The Australian Men's Netball Team will be back in action next week, facing New Zealand for the first time since 2018.The side have had limited opportunities to play international netball during the pandemic, but there has been a lot of interest and momentum building in the domestic men's space this year.We catch up with captain Dylan Nexhip to hear his thoughts ahead of their return to court and his hopes for men's netball beyond this historic tour – which will include double header matches alongside the Aussie Diamonds for the first time.

Giants goal-attack Sophie Dwyer has been elevated from a Diamonds tour invitee to a senior member of the Australian netball squad for the Quad Series against England, New Zealand and South Africa in January.

Teenage sensation and Giants sharp shooter Sophie Dwyer has had an incredible year in netball!The 19-year-old played her first full season of Super Netty in 2021 and helped her team make it all the way to the grand final with her long-bomb accuracy.Now she's been elevated from an Aussie Diamonds camp invitee to a fully-fledged member of the national squad.So we caught up with the young superstar to see how she was feeling when she found out the exciting news.

Laura Geitz is an icon of Australian netball. An absolute force on the court, she was a fearless defender who captained her beloved Queensland Firebirds and the Aussie Diamonds to great success, including world championships and a gold at the 2014 Commonwealth Games. Since retiring in 2018, the Rebel ambassador and mum of two is still making her mark on the game. She does media commentary, runs netball clinics, mentors other athletes and has even designed a netball clothing range. Last year, the Firebirds renamed their Most Valuable Player Award as the Laura Geitz medal, highlighting how Laura – or Geitzy – really is the ultimate MVP.
