Today we cover family systems theory - i invite you to become an observer of your own family system
In todays episode we cover my childhood experience, being a lead intuitive in a family of sensors, we touch on MBTI (Myers Briggs) and being a highly sensitive person (HSP). I also touch on the nervous system and how the shut off of mine became a disconnect of self. I lost touch of myself and through this i leaned into working hard, being a high achiever, and suppressing my inner knowing. This later manifested as two "images" aka disorders, hypothyroid and PCOS. I explore that journey and how I healed my PCOS and remised my positive ANA markers. enjoy :)
In todays episode we explore 9 mistakes leaders make, through a psychological lens. We explore how to see and be seen, and the skills needed to be an effective, good-hearted leader.
In todays episode we chat about self-love, self-hate and hustle culture. is it dead?
On todays episode I muse about how language shapes us, interfaces us with the ever changing world and how it may or may not impact us as we choose to lean in to AI. I believe language is a bridge and thus is dictates how we interface with the world - in fact let me use chat GPT to engineer the title and see how it goes!
in todays episode we talk about why i chose to become a therapist and what i believe it means. a sweet talk about life, that puts life into perspective.
Today we are talking about energy! How your energetic state will dictate the energetics of projects (business or personal). How language shapes our thoughts, and how to do better!
In todays episode we talk about David Goggins, self hatred, and some of the whys around them. We use David Goggins as a symbol (not an icon) to explore where self hatred stems from. Join me as we dive a little deeper into the psyche and personification that is Mr. Goggins.
In todays episode we talk about wounded leadership through the masculine and feminine lens.
In todays episode we expand on the idea of extroverts and introverts. More specifically introversion and extroversion.
A little solo jam session all about public schools, ADHD, and writing your own story. Today we open with a short grounding through breathwork and then we move into the episode! Enjoy :)

Chaga (Inonotus obliquus) is a type of mushroom that grows mainly on birch trees in northern Europe, Asia, Canada, and the northeastern United States. - Chaga contains massive amounts of the pigment melanin and as such When exposed to the sun, the exterior of the mushroom will turn a deep black, while the interior will remain a bright orange-ish color. Chaga also contains among the high levels of oxalate Your chaga supplement powder can be brown or orange in color and i would suggest one with fruiting bodies in is as well as making sure it is organic Why we like it: Endurance enhancing Insulin regulating Lowers blood pressure Anti-cancer Possibly due to high levels of antioxidants Cognitive enhancing Anti Inflammatory Immune modulator It wont boost your immunity if you don't need it Full of melanin, vitamin D, manganese, potassium, iron, magnesium A lot of the studies that have been conducted are not clinical trials, the supporting evidence is often done on cells in petri dishes and not inside the human body. Take this for what you may but it is important to note that humans are a lot more complicated than our cells in a little dish. I do believe however the risk to reward is very low The flip side of this is that chaga mushroom cant be patented by a drug company and studies are often run by drug companies. Which means studies might not have been done because there is no ability for this to be patented and money be made off of it Contraindications: Chaga can thin your blood and if you are on a blood thinner you might not want to take it People who are on blood sugar regulating medication might also be contraindicated If you are prone to kidney stones you might also not want to take chaga because oxalates in high amounts can damage the kidneys Ingesting Chaga: Can be made into a tea Aka hot water extraction Can be fresh or powdered Often taken powdered if you cant find it near you
