MERRY CHRISTMAS EVE! Join Chad and Acefield Retro for the ultimate wrestling recap show, WRESTLING TONIGHT! This week, we're diving into the wild preview of AEW Worlds End 2024 and the aftermath of ROH Final Battle 2024, where big titles were defended, rivalries exploded, and some jaw-dropping moments shocked the fans. Plus, we're covering all the hot wrestling news—from major deals to shocking departures and everything in between! First up, this Saturday at the Addition Financial Arena in Orlando, Florida, get ready for AEW Worlds End 2024! The AEW World Championship is up for grabs in an insane Fatal Four-Way match, with Jon Moxley defending against Orange Cassidy, Hangman Adam Page, and Jay White. Four of AEW's top stars, all fighting for the gold! But that's not all—MJF will defend his Dynamite Diamond Ring against Adam Cole, keeping their heated rivalry going. The 2024 AEW Continental Classic tournament wraps up with the top competitors battling for the championship. In a brutal Tijuana Street Fight, Mariah May puts her AEW Women's Championship on the line against Thunder Rosa in a match that promises chaos and violence. Plus, Konosuke Takeshita defends the AEW International Title against Powerhouse Hobbs in a clash of raw power and technical skill that's bound to steal the show! Then, we break down the ROH Final Battle 2024 aftermath! Atlantis Jr. pulled off an epic win over Mansoor with some unexpected help from Danhausen. Katsuyori Shibata made quick work of Tommy Billington in a technical showcase, while Jay Lethal honored Macho Man Randy Savage by taking down QT Marshall. Red Velvet narrowly retained her ROH Women's TV Championship against Leyla Hirsch in a controversial finish. Lee Moriarty successfully defended his ROH Pure Championship against Nigel McGuinness in a technical banger. Dustin Rhodes & Sammy Guevara held onto their ROH Tag Team Titles in a brutal Texas Bull Rope Match against The Righteous, and in a crazy Survival of the Fittest match, Komander emerged as the new ROH World TV Champion! Chris Jericho also survived a tough battle to keep his ROH World Championship against Matt Cardona, thanks to some interference from Big Bill and Bryan Keith. Bandido made the save for a surprise return & gave the fans a scare with a potential injury. But wait, there's more! In some huge wrestling news, Tony Khan just boosted AEW's valuation to over $2 billion. Plus, WWE just announced SmackDown will expand to three hours starting January 3, 2025, airing from 8-11 p.m. ET on USA Network! The first extended episode will be live from the Footprint Center in Phoenix, Arizona—a massive shift for SmackDown! Meanwhile, TNA Wrestling is going through some big changes. Jade Chung is set to leave the company, KUSHIDA and Trent Seven are on their way out, and Josh Alexander might be following suit. All of this comes amid a “cooling” of TNA's relationship with NJPW, especially after Scott D'Amore's departure. Plus, Rhino, recently inducted into the TNA Hall of Fame, is also leaving. In sadder news, Rey Misterio Sr., the legendary uncle of WWE's Rey Mysterio, passed away at the age of 66. His loss is felt deeply in the wrestling world, with tributes pouring in from fans and fellow wrestlers. And don't miss the mysterious Zero vignette that aired on Monday's WWE Raw, along with the announcement of the WWE Raw on Netflix premiere on January 6, 2025. What does it all mean? Fans are already speculating. So, what's going to happen at AEW Worlds End 2024? Can Moxley hold onto the title? Will MJF keep the Diamond Ring? Who will survive the Tijuana Street Fight? Tune in this Saturday to find out! As a BONUS: We squeeze in some history of wrestling on Christmas! Don't forget to SUBSCRIBE, join the community, share your thoughts, and let's talk wrestling! We want to hear from YOU in the comments.

Lee Moriarty is more than just a technical wrestler and he's out to prove it at AEW! Lee talks about signing with AEW, and evolving Taiga Style to better represent what he is now as a wrestler, performer and personality. He speaks to his love of graphic design and street wear, and how he's used those skills to enhance his wrestling career. He recounts his wrestling training in Pittsburgh, learning the lucha libre style in Mexico, who got him interested in wrestling in the first place, and the role that Bruce Lee and his philosophy have played in Lee's own life. He also talks about his indie career, coming up with Wheeler Yuta and Daniel Garcia, and what it was like to get in the ring with one of his wrestling heroes, Byran Danielson.
