Pastor Jim reflects on Jesus' invitation to “Come and see” in John 1:35–51, emphasizing that God is not a platform, performance, or political position, but a person who invites us into relationship. He explores how the first disciples, ordinary people seeking approval, security, and significance, were met by Jesus not with demands but with an invitation. Through vivid storytelling and personal reflection, Jim reveals how Jesus continues to invite us to journey with Him, revealing both God's identity and our own. Regardless of our skepticism, search, or seasoned faith, the call remains the same: come, follow, and be transformed.
Pastor Jon MoralesCan You Know God? (Part 1)1 John 1:1-4If you have flown on a commercial flight, then you've sat through the well-known “pre-flight safety briefing.” The flight attendants crowd into the narrow aisle and demonstrate how to operate all the safety equipment and exits. Now imagine that instead of the safety equipment demonstration, they spend the whole time talking about how to order the food, choose a movie to watch, and what's going on in all the cities you'll be flying over. Would that information make you feel safe and secure if an emergency were to happen?Certain situations demand a certain level of assurance. The more important something is, the more you want assurance about it, right? God knows this and He has met that need abundantly through His Word. Tomorrow morning, we will begin a new series in 1 John, “Can We Know God? Assurance About What Matters Most.”Come, ready to listen in. Everything else John tells us in the letter hinges on the things he tells us at the outset.

The closing verses of Psalm 139 reveal how we should respond to God's presence and power. David reminds us that the right response is worship, choosing relationships that honor Him, and inviting Him to purify our hearts. When we let God search us and lead us, we find the way that brings peace and true life.

In this opening teaching from our Ephesians series, Joshua Lewis explores the deep identity crisis of our cultural moment and the biblical invitation to become who you truly are. Through the story of Paul and the first-century church in Ephesus, we're reminded that no story is too far gone for God to rewrite. This letter isn't just theology—it's an invitation to co-author your life with the living God
What if the secret to spiritual strength lies not in relentless striving, but in intentional rest? In this powerful sermon, Jonathan Fitzgerald FCA West Seminole County Area Representative/ Regular Attender shares a heartfelt message about the biblical art of rest, drawing from the invaluable wisdom of the Psalms. Life often bombards us with distractions—emails, chores, and everything in between—that can lead to burnout. However, Pastor reminds us that true rest is not just about taking time off; it's about cultivating a deep fellowship with God amidst the chaos. By exploring the lives of David and Jesus, particularly through Psalms 23 and Mark 4, he illustrates that peace and rest aren't dependent on our circumstances but on our connection with the Good Shepherd. Pastor invites the congregation to recommit to this true devotion, urging that even in times of desolation, when God feels absent, He is guiding us gently towards rest. This message is an invitation for all to reflect on their rhythms of life—where can we incorporate moments of silence, solitude, or simply engage in heartfelt prayer? Don't miss the chance to discover how rest can rejuvenate your spirit and deepen your relationship with God. Engage with this transformative message and find your path to peace this week.

I'd love to hear from you. Send me a text! :)What does it mean to embrace life with God? We are not talking about the Instagram-perfect, highlight-reel version of life, but the real, raw, beautiful-in-the-making kind of life that we live when we walk hand-in-hand with God.Let's be honest—life doesn't always look like we thought it would. Often it's messy, uncertain, and not what we expected. But what if embracing life with God isn't about perfect circumstances... but about trusting a perfect Savior? Life with God and Each Other - Pastor Telvin Howe by Lifehouse
The story of Jesus' early life reminds us that who you become matters far more than what you achieve. For nearly thirty years, Jesus lived in obscurity—no miracles, no sermons, just ordinary life in a small town. And yet, Scripture tells us those were the years when He grew in wisdom, strength of spirit, and […]
This week our guest speaker, Pastor Phil, invites us to reimagine the Christian life not as something we do for God, but with God. Drawing from John 15 and Matthew 11, he unpacks Jesus' invitation to walk in intimate friendship and shared burden. Through his personal stories and illustrations, we're challenged to see mission as a daily journey of presence, rest, and partnership with Christ.
