When it comes to missions, reasons abound to stay rather than to go. But for every apparent obstacle, countless promises say, “It will be worth it.”
We believe that great experiences build great leaders and great leaders build great teams; Neil Fairley is a prime example of that very belief. Due to his parents being unable to afford the life he wanted, Neil went to work at a very young age and since then hasn't looked back. From starting on the street selling socks, owning a business, losing it all, migrating to the US and starting something new Neil has been a prime example of what it means to never give up. With a God given ability to quickly gain and ingraft knowledge from others, Neil has taken his experience in door to door sales, import and exports, marketing and a plethora of other ventures and has built and continuing to build a legacy and impact that will be immeasurable!Neil's journey is the ultimate proof that success is not a straight line, it's a zigzag. He faced a lot of obstacles and challenges, but he never gave up. Instead, he used those experiences to grow and adapt. He is a perfect example of how perseverance and resilience can help you overcome anything that comes your way. His ability to learn from his experiences is what sets him apart as a successful entrepreneur. Neil's story is a major inspiration for all the young entrepreneurs out there, it shows that with hard work, determination, and a willingness to learn, you can achieve anything you set your mind to and leave a lasting impact on the world.Key Points:Reverse engineering tasks to accomplish goalsHave a purpose greater than your ownThere is nothing wrong with minor setbacks as long as you don't allow them to keep them downConnect with Neil:Instagram -https://www.instagram.com/fairleyneil/Facebook - https://www.facebook.com/instyle7171

In this podcast, Blake shares his perfect guide for anyone looking to make a change in their life and achieve their goals in 2023. Whether you're looking to start a new career, improve your relationships, or simply live a happier life, these three steps will help you get there.Step 1: Have an exact clear idea of what you want in your life. The first step in achieving anything you want is to have a clear and specific idea of what that goal is. This means taking the time to reflect on what you truly want and what will make you happy. Once you have a clear picture of what you want, you can begin to take action towards achieving it.Step 2: Find someone that is doing what you want to do, or live the life you want to live. The second step is to find someone who is already doing what you want to do, or living the life you want to live. This can be a mentor, a role model, or simply someone who has achieved a similar goal to the one you have in mind. By studying their habits, mindset, and techniques you can learn valuable lessons that will help you achieve your goal faster.Step 3: Put in the work it takes to get what you want. The final step is to put in the work that it takes to achieve your goal. This includes setting a plan, creating a schedule, and working on your goal every day. To be successful, you must be willing to make sacrifices, stay motivated, and persist even when things get tough. You'll need to be patient and persistent, even when the road ahead seems difficult. In summary, with the 3 Simple Steps to Get Whatever You Want in 2023 podcast, you will learn how to have a clear idea of what you want in your life, how to find someone who is already doing what you want, and how to put in the work to achieve your goals. It's important to note that everyone's journey is unique, and the specifics of how to take each of these steps can vary greatly depending on the person and what they want to achieve. But if you're willing to put in the work, you will undoubtedly achieve your goals and live the life you've always dreamed of.Join Blake's Limitless Mindset coaching community today: https://www.blakeclark.com/

Gracee Poorman has overcome a lot in her life, and dealing with the difficult challenges of overcoming obstacles is probably what attracts her to agriculture. She did not grow up in agriculture, but through a series of twists and turns she found herself working in a commercial hog barn. She also found many people skeptical about her ability to put in the work and be successful working in that environment, and that drove her to prove them wrong.....which she did! Today Gracee is married and living and working on the family farm that has been in her husband's family for two centuries. She is what I would describe as a serial entrepreneur. Gracee is running several businesses including photography, pressure washing, agricultural consulting and public speaking. She keeps herself very busy with different streams of revenue as well as working on her families farm. In this episode, we will get a glimpse into what drives her.

Sheila took her first yoga class in 1985 in Bellingham, Washington while attending Western Washington University, and has have been practicing and teaching since. An early adopter. Along the way, she acquired degrees in psychology and counseling, working as a professional counselor for 15 years in schools, hospitals, private practice and community clinics. In 2000, realizing she was doing ‘therapy' while teaching, and ‘yoga' while with her counseling clients the true meaning of practice began to emerge - is it an Inside Job. The yoga and the counseling were starting to intersect in the areas of relaxation, breathing techniques, mediation practice, guided imagery, and the yoga poses that alleviate their symptoms of depression, anxiety, and grief. In 2005, she made the transition into teaching yoga and yoga therapy full time. Sheila has taught all over the country at various studios and locations, conducted retreats and workshops for both students and new yoga teachers. She has opened as well as managed yoga studios both in Portland, and Hood River, OR. Sheila opened, ran, and sold Yoga NW studio in NW Portland 2010 through 2017.Presently, Sheila teaches privates in home, small groups and online when requested. She serves as a mentor to new and emerging yoga teachers, as well as support in studio ownership. She is a Master Teacher. She teaches a highly curated, professional, safe, accessible yoga class with beginning meditation. Her students feel welcome, in good hands, and get their yoga needs met.In 2011 Sheila became a Mother, and then in 2012 a Solo parent family. Being a parent has made her a more effective teacher and mentor. Being a parent is an 18 year meditation/yoga practice and thus, approach parenting as a spiritual practice, the most rewarding and challenging one yet. Being a Mother and parenting is, truly a primary purpose with teaching/counseling close behind. Sheila has been working with first responders the last several years, Police, and Fire, as well as becoming Certified through the Yoga for First Responders (YFFR) program. The mission focused mindset is one that requires yoga training, mental training, and breath work. This type of yoga training is beneficial to all yoga clients also.Book a free discovery call on how to Keep The Fire Burning in your relation or develope an Overcoming Obstacles mindset at https://calendly.com/enduringthebadge/15minFollow me on social Instagram at enduringthebadgepodcast & jerryfireandfuel for updates.
youtube version https://www.facebook.com/lori.rowe.144?mibextid=LQQJ4d My mission is to help women who are struggling with internal blame and lack of self worth find a safe place of discovery and self love. I have a MasterMind that runs 8 wks where I do a live meeting for members each week on the steps I took to find my own internal freedom and how it can help them find their own. Through activities, education, science and community will be the tools I use to teach this. If members are looking for a more one on one experience I offer that as well. Not only will I share my own vulnerability, I encourage others to see their own stories with other like minded individuals so we can forgive rather than forget.
