Coach Frierson has spent the last 20 years (16 as the Varsity Head Coach) at Chapelgate where he has changed the lives of countless young men along the way on the court, and all students as an Administrator at the school. He is a great man of God who intertwines his faith with his character building and skill building on the court. Coach Frierson has won 2 MIAA Championships, as well as a few Maryland Christian School Championships. He has seen all 4 of his children graduate from Chapelgate and go on to play sports in college, and beyond. On episode 11, Coach Sherm welcomes AACS Junior Guard, Dylan Long. Dylan is an outstanding basketball player whose stock is rising very quickly in the DMV. He can score at all 3 levels, but is one of the best dunkers in the area at his size. Dylan also is a dynamic student in the classroom, with almost a 3.9 gpa. Dylan shares his experience growing up playing AAU, discusses his current coach, Doug Scheidt, and talks about what he's been doing to stay in shape during this pandemic.
