"You are what you eat" Or are you? Or more importantly for our audience, does what you eat affect your divorce? How you'll act? How you'll feel?We thought we'd ask a Pro so we talked to Saffron Rogerson, a Nutritional Therapist from www.thislifenutrition.co.uk We've likely all thought an ex was nuts... but I'd never thought that eating them (nuts not my ex!) could impact so much both physically, mentally & emotionally. Have a watch and tell us your thoughts... comments below
Divorce Coach? or Divorce Coaching?...Questions:* What is it? * What do they do?* How does it work?* How can it help me?* What sort of things can they help with?* Who should I work with?* When should I work with one?Or as a recent enquiry eloquently put it... "WTF is a Divorce Coach?"
Divorce, Separation, Relationship Break-Up or any other label that suits your situation, can happen to literally anyone! It can affect any family, any individual, at any time in life, no matter where you live, what you do for a living, what your religious beliefs are or are not. Divorce and separation does not discriminate against your age, ethnicity, societal life status, sexual orientation or indeed against anything! In this episode (9) of the Divorce Coaching Podcast, Fay & I talk to my new Insta & Clubhouse BFF, Imran Azam, aka "Divorce Muslim Dad" podcaster. If you have never come across Imran and his podcast before, I implore you to go listen to it right now. Not only has he got one of the coolest podcasting voicers I've ever heard (and I listen to a lot of them!), he has so much wisdom, such insightful experiences that are so raw and engagingly honest. Imran talks about his self reflection, first dates way back when, what he felt was a "low-key form of denial" he was going through and how he felt the line of "we're done" was blurred for him. We ask questions about how his experience has developed over the years, relationship with his ex, kids, and more. Impacts on cultural and community situations within the Asian community. Impacts on his faith, if any, and soooo much more. You can find his podcast on all major channels, simply search "Divorce Muslim Dad". Or follow Imran on Instagram @moiazamAs always, we love to hear your thoughts, comments, questions and if you have a topic you want discussed on the DCP or maybe you want to share your story / experiences, personal or professional, please get in touch. Thanks for watching Fay & Tomv

Welcome to Ep7 of the DCP, this weeks topic is about Co-Parenting in Lockdown, but also in general. Fay & I recorded this in the middle of Feb 2021 (literally days before changes to new UK restrictions were put out by BoJo! Eitherway, still an interesting topic regardless of lockdowns or not. As always, Fay & I talk about our own experiences, ups & downs, learning and adapting. None of us are perfect, we're al human, we even talk bring up real life situations such as haircuts!! Yep sounds silly and something so mundane but trust me it's those little moments that can make the biggest frictions and potentially contentious outcomes... But is doesn't have to
Ep13 is all about starting over after your divorce / separation. Now I thought Fay & I were going to go down the practical route in this chat of the nuts and bolts of what do you do after the "formal" process was done... But straight out the gate and Fay jumps in with a banger of question that I was expecting... "what was the major change you had to navigate after..." and it turns out she meant after "that conversation"!!! Like immediately after... Where would I stay that first night? When would I/could I see the kids? How the hell do you communicate with your ex when you've just said it's over!? As ever, we covered a loooooot of taboo topics and some really heavy hitting, every day questions that someone may be gong through. Fingers crossed there are a lot of useful tips and insights in this one. Please do leave us a comment and let us hear your thoughts and feelings on this episode. Likewise, let us know if there is a topic you'd like us to talk about or maybe you want to join us on DCP about your own experience???Enjoy and we look forward to hearing from youFay & Tom https://calendly.com/mrdivorcecoach/d... https://mrdivorcecoach.co.uk/ https://feelpositivecoaching.com

Welcome to Ep5 of Fay & Tom's Divorce Coaching Podcast. In this episode we are joined by an unbelievably strong and inspiring lady, we call her "Sarah" to protect her anonymity, who lived through, managed to survive and escape a domestically abusive relationship. This week we are talking about Sarah's experiences of Domestic Abuse, how she coped, how she recognised that it was abuse, how she got out and very importantly how she has moved forward with her life and is flourishing every day. As always, Fay & I bring our experiences either personal and/or professional to the forefront, ask many many questions (that's out job right lol) and hopefully lift the lid on what domestic abuse can look like so you can recognise the signs and know where to turn for the right support. If you have any comments, questions, statements, anything at all you would like to add, please get in touch with either Fay or myself or better yet comment below and also let us know if this or other videos are of use to you. All our contact info is at the end of the video as well.If you are concerned for yours, your child(rens) or a friend or families safety and welfare due to a form of abuse, please get in touch and we can very happily and urgently help point you in the right direction for the right support service. Finally, Ask for "ANI", if you are in the UK you can now go to a local pharmacist near you and ask for "ANI" as a code word that you are in need of urgent assistance due to abuse. Please pass this info on and share so others are aware. Thanks for listening, Fay & Tom x

Welcome to Ep3 of the DCP "Mental Health & Physical Wellbeing". We recorded this waaay back at the end of 2020 before we even knew what we were doing and have only just got round to getting it posted... This weeks subject is a HUGELY important topic regardless of whether you're going through a divorce / separation, but of course Fay & I are talking about how your mental health and physical wellbeing are are both soooo important but also impacted during this specific challenging life situation. As ever, we share very personal and detailed experiences of our own (from me having panic attacks and collapsing on the sales floor of my City office!). As well as drawing on a professional expertise with insights, thought provoking statements, even questions and tips to takeaway. With the impact of the global pandemic, if one positive thing has come out of it, it's that societies and the worlds view and opinion of mental health is coming out of the shadows and finally becoming a mainstream topic of discussion. If you are concerned for yours or a loved ones mental health and indeed physical wellbeing, please do seek further support and if you are struggling to know where to turn, reach out to Fay & I, we will very happily sign post you in the best direction
