Meet Jen Lindgren, Director of the Prison Yoga Project – New Hampshire Chapter. Jen is a certified yoga instructor with over twenty years of personal practice. Following fifteen-years in a career encompassing medical management, organizational development, and process improvement, Jen started her own business, Yellow Bike Yoga, LLC. Yellow Bike Yoga is a destination Yoga Studio specializing in custom on sight yoga, mindfulness, team-building instruction and wellness retreats for businesses, teams, and individuals. Jasmine received her BA in Psychology and MS in College Students Personnel from Arkansas Tech University. She spent the first 5 years of her professional career working at colleges and universities, specializing in retention counseling and student services program management. Jasmine went on to spend the next decade working in corporate training and human resources roles for technology and healthcare companies including Hewlett Packard, Micro Focus and Tenet Healthcare.
