this whole thing won't end in violence.

Originally released in July 2023, Legendairy: The Cluckening is the first time we've ever broken into the Patreon vault and released an episode. This episode holds a special place in our hearts, and we hope you enjoy it. Taking place between seasons 2.5 and 3, Anderson and Cornelius go to see a movie.
In this episode, featuring the highly sought after event of Chrys spending 45 minutes at the airport, also includes highlights such as "Cosmo Goes to Dinner", and "Iris Starts to Realize Things are REALLY REALLY BAD!"
The team gets the whiteboard out for one of their classic planning sessions. Other stuff happens too. But we're all here for the whiteboard, and the delicious greb flavored markers.
Team Bouquet doubles down on their quest to rid Team Dees of any haunted rooms. In doing so, will they finally uncover the mysteries of the murdered team? Perhaps more importantly, can they get any closer to figuring out who did it?
The hotel is abuzz with chaos and excitement. After a recent debacle that Team Bouquet was surely not involved with (right?), there are new rules to follow and a potential new assignment. With the game over, what becomes of the Hotel Minnesota? What becomes of the team?? What becomes of Dees' weird haunted room??
Team Bouquet continues their investigation into the mysterious death of Nudist Frog. What will the next set of witness testimony reveal? And will they actually be able to solve this? What, you doubt their deductive skills?
Worlds collide as Team Bouquet begins to investigate the heinous murder of Nudist Frog. Our stalwart detectives are tasked with investigating which of the 3 suspects trapped in Hart & Stone could've committed the dastardly act. Surely it's one of them, right?
Concluding Team Bouquet's prison arc extravaganza, the team has a frog to defeat and some loose ends to tie up. Is everyone making it back to the present - consequence free? No. Almost certainly not.
Team Bouquet must hunker down against the forces of time while waiting for their week to expire. But what of Tempurina? And what of the frogs dead set on wiping them off the timeline? I'm sure it'll be a relaxing affair where nothing goes wrong.
In a battle the team is all to familiar with, it's up to them to stop themselves from ruining the timeline. I'm sure given the collective stability of the team and how well everyone works together, the whole thing shouldn't take more than a few minutes to wrap up. Surely. Surely...

Pebble Stonington, Turbo Stonington, and Rock Pebblington get stuck between some rough family affairs. Hopefully they can help these two wacky siblings get back on good terms before someone loses it! All this is to say, Cosmo, Iris, and Chrys better get Tem sorted out ASAP before something real bad happens. But it's a state fair, what could possibly go wrong?
Finding themselves in another strange new world, Team Bouquet scouts their surroundings and figures out their next moves. I'm sure there is no way it could go badly. I'm sure there's no way they could screw it up. I'm sure there's no need to intimidate the locals, right?
Team Bouquet finds itself on the other side of the wormhole after a completely unpreventable and daring escapade. What they see on the other side may test them more than expected. The real question is: can any of them stick to the plan? Chrys follows his heart. Cosmo... does their best. Iris thinks outside the confines of space and time.
The team must use their expert wit to navigate the twisted inner workings of St. Basil's. What sort of mischief will they find in the land of the magically mischievous? What will they learn about themselves along the way? Not much, I'd wager.
Team Bouquet works to infiltrate one of the most secure facilities in the known world. Surely their skill, professionalism, and attention to the plan will help for a smooth execution, right? Surely... they all remember the plan, right? Chrys shares a traumatic memory. Iris scolds Cosmo. Cosmo breaks new boundaries in mind-to-moth combat.
Team Bouquet heads out to St. Basil's Institute for the Magically Mischievous. But it wouldn't be a road trip without stopping at some questionable eating establishments on the way!
Team Bouquet yells at Broad Shouldered Short Businessman in a Suit or whatever his full name is. They also do a plan with Dees! Their next mission should go swimmingly I would imagine.
Team Bouquet spends some time de-stressing after... everything. Hopefully they can get some good, drama free rest in before their next big mission. Who am I kidding, that's not going to happen. Iris goes skating. Cosmo and Ozma get coffee. Chrys and Mouse catch up.
Gregs collide as the team settles back into as much normality as a magical liminal hotel can offer. With some time to reflect (no pun intended), what will everyone do? In typical description fashion, I'll give you a quick rundown. Cosmo gets therapy! Chrys gets more financial advice. Iris seeks a diagnosis.
Iris is missing! Some other stuff happens too, but honestly this is what you're here to find out about right? Nothing else?
The team has a lot on their plates right now. As heads of security, they must stop the creature terrorizing the building. They need to locate Chrys' nephew, still lost in the inner workings of Hart & Stone. They must try and complete their obligations to The Reflection Game, if that's even possible. And maybe, just maybe, try to figure out what's up with Iris after their encounter with the anomaly. Can all this even be covered in a week?? I don't know, I don't even work here.
