The guys invite him to move into the Bachelor Pad while he gets back on his feet. Rachel, unsure of where things stand between her and Danny, has convinced herself that he's not asking her out because he's waiting for her to ask him out. But, two can play this very confusing game. Why did we watch Larry The Cable Guy: Health Inspector, you ask?  Because SNL alum David Koechner plays Donny, Larry's mentally challenged neighbor in this magnum opus.  Hard to know who has it worse, David Koechner, Tony Hale as a man in a wheelchair whose basic role in the movie is just so Larry can make some jokes about the physically disabled, Tom Wilson for having an agent so bad he would let him appear in a movie with Larry The Cable Guy, the poor woman who is tasked to play Larry's love interest, or us the audience for having to sit through 90 minutes of a man farting for our amusement.  Larry The Cable Guy stars in a mystery about farts and poop.  Someone is poisioning fancy restaurants with a medicing that makes people fart and Larry The Cable Guy is on the case.  It's a bad movie but as we learned in our last movie podcast, everything looks a little better now that Bucky Larson has been exposed to us.  Enjoy!Download Here

If Don Rickles were a woman with a slight weight problem and a well-documented fondness for having sex with African-American men, he'd sound an awful lot like comedienne Lisa Lampanelli, comedy's lovable queen of mean. Lampanelli studied journalism at Syracuse University and Harvard, and briefly enjoyed a successful career in the magazine industry, working at 'Popular Mechanics," "Spy Magazine," and was contributor for "Hit Parader" and "Rolling Stone." Deciding journalism was not for her, she quit and became a party DJ in 1990, entertaining partygoers via the microphone. Following a trip to a comedy club, she took a course in improvisation, which led to her first successful stand-up performances in New York City in the early 1990s. Lampanelli's real rise to fame began in 2001, where she made a stand-out appearance on Comedy Central's Friar's Club Roast of Hugh Hefner and was invited back in 2002 as the only female comedian invited to roast Chevy Chase at the New York Friars club which would air on Comedy Central. One of the few white comedians to perform on BET's comic view, she became a regular guest on Howard Stern's radio show, produced her first stand-up special, "The Queen of Mean" in 2002, and her first album, "Take it Like A Man," tied into another cable special with the same title in 2006 peaked at #6 on the comedy charts. In 2006, Lampanelli made her movie debut along side fellow comic Larry the Cable Guy in his film "Health Inspector," and issued her second album, "Dirty Girl," in early 2007, with the simultaneous release of a concert DVD featuring the same material, which reached #4 on the charts and was nominated for a Grammy Award for Best Comedy Album of the year...culminating in being named "Maxim Magazine's" Bachelorette of the year. In 2008, she served as roastmaster for the Larry the Cable Guy Roast, and also performed at Carnegie Hall and Radio City Music Hall. In 2009, Lisa published her first book, a memoir "Chocolate, Please: My Adventures in Food, Fat, and Freaks." Lampanelli's other comedy albums include "Long Live the Queen," "Tough Love," and most recently was again nominated for a Grammy Award-her second- for "Back to the Drawing Board." She was a contestant on "Celebrity Apprentice," where she raised $130,000 for gay men's health crisis.

THE DOOMED & STONED SHOW ~Season 5, Episode 48~ We're smack dab in the middle of Halloween month, so The Doomed & Stoned Show is turning its attention to the reason for the season: horror! This episode takes a look at a relatively unknown disasterpiece: Gore-Met Zombie Chef From Hell (1986), with a colorful cast of characters including Goza, Blozor, Azog, and Lonezor! The plot is convoluted, but here's the gist: sometime in the Middle Ages, the evil Goza betrays the Sacred Order of the Righteous Brotherhood by killing the high priest and is cursed to live out the remainder of his life as a cannibal. Fast-forward to coastal Texas in the mid-'80s and Goza opens up a seafood restaurant with his henchman Blozor to lure hapless victims in to kill and cook. Isn't that nice? Well, not so much, because old man Azog, the twin brother of Goza, waits by the gates to warn visitors not to go inside! Meanwhile, ambitious high priest candidate Lonezor plans a showdown with Goza. Are you just starting out in your business and feeling somewhat daunted at the thought of having to register your kitchen with the local Health Department? If so, don't worry because I want you to do everything possible to keep your business legal! The featured guest is a bit of a crazy mixture- she's a Cake Maker and she's also a Local Health Inspector, working in the United States. I get lots of questions about this as most people seem a little afraid to get their kitchens registered because they don't really know what it's all about. Today's guest with de-mystify the health inspection process and you can finally see that it's nothing to be afraid of! See omnystudio.com/listener for privacy information.

In 2009, Lisa published her first book, a memoir "Chocolate, Please: My Adventures in Food, Fat, and Freaks." Lampanelli's other comedy albums include "Long Live the Queen," "Tough Love," and most recently this year was again nominated for a Grammy Award-her second- for "Back to the Drawing Board." She was a contestant on "Celebrity Apprentice," where she raised $130,000 for gay men's health crisis. Lampanelli is currently performing in the world premiere of her off-broadway play, "Stuffed," which explored the complexity of women's relationship to food and body image through her signature comedic style. At the Mcginn/Cazale Theater at 2162 Broadway at 76th street.
