I wanted to dig into why I chose to get off social media for the entire year while loving it & using my platform in good/encouraging ways. Last year I had set the intention to get off of Instagram (the only sm site I use really) to challenge myself and use my time to pour inward, sit still & focus on areas/projects without distractions. If you know me, you know I love to cut things out cold turkey if it means challenging myself to get better, feel better or live better. As always, hope to encourage you deep! P
Seems as though 2022 came and passed us by quicker than we expected. From comparing yourself to others to superficial and unhealthy friendships/relationships, excessive alcohol to over consumption of information aka propaganda, the list goes on. Tune in to hear them all and why, as always I aim to encourage you deep. Follow along on Instagram: @arriveyourmind @priscillalcharles
