Confessions of a future man webcam model

“A webcam model (colloquially, camgirl, camboy, or cammodel) is a video performer who streams on the Internet with a live webcam broadcast.[1] A webcam model often performs erotic acts online, such as stripping, masturbation, or sex acts in exchange for money, goods, or attention.[2][3] They may also sell videos of their performances. Once viewed as a small niche in the world of adult entertainment, camming became "the engine of the porn industry," according to Alec Helmy, the publisher of XBIZ, a sex-trade industry journal.[4] As many webcam models operate in the comfort of their own homes, they are free to choose the amount of sexual content for their broadcasts.[5] While most display nudity and sexually provocative behavior, some choose to remain mostly clothed and merely talk about various topics, while still soliciting payment as tips from their fans.[6] Webcam models are predominantly women, and also include noted performers of all genders and sexualities.[7] In the United States, webcam models are considered as self-employed workers, and their tax rate is 15.3% (where 12.4% is for social security and 2.9% for Medicare), plus income tax. If a webcam model earns more than $600 in a year, they are sent a 1099 form and are required to report the income to the IRS.[17] Personal connection and interaction Performances can be interactive in both public and private video chat rooms, as viewers and performers can communicate with each other using a keyboard, speech, and two-way cameras.[14] Within public chat rooms, the audience can see tips and viewer comments as scrolling text next to the real-time video stream. Camgirls will frequently read and respond to the scrolling viewer comments.[1] The chatter is constant and is often led by a small band of regular fans.[9] There are often connections between erotic video performance and the everyday social lives of camming customers. Webcam performers are often highly entrepreneurial and use mainstream social networking sites such as Twitter, Instagram, Snapchat, Skype, and Tumblr to build and maintain relationships with their customers.[12] Some fans communicate multiple times a day with models through social media. The term webcam is a clipped compound used to combine the terms World Wide Web and video camera. When webcam models create their live webcasts, they perform the activity known as camming. A third-party hosting website which transmits multiple webcam models' video-streams is known as a camming site. Webcam models mostly perform individually in separate video chat rooms, frequently referred to as rooms. A camming website acts as an intermediary and aggregator by hosting independent models, and verifies that all are at least 18 years old.[1][13] Camming websites typically fall into two main categories, dependent upon whether their video chat rooms are free or private. Viewers in private chat rooms pay the performance by the minute. In free chat rooms, payment is voluntary in the form of tips.[14] Tips are electronic tokens that viewers can buy from a camming website, and then give to the models during live performances to show appreciation. Tokens can also be used to buy access to private shows, operate a Teledildonic device that a model may be wearing, or buy videos and souvenirs from a model. The website provides the transactional platform and then collects and distributes a percentage of the tips to the models. For public chat rooms, the model's portion of a tip ranges from 30% to 70%, depending on the cam site.[15].” --- Support this podcast: https://podcasters.spotify.com/pod/show/antonio-myers4/support

Editors - Glenn Garland ACE, Bob Ducsay ACE, Paul Swain, Shaheed Qaasim The POKER FACE editing team of Garland, Ducsay, Qaasim and Swain might sound like a formidable name for a law firm, but their real talents lie in making a great "howcatchem" show with noted director and series creator, Rian Johnson. POKER FACE is a murder mystery series stylized as a character-driven, case-of-the-week mystery, with each episode adapting the inverted detective story format popularized by COLUMBO.  The series centers around Charlie Cale, a casino worker with an innate ability to detect lies, traveling across the United States on the run from a casino boss following a suspicious death. Along the way, she encounters colorful characters and solves homicides in a variety of settings. GLENN GARLAND, ACE Accomplished editor Glenn Garland, ACE has over three decades of experience plying his skills on fan favorite tv series such as; STAN AGAINST EVIL, PREACHER and THE VAMPIRE DIARIES, as well as feature films like; HALLOWEEN (2007), KING OF CALIFORNIA and the infamously unreleased THE FANTASTIC FOUR (1994). BOB DUCSAY, ACE Editor Bob Ducsay ACE has forged a tight collaborative bond with director Rian Johnson, going back to their first film, LOOPER (2012).  And although POKER FACE is only their first tv series together, the quality of their feature work has already been recognized by audiences, critics and the industry at large.  The pair were recently honored with the inaugural Variety Creative Collaborators Award at the 10th annual Middleburg Film Festival. PAUL SWAIN Rock drummer turned editor Paul Swain has brought his natural sense of rhythm to such projects as; THE UNICORN, THE EX-PM and THE MOODYS, for which he won an Australian Screen Editors ASE award in 2014. Batman and more! We are taking a break from the serious side of the Soul Forge Podcast this week. We have pop culture news, memories and ground-breaking insights. Starting off, we take a walk down memory lane. Shawn's first memory of playing with 'dinky cars' was a Batmobile with a trailer and a boat. No one knows where it ended up, but some light research suggests it was made by Corgi in the 1960s. This memory dovetails nicely with Shawn's current obsession -- collecting batmobiles from Hot Wheels. The 1980s and 90s were a great time for Batman and more! The Michael Keaton version of Batman made his debut in 1989. The brothers had all the VHS tapes of the Batman movies. Looking back, they can be hard to watch, but at the time, they were masterpieces. After further discussion about Batman movies past and present, Robin tells us there is a Penguin tv series in the works at HBO Max. Robin also recounts his memories of the Batcab and why people would call him Batman. And then we dive into the most recent trailers and what we have been watching. Secret Invasion is a Nick Fury tv series coming to Disney+. The movie trailers from the last week or so include Blue Beetle, Spider-Man Into the Spiderverse 2, and Indiana Jones and the Dial of Destiny. There is also a new trailer for Ahsoka, the latest Star Wars series at Disney. Finally, we chat about what else we have been watching or what may be coming soon. We are talking about Mandalorian and Star Trek Picard's third seasons. There is news of a Star Trek Starfleet Academy series. As for current tv we are watching, there is The Ark, Quantum Leap, Future Man, The Last Kingdom, The Flash and The Curse of Oak Island. Coming soon is Guardians of the Galaxy Volume 3, Five Nights at Freddy's and season 2 of Star Trek Strange New Worlds. And to end things, there is a quick review of John Wick Chapter 4. Episode Overview: “Sometimes it's really hard to convince yourself that you can do something until you've done it. It's okay to be afraid. It's okay to think that you're not strong enough as long as you try.”  Success doesn't always have to mean reaching those big audacious goals. It can be as simple as wanting to be better than who you were or where you were yesterday. It's alright to feel scared or second guess yourself; so long as you don't give up, you will always have the power and choice to succeed. Joining me for this episode is stuntwoman and top Ninja Warrior competitor, Jessie Graff.  A champion is never without setbacks, both physical and emotional, but with Jessie's drive to learn and grow, she continues to overcome them while shattering everyone else's expectations, including her own. Jessie's story is an inspiring one and I am excited to be able to share it with all of you so don't forget to tune in!   Episode Highlights: Jessie's early journey pursuing gymnastics to becoming a stunt double How she bounces back from pain and injury both physically and emotionally Seeing the upside of setbacks   The people she looks up to as her heroes Success shouldn't be strictly defined by solely reaching a goal How she defied her own expectations as a Ninja Warrior Her advice for those who admire her   About the Guest: Jessie Graff, one of the top competitors on NBC's "American Ninja Warrior," is a modern-day Wonder Woman, breaking stereotypes and breaking records. Graff became the first woman to complete stage 1 of the “American Ninja Warrior” Las Vegas national finals in 2016, becoming a national sensation and breaking news phenomenon. In the original version of Ninja Warrior, “Sasuke”, she is the second woman to accomplish the same feat in season 34 of Sasuke, and she is still the only woman to complete stage 2 in any version of Ninja Warrior and Sasuke. Graff attributes much of her success on American Ninja Warrior's seemingly impossible obstacles to her decade-long stunt career. Her credits include Wonder Woman, Bright, G.I. Joe, Transformers, Die Hard, The Dark Knight, and being a recurring double on Supergirl, Futureman, Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D, Leverage, and many more. She was awarded the Action Icon Award for "Stuntwoman of the Year." Graff's journey began at the age of three when she went to the Big Apple Circus and begged the ringmaster to let her try. The experience ignited a desire to fly high and push herself beyond others' expectations. Her parents signed her up for circus gymnastics classes which led to training in various acrobatic and fitness disciplines, developing her strength, agility, and adaptability. Jessie currently lives in Los Angeles and hopes that she can serve as a positive influence and show the world that strong is beautiful.   Connect with Jessie: Website: jessiegraff.com  Twitter: @JESSIEgraffPWR Instagram: @jessiegraffpwr Facebook: Jessie Graff   Did you enjoy today's episode?
