Hi there! Happy March and welcome to the third edition of the Conductor's Podcast Wisdom series, a new series full of shared life experiences and, of course, wisdom! This month's question that I am asking my people is, “
Episode 379 Happy March 28! Your higher self and spirit team have got your back, now YOU have to get out of your head and into your heart space! MARCH 28 ENERGY FORECAST: 8. Overthinking: Get out of your head and into your heart Uh-oh! Right now you're out of alignment and you may be trying to control too much. It's time to get out of your head and into your heart. Stop right now and place both hands over your heart and say: “I release all of my limiting beliefs, negative self-talk, and worry over to my angels.” It's time to STOP, DROP, AND ALIGN to your highest self, connect with your soulmate client and listen to what they are praying for from you. 9. Plan It Out: It's time to get more serious If you've been winging it, it's time to get a little bit more serious. You're ready for a whole new level to come in, and you're blocking it by not planning for your success. Take a few minutes and consider, “What's the BEST possible outcome for this?” Maybe you just want to grow your list or following, but perhaps you're about to open up for WAY more income, soulmate clients, or support. What are you afraid of? Close your eyes and let your guides illuminate your path. Look a little deeper...is there a place deep within you that's afraid of success? Is there something that's secretly sabotaging your audacious dreams? Hand this over to your angels and allow yourself to be successful. 43. Soulmate Client: Your dream clients are in your heart Heed the call, my love. Your soulmate client is here and is desperate to connect with you. Close your eyes and feel gratitude in your heart. Allow that energy to expand and connect to your one soulmate client; the one who loves working with you and paying for your services, and you love them too. This is the perfect time to listen to the whispers and the little hints that you sense. If you're having writer's block, you're not connecting. Imagine there's someone out there praying just for you and your services/offers...they're actually desperate to find you, their life depends on getting your help. Not the help from someone “like you” but actually you; please stop denying them of your gifts. Ask any of these questions right now: “What would you like to hear from me? How can I best serve you right now? Why do you need me and this offer today? What do I need to do so you can find me?” Now TRUST in the messages and take action! Please consider subscribing to this podcast and leaving an honest review on iTunes. Your ratings and reviews really help and I read each one. Happy March! This week we're welcoming in the Springtime with a mental health check-in. We start the show by recapping what's come out in music over the past few weeks. For the tap in, we talk about the journey of finding ourselves, accepting change, what it means to love mindfully, and more! For the tap out, we explore some thoughts around comparison in your 20s. Episode 376 Happy March 21! This is the perfect week to take good care of YOU. Time to be #1 again, if you haven't been, friend! MARCH 21 ENERGY FORECAST: 7. Healing: Schedule healing work! This is a hard stop, drop, and get some healing work done. I don't care if it's a visit to the sauna, a spa day, or an hour-long massage or energy healing session. Your system is overloaded and underloved. There's something going on under the surface and your angels want you to be aware of it...and you can't do that alone or by working harder. You must stop to listen to the call. If you continue to ignore it, the call will get louder, and you may not enjoy being laid up from work for a long stretch of time. Better take care of yourself now. Pay now or pay later! A small investment of a day off will pay off in droves...just you wait and see! There's someone in heaven watching over you and they can hear your silent prayers. Think of this card as a gift to have someone take care of you. 29. Grounding: Refresh and reset One of my favorite things to do every day is to get outside and appreciate nature. Living in the northeast, the weather can be very up and down, but even if it's chilly, I'll take a break from work to walk around the block or even a lap around my backyard farm just to make sure I get to enjoy the day. Another benefit of going outside is to ground and refresh my energy. What do YOU do to break up your workday and reset? 1. Balance: Look at the blessings in your life Take a moment to look around at all of the blessings in your life. Some days it may feel like “too much” to take but what if that were just a story you told yourself so you could take a break? There are always sacrifices that must be made for the sake of success. Make space in your schedule for play, love, friendships, silence, and adventure. Work will always be there, but it's time to fill your cup too. Please consider subscribing to this podcast and leaving an honest review on iTunes. Your ratings and reviews really help and I read each one. We check in on our year-long project #BLTrees, following the seasons through the trees around us with Marielle Anzelone, urban botanist and ecologist and the founder of NYC Wildflower Week. This month, Georgia Silvera Seamans, founder of Washington Square Park Eco Projects and Local Nature Lab, and a member of the #BlackBotanistsWeek organizing committee, talks about tree "phenology" -- how the coming of spring will show up in our trees. →National Phenology Network My Pin Oak is ready for spring! Happy March! I hope you are getting more settled into the year of 2022 as I know it hasn't been easy for a lot of people. If you are feeling overwhelmed, I am totally on the same page with you and that's why I am super excited about today's episode as our guest will share with us how she maneuvers through barriers in the field. We covered a lot of topics today, from her 3P mantra to her experience being a black woman in the classical music world. We will also talk about the many barriers in our profession, and how she worked through them and created her self-publishing business.

Episode 370 Happy March 7! This is a great week to get yourself out there meeting new people and collaborating! MARCH 7 ENERGY FORECAST: 22. Network: Connect with others Have you been cooped up too long? It's time to get out from behind the computer and meet some other humans! Specifically, your guides want to help you to connect with other like-minded people who believe in what you're doing. Join a mentorship or a mastermind with other individuals you admire. If you don't have a mentor this is a great time to get one. Follow your heart but don't be afraid to invest in this network. Remember, you're the sum of the people you spend the most time with. You deserve incredible friendships and relationships. Is it time to release some old relationships that don't serve you anymore? Upgrade your lightworker tribe and go have fun! A small investment of a day off will pay off in droves...just you wait and see! There's someone in heaven watching over you and they can hear your silent prayers. Think of this card as a gift to have someone take care of you. 41. Marketing: Get More Visible! Energy is amazing to attract your soulmate clients but there's something to be said for proper marketing. You must put yourself out there in a way people can clearly understand how you can help them AND ask for a sale! The money you make is a direct reflection of how many people you're helping. If you struggle with figuring out the right words, get help! There are too many people who need you. Put yourself out there and make an offer today. 36. Trust Your Gut: Your body knows the truth You've been doing the head stuff for way too long! Overthinking, over-analyzing, and second-guessing. STOP IT! Get out of your head and into your gut. It knows the truth, but first you need to trust yourself. There's no way to begin trusting others if you don't trust in yourself. Your gut is like your body's second brain. It's also like a lie detector. It wants you to know something. Quit trying to make sense of a situation, and just go with the knowing of your brilliant gut instinct. You don't need to justify yourself for having this intel, just roll with it. The more you take action and trust your inner knowing, the more your inner knowing strengthens. Your angels also want to validate that YES, you are strengthening your intuition by doing this practice. There's really no risk either! How's the alternative working out for ya? Please consider subscribing to this podcast and leaving an honest review on iTunes. Your ratings and reviews really help and I read each one. Happy March! Spring, sprang, sprung...We just want the weather to be consistent! Speaking of the opposite of consistent, ain't it wild to be a human being at this particular moment in time? This week the duo begin with the blue and yellow elephant in the room and attempt to make sense of how we – as educators – approach and handle situations that are beyond our scope yet affect us all directly. If anyone has figured out how to address global catastrophe with poise and collectivity, then please message us! It isn't all dread, though. The duo acknowledges the sliver of silver lining in U.S. higher education happening across institutions, like U of Chicago, where departments dedicated to actual people's lives are popping up with the potential for real promise. We'll wait and see... Did you hear about what's going on down in Texas regarding tenure and Critical Race Theory? An absolute mess, really. CRT is (unsurprisingly) the phrase among far-right and conservative groups aimed at keeping white feelings from being stirred too much. The duo sit with the disingenuous arguments being launched in Texas and think through the other, equally valid arguments that might be made against tenure. To be clear, we're NOT advocating against tenure... Drop us a line sometime! firstname.lastname@example.org Further Reading: “Department of Race, Diaspora, and Indigeneity established at the University of Chicago,” University of Chicago Jennifer Ruth, The Increasingly Authoritarian War on Tenure, The Chronicle Colleen Flaherty, ‘A New Low' in Attacks on Academic Freedom, Inside Higher Education Kate McGee, UT-Austin President Jay Hartzell defends faculty tenure after Lt. Happy March! Here we are at episode number 3. Woohoo! I shared some of my podcast learning progress and mistakes. This is my first episode that I combined multitrack into Adobe Audition. It is very new to me, but I'm kickin' ass so far! I wanted to lay some base on where I stand with religion and spirituality because I will be discussing more about the metaphysical elements in our world. There will be more topics discussing controversy within Christianity just for philosophical purpose such as lost books, religious control, and social standards within religion. Spirituality will be explored more into holistic medicine, spells, ancestors, afterlife, etc in later episodes. Check out the question linked below for my Spotify users!

Welcome back to my ~glamorous~ life!!!!!!!!! HAPPY MONDAY & HAPPY MARCH!!! WERE BACK WITH MY FAVORITE THEME: ANNOYING THINGS MEN DO MARCH!!! If youre new here, Annoying Things Men Do March is theme where I rant and rave about all the annoying things mf men do (there's enough to make an entire podcast but for now i'll stick to a month). In this week's episode I am talking about BODY SHAMING!! The name calling "pepperoni nipples", shaming over grooming choices, men thinking they can pick, choose and customize what they want in a women (as if they were a car???), and more. This is just the start to a bigger conversation to be had. SO MUCH LOVE TO YOU ALL (not to much the men hehe) ((kidding, slightly))
