Iris realizes that her article on the Red Death is the Pulitzer-winning article from the map book, and questions if she's following destiny instead of making her own choices. After Nia and Iris get pulled into a dream, Nia helps Iris realize that destiny is not one choice, but the result of a lifetime of several choices. Iris helps Nia realize that to increase her potential, she needs to give up control. After doing so, Nia meets the spirit of the first Naltorian with dream abilities, who promises to teach her. They wake, and Iris publishes her article. Meanwhile, Mark takes Khione out to do activities that he did with Frost, ignoring all of Khione's ideas. Labs get trapped in the speed lab. When Barry notes that a "time magnet" will be stored in the Flash Museum in 2123, the group deduces that one of them must have stolen the magnet from the future without its stabilizer, trapping them in the same moment. As one of the agents is replaced by a statue, the group realizes that exposure to the time magnet will eventually kill them. Barry and Iris realize that Inspector Tao knows nothing about her job and expose her as the thief. She reveals herself as Lady Chronos. Barry charges her belt so she can reunite the magnet with its stabilizer in 2123 and convinces her to let herself be arrested instead of dying. The timeline resets, freeing Barry and Iris and restoring the agents with no memories of the events. Meanwhile, Khione meets with Carla Tannhauser off-screen. I am so sorry... After training Meena, Barry is shown the Biometric Lightning Oscillation Chamber (BLOC), which grants Meena's speed. Barry tries to stop Meena from using the BLOC, but she connects to the Negative Speed Force and begins draining power junctions. The alternate Thawne states that he fell in love with Meena and had visions of the BLOC, but was unaware of the NSF. He and Team Flash find Meena in Keystone City, and he is able to disconnect Meena from the NSF. Later, Ray Palmer informs Team Flash that the Flashpoint Thawne was revived by the Time Wraiths[N 2] and Barry theorizes that he was revived again and brought to Meena. Barry and Ralph make it to the nexus; Barry wakes up in the real world and Ralph reclaims his body just as DeVoe was going to kill Cecile. He reappears, though, as a hologram through his chair until Marlize destroys it. Barry, Cisco and Ralph shield civilians from the falling satellites and the mysterious girl helps Barry destroy the last one. Harry's brain resets but is mostly restored by Marlize; he decides to return to Earth-2 to be with Jesse. Team Flash celebrates DeVoe's defeat with Wally (who returned from the Legends) and Cecile's newborn daughter Jenna. The mysterious girl arrives to reveal herself as Barry and Iris' daughter from the future, Nora; she claims to have made "a big, big mistake".

Beau and Beall (the creative team behind Panel To Screen & The Brogues) welcome you to a brand new podcast dedicated to the hit CW series ‘The Flash’ The Flash is an upcoming American television series developed by writer/producers Greg Berlanti, Andrew Kreisberg and Geoff Johns, to air on The CW. It is based on the DC Comics character Flash (Barry Allen), a costumed superhero crime-fighter who was created by Robert Kanigher, John Broome and Carmine Infantino. It is a spin-off to Arrow, existing in the same universe. The pilot for the series was written by Berlanti, Kreisberg and Johns, and directed by David Nutter.
