Send us a textIn this episode of the Healing the City Podcast, Pastor Eric and Corey Gilchrist take on Netflix's number one movie of all time, K-Pop Demon Hunters. The two explore why this animated adventure has captured so much attention and what it reveals about our culture's struggle with shame, perfection, and identity. They talk about how the film's mix of humor, action, and heartfelt storytelling mirrors the tension many young people feel between performance and acceptance. Along the way, they discuss whether the movie's spiritual imagery is helpful or confusing, and if it might be too intense for younger kids. It's a fun, thoughtful conversation that moves from laughter to reflection as Eric and Corey consider how stories like K-Pop Demon Hunters can open doors to deeper conversations about grace, fear, and what it means to belong.Support the show"Healing the City" is a profound and dynamic weekly podcast that dives into the complexities of creating healthier communities. In this exclusive episode, former Arsenal defender and current Norwich City first-team coach Ryan Garry sits down with the Pink Un to share his remarkable journey through football—from Premier League promise to international coaching roles. Ryan began his professional career at Arsenal, rising through the academy ranks to make his senior debut in the League Cup against Sunderland in 2002, followed by a Premier League debut versus Southampton in 2003. But just as his career was taking off, a long-term injury forced him onto the sidelines for four years. After a move to Bournemouth in 2007, Ryan played several seasons before retiring in 2011 at just 27 due to a persistent nerve issue in his leg. He quickly transitioned into coaching, starting as Bournemouth's first-team coach and defensive coordinator. Since then, Ryan has coached across all levels—including England's youth national teams—and spent time abroad with Lommel SK in Belgium. In this conversation, he opens up about the highs, the setbacks, and what he's learned along the way. *** With thanks to our podcast sponsor - First Bus. ** Picture: Adam Harvey/Newsquest *** You can also hear the Pink Un Podcast on Norwich's Community radio station, Future Radio 107.8FM. *** To get in touch with the podcast now and in future, send any comments and questions into the crew with an email to norfolksport@archant.co.uk or get in touch with us @pinkun on Twitter, where our direct messages are open. Manchester City have landed Norwegian sensation Sverre Nypan, but the big story could be Jack Grealish's future. On this week's Talking City, Alex James and Tyrone Marshall dig into the possibility that a loan spell is now the only realistic route out for Grealish, with permanent interest drying up in the market. Meanwhile, academy star James McAtee looks set to depart—possibly the only significant outgoing this window. We break down what Nypan brings to Pep's squad, whether loaning out Grealish makes any sense for City, and if this transfer window is shaping up to be a success or a letdown. Plus: What does the lack of big-money sales mean for City's summer strategy? Are fans right to feel frustrated, or is this just a new era of quiet evolution? Drop your thoughts below—should City loan Grealish, or fight to keep him? And are you excited about Nypan's arrival?
