Welcome to another comedy podcast where apparently the only thing separating civilization from complete chaos is a zoo fence and a shared Google Calendar.We start locally at the St. Louis Zoo, where a man decided the normal pedestrian experience simply wasn't immersive enough. Visitors spotted him climbing over a barrier and sitting on elevated artificial rockwork above the big-cat habitat. He never came into direct contact with the animals, nobody was hurt, and he eventually climbed back onto the pedestrian path before being detained. Naturally, the crew's biggest takeaway is that the whole thing had enormous “I bet you won't” energy. Also: please don't be the person who makes the zoo build a gigantic fence because you couldn't resist becoming part of the exhibit.Then things get significantly less goofy with a warning about staged fender-bender robberies. We get into a Florissant case where suspects allegedly rear-ended a Volvo to force the driver to stop, only for the situation to turn into an armed robbery, a fight, a stolen vehicle and multiple police pursuits. Somewhere along the way, the unnamed Volvo driver becomes “Johnny Volvo,” the suspects become the “Jeep Boys,” and this comedy podcast briefly transforms into the least legally sound self-defense seminar ever broadcast.The conversation eventually lands on a much less felonious subject: the 777 Rule for relationships.The idea is simple: every seven days, prioritize a date. Every seven weeks, spend a night away together. Every seven months, take a longer getaway. The point isn't necessarily expensive dinners, luxury hotels or constantly disappearing to a tropical island like you've committed financial crimes. It's intentionally making time for the person you're with before work, kids, chores, schedules and general life nonsense turn you into two ships passing in the hallway.That kicks off a surprisingly thoughtful debate about whether the 777 Rule is realistic, especially when listeners point out that dates, overnight stays and vacations cost money. The crew argues that the exact numbers and activities aren't really the point. Take a walk. Go for a drive. Pack a picnic. Hit a park. Complain together. Whatever works. The goal is to actually prioritize each other instead of realizing six months later that your most meaningful conversation recently was about who forgot to move the laundry.Moon shares how getting away with his wife to review the previous year, plan family goals and figure out priorities has become genuinely valuable. Rizz talks about those brutally busy stretches where work, kids and household responsibilities can leave couples feeling like they barely see each other. A 7-11 on Liberty Heights Avenue in Northwest Baltimore, Maryland, has become a flashpoint of community rage and resistance after Ade Oba Tokunbo (Stephen King), a 74-year-old resident, was attacked and brutally beaten there by six teenagers on July 7, 2026. The same location is also the site of multiple robberies and the murder of Victorious Swift in March of 2017. In response, “A Clarion Call,” a new coalition of local community organizations and residents, organized a rally at the 7-11 on Sunday, July 26, and led a community march into the store to demand the company implement policies that will keep customers safe and aid in the apprehension of the youth responsible for the July 7 attack. The Documentary "Who Killed Nancy?"The 1986 biopic Sid and Nancy largely frames their deaths around a tragic, drug-fueled descent. However, if you are looking into the real-world investigation, the 2009 documentary Who Killed Nancy? directed by Alan G. Parker re-examined NYPD evidence and interviewed 182 people, heavily arguing that Vicious was physically incapable of the crime and pointing the blame back toward the missing money and independent dealers. The true identity of who killed Nancy Spungen remains officially unresolved, though her boyfriend and Sex Pistols bassist, Sid Vicious, was the prime suspect and charged with her murder. On October 12, 1978, Spungen bled to death from a single stab wound to the abdomen in Room 100 of the Hotel Chelsea in New York City. Because Vicious died of a heroin overdose less than four months later while out on bail, the case never went to trial and was legally closed. Over the decades, three primary theories have dominated the mystery:1. Sid Vicious Killed HerThis is the official police theory. The weapon used was a hunting knife owned by Vicious. He gave conflicting statements, initially confessing by saying, "I did it... because I'm a dirty dog," before later recanting and claiming he had been asleep after taking heavy doses of sedatives. 2. A Robbery and Drug Deal Gone WrongThe Hotel Chelsea was highly chaotic that night, with numerous drug dealers and visitors drifting in and out of Room 100. A substantial stack of cash belonging to the couple went missing from the room. Many of Vicious's peers—including Sex Pistols manager Malcolm McLaren—strongly believed Sid was passed out from drugs and that a thief stabbed Nancy when she caught them stealing. [1, 2, 3, 4, 5]3. Redglare had delivered drugs to the room hours before the body was found.
