My Cool Friend Randall Maynard is one of the most requested guests in show history, and I'm glad I could finally get him on the show. I've known Randall since back in the Cracked days, where he was the art director! Since then, we've been circling each other on various podcasts and in life. Recently, he's begun an incredible new venture with Ran Dollz, where he's making custom bootleg toys that are un-friggin-belevable. As a matter of fact, I own three (3) of them! We talk a whole bunch about that, and yes, OF COURSE we talk about "the incident" on Unpops (now You Don't Even Like This Show), along with many other things! This is a wonderfully geeky and fun episode, so go follow Randall and Ran Dollz on the socials, check out his dope ebay store, and head on over to patreon.com/jeffmay for exclusive content that we recorded JUST FOR PATRONS!
OK look: Adam Tod Brown is pretty much my bestest friend in the whole world. I've been podcasting with him for 10 years on shows like You Don't Even Like This Show (formerly Unpops), You Don't Even Like Sports, and our trading card show You Don't Even Like Sports Cards, but today I drop a bombshell that I never told him before. On top of that, we've got a TON to talk about with the shifts he's recently made professionally. I'm not gonna lie, a LOT has happened in the 2 years since he last appeared on the show, and I'm stoked to bring him back as my FIRST return guest.Make sure you're following Adam and listen to all the great shows on the You Don't Even Like Podcasts network. And hey, head over to Patreon.com/jeffmay to enjoy early access to uncensored episodes and Patreon exclusive content!

Madison has dabbled in all the programs and seems to have picked up some valuable tools. Mainly the patience to listen to Anna's post-therapy babbling and Alex bro-ing out. Please listen on Unpops and rate and review us on iTunes, and if no one has told you this today, WE LOVE YOU. #recovery #sober
Our True Crime month of Mayhem rolls on.Today it's the 2009 film Cropsey by Joshua Zeman and Barbara Brancaccio and our guest is Andy Sell.Staten Island’s tight knit community was the site of a series of child disappearances throughout the 70s and 80s. The police found one suspect, but could this one man account for the bogeyman legend of Cropsey? Was he working alone, or was he the wrong man altogether? Cropsey is like a horror movie come to terrifying life.Andy Sell is a comedian, actor, and writer who has been obsessed with horror movies since he started watching them at an arguably inappropriate age. Born in Iowa, Andy graduated film school from a college in New Mexico that no longer exists and currently resides in the Los Angeles area where he co-produces the monthly storytelling show, We Still Like You. Andy has performed at comedy shows and festivals across the country. He has no representation but still managed to co-write and co-star in a Comedy Central snapchat series called Nostalgia-rama in 2016, and act in a principle role in the neo-noir feature film, Los Angeles Overnight (now available on Amazon). Andy worked for Ray Bradbury's Pandemonium Theatre Company, has officiated four weddings, mains Junkrat on Overwatch (but will fill as healer), loves cats, and is candid about mental health onstage. He is followed on Twitter by some pretty cool well-known people despite not being verified, but doesn't want to drop names (but like, you would totally be jealous). If you want to hear Andy (and producer and co-host Adam Tod Brown) talk about horror movie history, check out the podcast Ghoul School when it hits the Unpops network and the usual podcast places. Did the part about not having representation come off as bitter or just desperate? What about the Twitter thing, that was too much, right? Either way, he wants an agent. This week stars comedian Adam Tod Brown, former Cracked writer/editor and creator of the popular podcast "Unpopular Opinion". See what I did there? Popular. Unpopular. They're opposites. Get it? You get it. Adam joins Rich and Shefsky for the story of Charles Peace, who might be the single worst thief in the history of England. At the same time, he may have been the best "master of disguise" of his era. Don't worry, we'll post pictures. This episode includes a one legged shoe-maker, the original "Kramer" and Shefsky's official presidential nomination by the new "Crime and Mischief" Party. CRIME! is a show about lawbreakers from Rich Slaton and Jon Shefsky, taped in the dungeon at The World Famous Comedy Store. Follow us on social media @CRIMEPOD. We’re finally back in the UnPops studio with Adam Tod Brown after a few months off. Comedian Joe DeRosa joins us after eating a ton of food with Josh at a Korea-town favorite known as Beer Belly. Joe is struggling with the carb-load right out of the gate. Joe finds out that Adam and Josh are the worst people to discuss moderation with. Joe talks TV writing with us, and we all share our nightmares of crappy network notes. We share stories of adjusting to West Coast food after growing up on the east coast, and share our favorite gravy recipes. Joe hates unnecessary sex scenes in movies, and Josh surprisingly agrees because airplanes. This one is all over the place (aren’t they all?) so enjoy!
We’re finally back to normal March of the Pigs episodes after doing all of our bite companions, which involved several technical difficulties that we troubleshoot in the beginning of this episode. Josh shares his recent battle with Silent (Acid) Reflux. We talk about the logistical nightmare of recording podcasts while traveling. Adam forces Josh to try Indian food for the first time, and it goes better than expected. It comes from Gill’s in LA, which operates out of a more than questionable hotel in Los Angeles. Too many new restaurants have awful and ridiculous concepts, and there aren’t enough Artisan Pork Rinds. We finally crack the code on the difference between radio station call letters. Josh pleads with his listeners to produce a candy hallway for the new Unpops studio. We wrap up reminiscing about comedy movies when we grow up, and our naming of the “Green Tea Party” leads to a lengthy political debate. Bon Appetit!
Comic and master podcaster Adam Tod Brown joins Dwayne and TK to talk about the movie that proved tiny war is hell, “Small Soldiers.” Follow Adam on Twitter @AdamTodBrown and check him out at Unpops.com.
