Every now and then you meet someone who allows you to shift your own perspective in a way that you don't see coming, Matt Griffin is that human being. Matt is so many things and like many of us allowed the job to define who he was entirely as a man. It's never just one thing, however that surrender to that undercover identity was the beginning of the end for Matt. In this candid interview we discuss his faith and the challenges he faced in the wake of a child dying in his arms. Homeless, filled with desperation, hopelessness, physically and emotionally exhausted, he penned his last note to his sons. Thankfully Matt found the courage to stay, to keep getting up. Sit back, reflect, and find hope in his message. We are the writers of our tale, we decide how the story ends. My mom always would say, "John its not how you start that matters, it's how you finish". If you are struggling or know someone who is, be the reason they stay and if you can't, send them our way. https://www.linkedin.com/in/authormattgriffin?lipi=urn%3Ali%3Apage%3Ad_flagship3_profile_view_base_contact_details%3B8vkhvxBTSDezufGji7Mt1Q%3D%3Dhttp://www.authormattgriffin.com/More about Matt:As a former Search and Rescue Swimmer in the US Navy and Undercover Police Officer, my journey has been anything but ordinary. The Pentagon has ordered about 1,500 active-duty soldiers to prepare for a possible deployment to Minnesota, defense officials told The Washington Post late Saturday, after President Donald Trump threatened to invoke the Insurrection Act in response to unrest there. Speaking of Trump, he will be in Davos, Switzerland, to be a keynote speaker at the World Economic Forum, and he's bringing with him the ‘gods of this world' that we like to call the Tech Titans.“Shew the things that are to come hereafter, that we may know that ye are gods: yea, do good, or do evil, that we may be dismayed, and behold it together.” Isaiah 41:23 (KJB)On this episode of the Prophecy News Podcast, the world order as we know it is transitioning to something we've long feared was coming, and the person who seems to be the catalyst for it is all none other than Donald John Trump. Thank you for your attention in the matter!! Consider the following headlines – a Free Trade Zone between Europe and South America, Trump turning against NATO, the Federal government stifling the media, the Pentagon sending troops to Minnesota, the coming economic collapse, Donald Trump keynote speaker at World Economic Forum – and on and on it goes. But take heart, the MAGA and Q propagandists, who could teach some new tricks to Joseph Goebbels, assure us that the 7D chess Donald Trump has been playing will shortly bring the New World Order to heel, and victory will be ours at last…Hail, victory! Or as they say in Germany, Seig Heil. Trump may indeed be playing 7D chess, but if he is, it is a game being played against us, not on ‘them'. Today we invite you to take your head out of the proverbial sand, and see the world as the Bible says it will be in the last days.

I help women and high-stakes teams build confidence, calm, and leadership that actually shows up in the real world.I founded She's An Asset to teach women how to stop playing small, trust themselves, and move through life like they matter. Our trainings help women access personal leadership, situational awareness, and real tools to navigate stress, boundaries, and safety — without losing their softness, spirit, or truth.I also lead You're An Asset — corporate leadership trainings designed for teams, educators, client-facing industries, and anyone who works under pressure. This isn't a lecture or a slideshow. It's training that activates your people's voice, body language, nervous system, and clarity — so they can lead effectively and feel grounded at work.Private coaching with me is also open to a small number of women who are ready to stop second-guessing and start showing up with powerful clarity — in boardrooms, relationships, and everything in between.Let's talk if you're ready to work together — or if your organization wants to train women and teams to show up differently.www.shesanasset.comautumn@autumnclifford.com Based in Maine | Available NationwideThank you for taking the time to give this podcast a listen. I have had some impactful guests on the show, Chris Littrell is not only one of them, he's a friend. This episode will move, remind, and encourage you to embrace the hope, love, and life that is always present, even in the darkest and most violent of storms. We discuss his book, Echoes from the Street... , but the real take aways came from our conversations that we never want to have but need to. Connect with Chris, give his podcast a listen "Gravity Podcast", and pick up a copy of his book on Amazon. https://christopherlittrell.com/1Echoes from the Street: A Police Officer's Journey through Trauma, Recovery, and RedemptionEvery call leaves a mark. Some fade. Others echo for a lifetime. When Christopher Littrell pinned on his badge, he believed his mission was clear: protect the innocent, stop the dangerous, and serve his community with courage. But what he could not anticipate was how the streets would shape him, scar him, and eventually force him to confront the cost of wearing the uniform.Over years of service, Christopher investigated crimes that tore families apart, witnessed tragedies that no one should ever have to see, and walked into danger when others ran away. The weight of those experiences didn't stay at work—they followed him home, echoing into his marriage, his role as a father, and his own identity.Echoes from the Street is more than a police memoir. It is a deeply personal journey into the unseen battles first responders fight long after the sirens fade. Christopher shares stories of:Harrowing calls that forever changed how he saw life, death, and humanity. The toll trauma takes on families living in the shadow of the badge. The turning point where he chose to seek help, embrace vulnerability, and pursue healing.Raw and unflinching, this book shines a light on the hidden struggles behind the badge. But it also offers something more—hope. Through faith, endurance, and the courage to face his past, Christopher found a way to rebuild his life, rediscover his voice, and reclaim joy.For first responders carrying invisible scars, families who have stood beside them, and anyone searching for proof that redemption is possible, Echoes from the Street is both a testimony and a guide. It reminds us that even the deepest wounds can become part of a story not of defeat, but of resilience.https://christopherlittrell.com/https://www.linkedin.com/in/gravitychris/Thank you for taking the time to give this podcast a listen. In this episode, legendary spiritual teacher Diana Cooper joins me to explore her transformative book, The 36 Spiritual Laws That Govern All Life. Together, we unpack how these universal principles offer a blueprint for conscious living — providing practical insight into prosperity, happiness, and spiritual alignment. Each law — from the Law of Attraction to the Law of Reflection — is a reminder that every thought, action, and intention carries energy and meaning. These teachings invite us to step out of resistance and into alignment — to see how life is always working with us, not against us.On the pod:How these laws are grouped (Basic Laws of Life; Laws of Creation; Higher Awareness; Higher Frequency) to guide different dimensions of our being. The law of attraction - how it really works. The law of karma - how we are living in a time when we have the opportunity to absolve our karma. How aligning with these spiritual laws can lead to more purpose, balance, and even enlightenment.Whether you're new to spiritual principles or deeply familiar with them, this conversation offers clear, actionable wisdom. It's not just metaphysical theory — it's a guide to living more fully, intentionally, and aligned with your highest self.About: Diana has been working with the angelic realms, the angels, dragons and unicorns, since an angel appeared to her. Her mission until 2016 was to connect 7 million people to their angels. Then, after a near death experience and life review, her life was extended and she was given a new blueprint and life mission. Her new life mission is to take 5 million people into 6D and 7D ascension. She has written over 30 books that are translated into 28 languages and produced many card decks.Links: https://dianacooper.comhttps://www.instagram.com/dianacooperangels/Thank you so much for listening, and thanks to my sponsors. This Episode is brought to you by: • The Sattva Collection - 10% off with code TheConsciousDiva• Birds & Beans Organic Coffee - 10% off with DIVA2025The Conscious Diva Podcast wouldn't be possible without your support! Send us a textA trail's name shouldn't be a marketing plan, yet that's exactly how the West's most traveled cattle route got mislabeled. We follow the evidence from a fresh historiographical review back to 1874, when John T. Lytle cut a new path north after the Chisholm route jammed, and forward to the moment Dodge City exploded into the greatest cattle market on earth. Along the way, we sit with the drovers' own words—the functional names they used at the time—and weigh them against monuments, brochures, and a 1960s academic phrase that grew into a modern myth.We break down how the Western Trail took shape: the 7D steers headed for the Red Cloud Agency, the push through Cow Gap, and the pivot to the Santa Fe railhead at Dodge. Then we zoom out to the forces that ended the era—barbed wire tightening across the plains and Kansas quarantine laws that shut the gate on Texas herds. The numbers are staggering: millions of cattle and horses moved along this single route, reshaping the national diet and remaking a frontier town. Yet the cultural heartbeat remains in small details: a two‑bits bath, a new shirt from the general store, a night at the Long Branch. The naming controversy ties past to present. We recount the 1931 granite marker that enraged George W. Saunders by blending rival trails, track the 1965 origin of “Great Western Trail,” and examine why later citations fall apart under close reading. Our case for Western Cattle Trail isn't just pedantry—it's about honoring the people who built the route, avoiding confusion with a modern recreational trail, and keeping the historical record clean. If you care about what really happened—and what we choose to call it—this story gives you the tools to spot folklore dressed up as fact.If this deep dive sharpened your view of Western history, follow the show, share it with a friend who loves the cattle trails, and leave a review telling us which piece of evidence changed your mind.Support the showIf you'd like to buy one or more of our fully illustrated dime novel publications, you can click the link I've included.

In this electrifying episode, Grant Cameron and Cindy Voll welcome Katie Page—CEO of Rocky Mountain Ranch Research—for a deep dive into one of the most enigmatic hotspots in North America. Predating Skinwalker Ranch by over a decade, Rocky Mountain Ranch (formerly Clearview Ranch) has been a nexus of paranormal activity, cattle mutilations, cryptid sightings, and government surveillance. Katie's personal connection to the ranch and her decades of research make this a must-listen for anyone interested in high-strangeness, disclosure, and the deeper layers of reality.Katie shares the story of Snippy the Horse, the first globally viral animal mutilation case from 1967. With access to the long-lost APRO files—recently recovered by David Marler—Katie and co-author Tony Angiola are rewriting the narrative. These files contain hundreds of photographs, audio recordings, and documents that confirm Snippy's identity, the King family legacy, and the early signs of mutilation phenomena that would later sweep the American West.Cattle Mutilations: Paranormal or Government?Katie discusses her own experiences and research into cattle mutilations, including recent cases still occurring in Colorado. She estimates that roughly 30% may be linked to government activity—possibly monitoring environmental contamination, disease, or nuclear fallout—while the rest remain unexplained. From bloodless corpses to animals avoiding mutilation sites, the signs point to something beyond conventional understanding. The Hitchhiker Effect & Blue OrbsKatie recounts her encounter with a basketball-sized blue orb in her bedroom—an event followed by two years of unexplained autoimmune symptoms. She connects this to the hitchhiker effect, a phenomenon where paranormal activity follows experiencers home. Grant adds insights from his own orb research and Facebook group “Orbology,” noting the strange behavior and health impacts associated with blue orbs.Boxes, Helicopters & Shadow FiguresOne of the most chilling elements of the ranch's lore is the appearance of glowing boxes that seem to vanish into the ground. Katie, her sister, and others have witnessed these boxes firsthand. She also shares stories of shadow figures, black helicopters, and the eerie silence that often accompanies mutilation events. These phenomena mirror reports from Skinwalker Ranch and other hotspots, suggesting a shared pattern of high-strangeness.Katie reveals her interactions with Richard Doty, who confirmed knowledge of the ranch and guided her on filing FOIA requests for two A-7D jets that crashed in pursuit of a UFO in 1975. She ties this to a wave of sightings across North America, including the Falconbridge radar event and Travis Walton's abduction—both occurring around November 11, 1975. Grant adds that this date also marked the publication of the first near-death experience book, suggesting a larger synchronicity at play.Cryptids & Malmstrom ConnectionsKatie discusses cryptid sightings on the ranch, including “white fuzzies” resembling Sasquatch. She shares a sketch sent by Bob Salas, confirming similar sightings by airmen at Malmstrom Air Force Base. This episode is a masterclass in investigative ufology and experiential storytelling. Katie Page brings decades of research, personal experience, and archival access to the table—illuminating a mystery that continues to unfold. Whether you're a seasoned researcher or a curious seeker, this conversation offers insight, inspiration, and a call to explore the unknown with courage and clarity.#Tags#RockyMountainRanch #KatiePage #GrantCameron #CattleMutilations #SnippyTheHorse #UFOs #Cryptids #BlueOrbs #HitchhikerEffect #SkinwalkerRanch #MenInBlack #DisclosureNow #ParanormalResearch #HighStrangeness #MalmstromAFB #TravisWalton #LindaMoultonHowe #RichardDoty #APROFiles #DavidMarler #Orbology #PodcastDrop #ConsciousnessShift #GovernmentSecrecy #ETContact #RealityCreation

This week I had the great opportunity to sit down with friends David Dachinger and Bonnie Rumilly, two amazing humans that are doing great things for our first responder community. When I initially entered this space they were some of the first to welcome me with open arms. Producing their own first responder podcast, Responder Resilience wasn't enough apparently. David , Bonnie and their co-host Dr Stacy Raymond had to take this initiative one step further with the creation of " Helping the Helpers, The Clinician's Guide to First Responder Mental Wellness". What a resource for those that care about this community and wan to more effectively serve it. This book allows everyone that interacts with the first responder community to be more effective in their attempts to reach, and more importantly, positively impact the members of this community that have often had to go about their wellness journey alone. I absolutely loved the conversation I had this week with Psychologist, and CEO and creator of the Tactical Longevity Training Program, Jenny Prohaska, PhD. Jenny has been helping individuals and agencies to do the hard work that it takes to change, shift, and improve culture. Asking tough questions, getting to the cause and not the symptom is what she does best. I thought the message she left us with was one of empowerment and hope and it starts with asking "why". http://tacticallongevity.com/https://www.linkedin.com/in/jenny-prohaska-phd-tacticallongevity/I work with the people everyone else turns to in a crisis. That means law enforcement, fire service, emergency medicine, trauma teams, and high-stakes leaders. And I help them stay durable under pressure. After years on the clinical front-lines treating trauma, brain injury, helping people adapt to life altering physical injury in both an academic hospital setting and in private practice, I saw firsthand what breaks people. I also saw what makes them come back stronger. That became the foundation of Tactical Longevity.Tactical Longevity is not therapy. It's applied psychological science engineered for high-stress, high-stakes environments. It's designed to build anti-fragile professionals who lead better, think clearer, and recover faster when the pressure is on. My background includes:- Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology, University of Kansas- Former Assistant Clinical Professor, University of Kansas Hospital Systems- Fellowship-trained in neuro-rehabilitation, brain injury, and forensic assessment- National presenter for International Association of Chief's of Police, FBI National Academy Associates, National Tactical Officers Association, and others- Developer of over 24 peer support teams across the nation, with consultation on nearly 50- Force Science Certified with specialization in Officer-Involved Shootings, Critical Incidents, and high-impact occupational injuries- Culture and organizational psychology for tactical teamsToday, I train leaders and teams across public safety, trauma medicine, and high-risk industries, delivering performance systems that reduce failure, shorten recovery, and prevent long-term psychological degradation. If your role doesn't allow for failure, burnout, or extended breaks, we should talk.Thank you for taking the time to give this podcast a listen. This was a fine Tuesday crossword by Eric Rollfing, marking his fourth overall in the NYTimes, and his Tuesday debut. There were a bevy of TWL (Today We Learned) clues in today's puzzle. Most notably, we had 7D, Color whose name comes from the Greek word for "cuttlefish", SEPIA; the interestingly named 36A, Reptile that can reach up to 10 feet in length, MONITORLIZARD; and finally we went with the only loch we knew in 65A, Largest loch in Scotland by volume, NESS.In other news, it's Triplet Tuesday™️, and today Jean's in the hot seat, so you'll definitely want to check that out!Show note imagery: The el Museo del Prado, which at one point had the distinction of having "the largest concentration of masterpieces per square meter".

This week I had the pleasure of sitting down with Author and investigative journalist Rosemary Reynolds and brother of Murdered Police Chief Ralph Painter, Alan Painter. The book "Trapped in the System / Bringing the Killer of Rainier Police Chief Ralph Painter to Justice", uncovers a system that creates victims out of suspects and punishes families that are victims of murderous acts. This story would be less impactful if it was relegated to this one incident. The truth, the justice system we have in place is anything but just. Criminals are given compassion, empathy, and second chances after displaying none of those characteristics to their victims. I don't want to live in a world where the rights of the criminal outweigh the rights of the individuals and families they victimize. This one will make you question the system and how survivors of horrendous crimes are repeatedly victimized by a system that was intended to protect them. https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0DTPDLG4X?psc=1&ref=ppx_pop_dt_b_product_detailsThank you for taking the time to give this podcast a listen. This week I had the pleasure of sitting down with Annemarie Lafferty, a woman who has dedicated the majority of her life helping first responders heal from past traumas and chronic injuries. Traditional modalities treat symptoms, Annmarie addresses the root cause thus removing the source of the pain both physically and emotionally. I know that, I don't know, and Annmarie was excellent at explaining concepts and theories in an easy to understand way. Sit back and give this episode a listen and walk away better informed, and with some new tools to address trauma and pain. Law Enforcement Life Coach / Sometimes Heroes Need Help Podcast
A week filled with reflection, appreciation, and gratitude. After 40 years, I had the absolute pleasure to sit down with an old high school buddy, United States Army Brigadier General, Joe Reale. Joe and I talked about the good old days, friendship, and the impact we have had on others during this journey called life. We discussed his humble beginnings a private in the "Old Guard", to his leadership during the refugee mission in Kandahar as a Brigadier General, and everything in between. Joe allowed himself to be vulnerable, sharing with me that for the entirety of his time in the military his focus was on taking care of others, and unfortunately he did that that the expense of taking care of himself. Sit back, and give this episode a listen. 40 years have gone by in the blink of an eye, oh what a ride it's been.Thank you for taking the time to give this podcast a listen. Are we seeing the President playing the game of 4D Chess or 7D chess? It is like we are preparing for a complete civil insurrection, and could future immigration raids trigger a civil response leading to a civil war scenario? We are currently seeing an ideological shift: individual rights and freedoms are said to undermine the wider needs of society and the planet; in a stark turnaround, personal freedom is now said to threaten national security, public health, and the continuity of government. If there is the stink of a conspiracy, it needs to be revealed so that the people won't stand shocked if a tank rolls down the neighborhood street rounding people up. Wow, this week I had the privilege of sitting down with former firefighter and founder of the S.I.R.E.N. Project , Angela Graham. The S.I.R.E.N Project is an initiative that looks to help first responders and veterans heal from past trauma through the use of psychedelic medicines. We dove deep into everything that this modality is, and just as important, everything that it is not. I learned soo much from my brief time with Angela. My biggest takeaway, there is always something you can do to better your situation, always. The one caveat to this, it's got to be YOU that takes action and is intentional on how you want to live your life! Grab a pen and paper, sit back, reflect, take notes, and if you or someone you love is struggling, share this episode with them and put them in touch with Angela, or don't , the choice is yours.https://thesirenproject.orgFacebook : @thesirenprojectforfirstrespondersInstagram : @the.siren.projectMail to : The S.I.R.E.N. This was a nice debut by Victor Schmitt, yet another "cute n' clever" theme that definitely lives up to its name. (We note parenthetically that "Cute n' Clever" would be an awesome name for a pet store for Mensa cats, and if one ever comes into being, we hope to add it as an advertiser immediately
