Eddie Kingston just finished serving an AEW suspension for an "altercation" with Sammy Guevara that scrapped their plans for a match at AEW All Out. What caused Eddie Kingston being suspended but not Sammy Guevara? Also, Thunder Rosa stepped down as AEW Women's World Champion but why? Rumors swirled that she was also suspended but now it is reported that she is injured, and possibly longer than AEW would have wanted? What were the original plans, and what does AEW do without Thunder Rosa? Also, the WWE Draft is coming but not this year according to a new report. Triple H is possibly planning on doing something with the WWE Draft that we wished Vince McMahon would have done. Join the Off The Script VIP Club: https://www.youtube.com/c/JDfromNY206/join Socials

Medusa, Jazz, and Dr. Britt Baker D.M.D., three generations of incredible, pioneering female wrestlers, were on the Chris Jericho Rock & Wrestling Rager at Sea Triple Whammy last October, and of course that meant there had to be a live podcast about the evolution of women's wrestling! Medusa came up in the AWA in the 80s, spent three years wrestling in Japan before going to WWE, and then jumping ship to WCW in one of the most historic moments in all of wrestling (think WWE title belt and a trash can). Jazz wrestled during the Attitude Era of WWE, was on the roster when the Divas arrives, and has plenty of stories about trying to be taken seriously as a worker during the time of bikini models and “tits and ass.” And current AEW Women's World Champion, Dr. Britt Baker D.M.D. has a completely different experience, and once she credits to the pioneers like Medusa and Jazz who blazed the path before her, and allowed her to main event on AEW DYNAMITE in an Unsanctioned Lights Out match against Thunder Rosa.
EPISODE #146 – This WONDERFUL WOMEN WEDNESDAY, we talk about Dentist and All Elite Wrestling (AEW) Women's World Champion Dr. Britt Baker aka “DMD”. Being a Pittsburgher, I'm proud to say she was born in Pennsylvania and attended University of Pittsburgh Dental School. She is the current AEW Women's World Champion in her first reign. Britt is also a member of the American Dental Association. In addition to working as a professional wrestler, she is employed as a dentist at a private practice in Winter Park, Florida. If you follow professional wrestling, you'll know who Nyla Rose is. A former AEW Women's World Champion, she's been a stalwart of the All Elite Wrestling women's division since the company's debut in 2019. Nyla also happens to be the first transgender wrestler signed to a major American promotion – and as AEW prepares for its biggest show ever tonight in front of a sold out crowd in New York, we thought it was the perfect time to have her onto the show. There's so much in this conversation with Nyla – her love of wrestling; signing with AEW; winning the world championship; the importance of representation and visibility and so much more. It's a cracking conversation, and we're chuffed to bits that Nyla found the time to join us for it. WANT TO FIND OUT MORE ABOUT OUR GUESTS? @NylaRoseBeast @AEW

Last night AEW made wrestling history when Nyla Rose pinned Riho to become the new AEW Women's World Champion. We'll look at why this is history making, because it is on two fronts. Did JR slip or was he giving away some things during commentary last night, possibly a couple of times? We also will discuss the debut of a past guest of ours last night that had us all going nuts. A few weeks ago New Japan did not have a TV home in the US. There are discussions in the works with a channel that has had two different shows about wrestling on it, They also have announced their return date at Madison Square Garden. Ring Of Honor has announced a major change to its women's title. Speaking of women's titles, Triple H recently addressed the conroversy surrounding the NXT Women's Championship. NXT also has a TakeOver slated for Sunday which has some far reaching effects on this year's WrestleMania. The RetroMania Wrestling video game is getting a lot of buzz. This throwback video game includes many of the top stars of the industry with a look that hearks back to the early Nintendo and arcade video games. We'll discuss the current available information in regard to the wrestlers who will be included and the scheduled release date. There may also be another video game in the works and it's NOT a WWE game. All of this, plus possible visits by Crimey AND Hugo Savinovich - TONIGHT
