The Tower during an eclipse?! Oh yes. In today's episode of Creating Consciousness: A Daily Spiritual & Intuitive Tarot Podcast we encounter the energy of the Tower and face the massive changes that are in store of the collective. Although this may seem scary, it's important that we trust the changes that are happening. Today's intuitive task will help you do just that.Intuitive Task:*Before beginning today's task, know that it will bring up some old wounds. Please ground yourself and hold yourself with loving kindness before connecting*Write down a list of negative experiences you have faced in 2020. You can go as deep as you like. Know that you may begin to relive these experiences as you connect in with them. Continue to hold yourself with loving kindness. There is no limit on how many things you write down. Once you have your list, read over each negative experience and begin to reprogram the experience, by writing down something positive that you gained.For examples: I got fired from my job, but this allowed me to step into my life's calling and begin doing what I love full-time.If you can’t find a positive from the experience, that’s okay too. You will be able to eventually.If you find yourself getting highly emotional throughout this experience, trust that those emotions and feelings are coming up to be released. In today's episode of Creating Consciousness we are presented with the energy of the High Priestess. The High Priestess is a disembodied feminine energy begging you to trust your intuition. Although trusting your intuition right now may be difficult due to your conditionings surrounding trust. In this episode we dive deep into how you can begin to break through your conditionings and learn to better trust the truth that lives within you.Intuitive Exercises:Set some time aside to come back to center and connect with your intuition. While holding yourself with loving kindness and free from judgement, recall on a negative experience from your past. Let your subconscious guide you, don’t force anything. Then begin to think back before this happened. Did you get any weird feelings? Did a voice pop into your head telling you no? Did you know it was bad situation, but went for it anyway? Did you have a dream that depicted a bad outcome? Try to remember exactly how you felt as you recall this negative experience. Once you have uncovered as much information as you feel you can, affirm out loud “Thank you for showing me how I receive my intuitive information.” Trust that next time you get that gut feeling or voice in your head telling you no, that you are receiving intuitive wisdom. It up to you to listen in the future.Once you’ve completed the exercise above, take this practice to a deeper level. Begin to think about absolute truths. For example 5+5=10. Then as you are consciously thinking about this, begin to locate where this truth resides. Focus in on your body. Do you feel truth in a specific area when you say your absolute truth? Do you hear a confirmation when you say it? Perhaps you see something. Just sit with this. You may not experience anything at all and that’s okay. This is just another exercise to help you build your trust muscle.Remember! In today's episode of Creating Consciousness, Rebecca's inner theatre nerd comes out for moment as she uses Wizard of Oz character, the Cowardly Lion, to discuss the themes and energy coming up in the Strength card.Intuitive Exercise:Write down a list of at least 5 times you felt your inner-peaceful strength rather than times where you egoically felt strong. Thing of times you found your center and stillness through courageous action. It can be as simple as responding “Okay” to text when your ego was pushing to write out that multi-paragraph essay. Affirmation and Meditation:Take a big inhale through the nose and affirm to yourself, “I breathe in strength and courage” hold for a count of four and exhale through your mouth with a loud sigh while affirming to yourself “I breathe out fear.”Do this at least 7 times, but let your intuition guide you. I absolutely love the message we have for today!In the past you may have felt as if you missed a great opportunity for your career or as we’re perhaps let go from what a job you really loved. But Spirit has a special message for you– something bigger and better is coming and it’s up to you to follow the call. The Ace of Pentacles also indicates that right now is a potent period for manifestation— so regardless of what you are wanting to call in, now is the time to get clear. But Remember, this is only part of the process and journey, for the Ace indicates the beginning. It is up to you to pull this energy forward and bring your manifestation to life. Are you ready to put in the actionable effort? Abundance is within reach, but it won’t hang out if you aren’t taking the steps to achieve it. What I love about the Ace of Pentacles is that it really requires to tune into our intuition… because the Ace of Pentacles can often surprise us. Right as we are making progress in what it is that we want to manifest, we are met with resistance. And that is perfectly normal. The fools journey is never met without resistance.Presently there is a distraction keeping you from achieving what it is you are wanting. What is it that is distracting you? Is it making others your priority? Is it laziness? Is it a lack of focus? Be completely honest with yourself. It seems as if this distraction is making you a bit scatter-brained. Spirit is asking that you clear the clutter and find a way to focus in on what it is you are wanting to manifest.Once you find your focus, the Seven of Pentacles finds it’s light and helps you see your growth and the reward. The Seven of Pentacles wants you know and trust that what you are manifesting is attainable, you just need to get clear on what it is you want.Without the effort, drive, and motivation, there will be no pay-off…What you are wanting for yourself right now isn’t a little thing. Long-term investments take time and require constant attention to attain the long-term reward. Understand that although you may experience little rewards along the way, something big is coming down the road, that will be worth more than all the little wins added up.Hold strong to your vision. Welcome to episode 19 of Creating Consciousness! Today's card is the Hermit. The one thing this card is really wanting us to know is that we are all alone together. We are all on a quest in this human experience to find our true-selves and this journey will always continue unfolding. Today is truly all about you and all you’ve gone through. The hermit is asking for seclusion and reflection.For some of us we started out quarantine strong, but as the months went by, we realized that we are slowly breaking. That the year we thought we were truly going to step into our truth, was the year that asked us to slow down and reassess. This doesn’t mean that you’re not going to accomplish what it is you are dreaming off— The hermit is just asking you to reconsider your approach. The hermit is also the ninth card of the major arcana, which means that a cycle is ending so really take time to reflect on what this cycle could be for you. The year is almost over too… but this does’t mean that our problems won’t carry on into the next year. We have a duty to ourselves and the collective right now, to show up and face what we have been avoiding. We can achieve this through meditation, conscious conversation whether it be with a peer, family, a therapist, a coach, or your guides. The Hermit isn’t going to show you the full path ahead, but the Hermit will show you which step you need to take next so you are ready to embrace your path. Things might not unfold the way you’ve been wanting them, but if you don’t take the next step… your journey doesn’t continue... but if you embrace the fear, take a step, and trust, things will begin to reveal themself. If you’ve been waiting for a sign, this is your sign. You are at turning point in your life. Through meditation, reflection, and introspection, you will know which way to turn. Today there is no affirmation or exercise, take this message and sit with it. Circumstances will change and you will no longer feel trapped in your own environment. Your current situation is no longer serving you. You are not trapped.
